Insbesondere Figur 2b ist zu entnehmen, dass in den Verbindungssteg 22 und in die beiden Schenkel 23 und 24 eine Aufnahmenut 25 eingearbeitet ist, die in in die Schenkel 23 und 24 eingearbeitete und zueinander fluchtend angeordnete Bohrungen 26 und 27 mündet. Im montierten Zustand verläuft eine in die Stirnseite der Glasplatte 3 eingeformte Freisparung 28, so dass die Aufnahmenut 25 und die Bohrungen 26 und 27 von außen frei zugänglich sind.
Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur verfahrbaren Abstützung einer an einer Wand oder an einer Decke (2) aufgehängten Platte (3), insbesondere einer als Schiebetür ausgebildeten Glasplatte, mit einem an der Wand oder an der Decke (2) angebrachten U-förmig ausgestalteten Kastenprofil (4), an dem mindestens zwei parallel und gegenüberliegend zueinander angeordnete Laufschienen (9) angeformt sind, und mit einem die Platte (3) über Zwischenglieder (21) tragenden Laufwagen (10), an dem mindestens zwei auf jeweils einer der Laufschienen (9) aufliegende Laufrollen (11) vorgesehen sind, die über eine Achse (12) miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenglied (21) in Höhe zwischen den beiden Laufrollen (11) angeordnet ist und dass die Achse (12) des Laufwagens (10) das Zwischenglied (21) derart durchgreift, dass das Zwischenglied (21) über die Achse (12) abgestützt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenglied (21) im Querschnitt als U-Profil ausgebildet ist und dass in den horizontalen Verbindungssteg (22) und den beiden seitlichen Schenkeln (23, 24) des Zwischenstückes (21) eine Aufnahmenut (25) eingebarbeitet ist, dass in den beiden Schenkeln (23, 24) jeweils eine Bohrung (26, 27) vorgesehen ist, die zueinander fluchtend ausgerichtet sind, und dass die Aufnahmenut (25) in die jeweilige Bohrung (26, 27) mündet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Platte (3) eine Freisparung (28) eingearbeitet ist, die im montierten Zustand der Platte (3) an dem Zwischenglied (21) im Bereich der Bohrungen (26, 27) und der Aufnahmenut (25) liegt, oder dass zwischen dem Verbindungssteg (22) des Zwischengliedes (21) und der Platte (3) ein Zwischenarm vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den beiden Bohrungen (26, 27) ein Lagerbolzen (29) eingesteckt ist, dass in den Lagerbolzen (29) eine Ausnehmung (30) eingearbeitet ist und dass die Öffnungsbreite der Ausnehmung (30), die Breite der Aufnahmenut (25) und der Durchmesser der Achse (12) im wesentlichen gleich groß bemessen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im montierten Zustand die Achse (12) des Laufwagens (10) durch die Aufnahmenut (25) in die Ausnehmung (30 des Lagerbolzens (29) einsteckbar ist und dass durch den Lagerbolzen (29) die Achse (12) des Laufwagens (10) mit dem Zwischenglied (21) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (30) exzentrisch in dem Lagerbolzen (29) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren
der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem einen Ende des Lagerbolzens (29) eine Schlüsselfläche (31) angeformt ist und dass in einem Schenkel (23) des Zwischengliedes (21) eine Öffnung (32) vorgesehen ist, die in Richtung der Schlüsselfläche (31) des Lagerbolzens (29) gerichtet ist und durch die Schlüsselfläche (31) im montierten Zustand verdrehfest gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlüsselfläche (31) zwischen der Innenseite des Kastenprofils (4) und der Außenseite des Zwischengliedes (21) angeordnet ist und von außen durch einen im Kastenprofil (4) vorhandenen Einlassschlitz (8) zugänglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren
der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Achse (12) zwei zueinander beabstandete Anlagebunde (13, 14) angeformt sind, an deren jeweiliger Außenfläche die Laufrollen (11) anliegen und an deren jeweiliger Innenfläche (15, 16) der Lagerbolzen (29) begrenzt verschiebbar gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer Innenfläche (15, 16) des Anlagebundes (13, 14) und dem einen Schenkel (24) des Zwischengliedes (21) ein Spannring (33) od. dgl. angeordnet ist und dass durch den Spannring (33) das Zwischenglied (21) und der Lagerbolzen (29) ortsfest positioniert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren
der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laufwagen (10) zwei zueinander parallel verlaufende Fahrgestelle (34) aufweist, an deren beiden jeweiligen freien Ende eine der Laufrollen (11) befestigt ist und dass zwischen den beiden Fahrgestellen (34) die Achse (12) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren
der vorgenannten Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Zwischenglieder (21) jeweils eine Platte (3) abstützen und dass die Zwischenglieder (21) jeweils im Bereich der Stirnseite der Platte (3) angebracht sind.
