Claims (12)

  1. Tambour (1) für eine Rauhmaschine, wobei der Tambour (1) Rauhelemente (3) aufweist, die speziell dafür gestaltet sind, ein hochwertiges aufgerauhtes Gewebe bereitzustellen, wobei der Tambour (1) einen zylindrischen, röhrenförmigen Körper (2) mit einer Oberfläche umfasst, auf der die Rauhelemente angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rauhelemente (3) mehrere Auflageplatten (10) zum Tragen einer elastischen Schicht (13) umfassen, auf der Bereiche mit Metallnadeln (14) bereitgestellt sind, wobei die Bereiche mit Metallnadeln mehrere Nadeln (14) mit Nadelspitzen aufweisen, die in Längsrichtung leicht geneigt sind, und Halteplatten (20), welche die elastische Schicht (13) mindestens teilweise überlappen und festklemmen, wobei die Bereiche mit Metallnadeln jeweils zwischen zwei angrenzenden Halteplatten (20) angeordnet sind.
  2. Tambour (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Auflageplatten (10) in einer Längsrichtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Axialrichtung des Tambours (1) erstrecken.
  3. Tambour (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageplatten (10) hervorstehende Mittelabschnitte (10a) aufweisen, die an vertiefte, längsgerichtete Ränder (10b) angrenzen.
  4. Tambour (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tambour (1) ferner hölzerne Einsätze (11) umfasst, die sich in Längsrichtung auf den Auflageplatten (10) an Teilen erstrecken, die den Regionen mit Metallnadeln gegenüberliegen.
  5. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tambour (1) ferner Metallklemmen (12) umfasst, um die elastische Schicht (13) auf den Auflageplatten (10) festzuklemmen.
  6. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Schicht (13) aus einem Filzmaterial hergestellt ist.
  7. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatten (20) mit Hilfe von Klemmbolzen (21) in den Auflageplatten (10) festgeklemmt sind.
  8. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatten (20) Vertiefungen (22) umfassen, um darin die Kopfabschnitte der Klemmbolzen (21) aufzunehmen.
  9. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tambour (1) darüber hinaus Druckfedern (30) umfasst, die auf die Bozen (21) drücken, um die Halteplatten (20) weg zu bewegen, wenn die Klemmbolzen (21) gelöst werden.
  10. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatten (20) mehrere, sich längs erstreckende Ausschnitte umfassen, die an den hölzernen Einsätzen (11) der Auflageplatten (10) angeordnet sind.
  11. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatten (20) eine Führungs- und Gleitfläche für ein in Bearbeitung befindliches Gewebe bereitstellen.
  12. Tambour nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Bereiche mit Metallnadeln längs auf dem Tambour (1) erstrecken.
