Claims (20)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen (4), enthaltend:
    - wenigstens eine Trägerstruktur (2);
    - Zuführmittel (6) zum Zuführen einer Anzahl von Flaschen (4) in aufrechter Position an eine Abpackstation (5), montiert an der Trägerstruktur (2);
    - erste Abpackmittel (11), montiert an der Trägerstruktur (2) entsprechend der genannten Abpackstation (5), um von den genannten Zuführmitteln (6) eine oder mehrere Flaschen (4) in aufrechter Position aufzunehmen und sie in wenigstens einen Karton (3) in umgedrehter Position mit dem Kopf nach unten einzusetzen;
    - wobei die genannten Abpackmittel (11) für jede einzusetzende Flasche (4) ein Greifelement (22) haben; und
    - wenigstens einen Einsetzkopf (12), montiert an der Trägerstruktur (2) und zyklisch beweglich zwischen einer Position zum Aufnehmen der Flaschen (4), in welcher er sich an den genannten Zuführmitteln (6) befindet, und einer Position zur Freigabe der Flaschen (4), in welcher er sich an dem genannten Karton (3) befindet;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Abpackmittel (11) an dem Einsetzkopf (12) montiert sind, und dadurch, dass das genannte Greifelement (22) im Verhältnis zu dem genannten Kopf (12) beweglich ist zwischen einer Aufnahmeposition, in welcher es eine Flasche (4) dicht an deren Boden aufnehmen kann, und einer Freigabeposition, in welcher es sich im Verhältnis zu der Aufnahmeposition umgedreht befindet, und in welcher es die genannte Flasche (4) in der umgedrehten Position mit dem Kopf nach unten loslassen kann, wobei das genannte Greifelement (22) sich in der Aufnahmeposition befindet, wenn der genannte Kopf (12) in der Aufnahmeposition ist, und in der genannten Freigabeposition, wenn der genannte Kopf (12) in der Freigabeposition ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Greifelement (22) drehbar an den genannten Kopf (12) angeschlossen ist, und zwar nach einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Drehachse.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das genannte Greifelement (22) aus der genannten Aufnahmeposition in die genannte Freigabeposition dreht, und zwar gleichzeitig mit der Bewegung des genannten Kopfes (12) aus der betreffenden Aufnahmeposition in die Freigabeposition.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Greifelement (22) sich ebenfalls vertikal im Verhältnis zu dem genannten Kopf (12) verschieben kann, und zwar aus einer unteren Position in eine obere Position, und dadurch, dass sich das genannte Greifelement (22) in der unteren Position befindet, wenn es in der Aufnahmeposition ist, und in der oberen Position, wenn es in der Freigabeposition ist.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das genannte Greifelement (22) von der genannten unteren Position in die genannte obere Position verschiebt, und zwar gleichzeitig mit der Bewegung des genannten Kopfes (12) aus der Aufnahmeposition in die Freigabeposition.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Greifelement (22) aus einem pneumatisch aktivierten Saugnapf besteht und es auf die seitliche Oberfläche der Flasche (4) wirken kann.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem ein Blockiermittel (32) enthält, montiert an der Trägerstruktur (2), um das Greifen einer Flasche (4) durch das genannte Greifelement (22) zu erleichtern, wobei das genannte Blockiermittel (32) beweglich ist zwischen einer Blockierposition, in welcher es wenigstens das Zurückrutschen der Flasche (4) entlang den Zuführmitteln (6) verhindert, und einer Ruheposition, in welcher es die Bewegung der Flaschen (4) entlang den Zuführmitteln (6) erlaubt, und dadurch, dass das genannte Blockiermittel (32) und das genannte Greifmittel (22) auch einander genähert werden können, um zwischen sich die Flasche (4) einzuschliessen, um zu gewährleisten, dass sie sicher durch das Greifelement (22) gehalten ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Endabschnitt des genannten Greifelementes (22) im Verhältnis zu dem Einsetzkopf (12) in der Richtung des Blockierelementes (32) beweglich ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Greifelement (22) aus einem Paar von Zangen besteht und auf die seitliche Oberfläche der Flasche (4) wirken kann.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten ersten Abpackmittel (11) eine Anzahl von Greifelementen (22) zum gleichzeitigen Einsetzen einer Anzahl von Flaschen (4) in einen oder mehrere Kartons (3) enthalten.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Greifelemente (22) einem Trägerarm (23) zugeordnet sind, montiert an dem Kopf (12) und beweglich im Verhältnis zu dem Kopf (12) auf solche Weise, dass die Bewegung der Greifelemente (22) gegenüber dem Kopf (12) selbst bewirkt wird.
  12. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem zweite Abpackmittel (13) enthält, montiert an der Trägerstruktur (2) entsprechend der genannten Abpackstation (5), um von den genannten Zuführmitteln (6) eine Anzahl von Flaschen (4) aufzunehmen und sie in einen Karton (3) in aufrechter Position einzusetzen.
  13. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten zweiten Abpackmittel (13) die genannte Anzahl von Flaschen (4) in aufrechter Position in einen leeren Karton (3) einsetzen, bevor die genannten ersten Abpackmittel (11) die wenigstens eine umgedrehte Flasche (4) einsetzen.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten zweiten Abpackmittel (13) die genannte Anzahl von aufrechten Flaschen (4) in einen Karton (3) einsetzen, in den die genannten ersten Abpackmittel (11) bereits wenigstens eine umgedrehte Flasche (4) eingesetzt haben.
  15. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten zweiten Abpackmittel (13 ebenfalls an dem genannten Einsetzkopf (12) montiert sind, wobei bei jedem Zyklus des Kopfes (12) die genannten zweiten Abpackmittel (13) eine Anzahl von aufrechten Flaschen (4) in einen oder mehrere Kartons (3) einsetzen.
  16. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem Vorschubmittel (41) enthält, um die Kartons (3) entlang der Abpackstation (5) vorzuschieben.
  17. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem stossdämpfende Mittel (46) enthält, zugeordnet dem Karton (3) an wenigstens den ersten Abpackmitteln (11), um das Fallen der umgedrehten Flasche (4) in den Karton (3) zu dämpfen.
  18. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten stossdämpfenden Mittel (46) wenigstens eine Fördermatte (47) enthalten, auf welchem die genannten Kartons (3) stehen.
  19. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Matte (47) aus einem direkt angetriebenen Band (47) besteht.
  20. Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von Flaschen nach Patentanspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten stossdämpfenden Mittel (46) wenigstens zwei Matten (47) enthalten, angeordnet Seite an Seite und voneinander abstehend an dem Aufschlagpunkt auf den betreffenden Karton (3) der durch die ersten Abpackmittel (11) freigegebenen Flasche (4).
