Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Bildung von regulären Gruppen (20) von Artikeln (2) innerhalb von Kartoniermaschinen (3) oder ähnlichen Einrichtungen, die eine Greifeinrichtung (7) aufweist, die dafür vorgesehen ist, mindestens eine Reihe von Artikeln (2) anzuheben, die von einer Fördereinrichtung (5) zu einer Anhebeeinrichtung (4) transportiert werden und bei der die mindestens eine Reihe von Artikeln zu einer Gruppierstation (24, 27) gefördert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zusätzlich eine Handhabungseinrichtung (15) enthält, die zur kontrollierten Bewegung der Greifeinrichtung (7) entlang von Zwei senkrechten Achsen und innerhalb einer vertikalen Ebene vorgesehen ist, wobei die Ebene transversal zu der Fördereinrichtung (5) angeordnet ist, um die Reihe von Artikeln in einen Gruppierrahmen (21) zu transportieren, der im Bereich einer Station (10) zur Bildung von Gruppen angeordnet ist, in denen reguläre Gruppen (20) von Artikeln (2) zusammengestellt werden;
    und daß ein Schieher (27) mit dem Gruppierrahmen (20) zusammenwirkt, um einen Bereich abzugrenzen, innerhalb dessen die reguläre Gruppe (20) von Artikeln (2) durch aufeinander folgende Positionierung von Reihen der Artikel (2) ausgebildet wird und um die gleiche Gruppe (20) der Artikel (2) in einen Behälter (11) einzusetzen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifeinrichtung (7) eine Saugeinrichtung (8) aufweist, die vom unteren Teil einer Verstrebung (16) der Handhabungseinrichtung (15) getragen wird und die vertikal innerhalb einer Schiene (18) gleitfähig gelagert ist, die beweglich auf einer Führung (19) angeordnet ist, die sich transversal zur Fördereinrichtung (5) erstreckt, um eine alternierende Bewegung der Greifeinrichtung (7) zwischen der Anhebeeinrichtung (4) und der Station (10) zur Gruppenbildung durchzuführen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gruppierrahmen (21) in seinem oberen Bereich geöffnet ist, um die Reihen von Artikeln (2) einzuführen und um im Bereich derjenigen Seite, die gegenüberliegend zu der dem Behälter (11) Zugewandten Seite angeordnet ist, gefüllt zu werden, wobei eine Verwendung des Schiebers (27) vorgesehen ist, der im Bereich der offenen Seite angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Station (10) zur Gruppenbildung eine Platte (9) aufweist, die eine Basis für den Gruppierrahmen (21) bildet und die eine Abstützung für die zusammengestellte Gruppe (20) bereitstellt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (9) eine vertikale Bewegung zwischen einer angehobenen Positionierung, innerhalb des Gruppierrahmens, und einer abgesenkten Positionierung durchführt, in welcher die Platte die Basis des Gruppierrahmens bereitstellt und wobei die Absenkung schrittweise koordiniert zur Einführung der aufeinander folgenden Lagen von Artikeln (2) in den Gruppierrahmen (21) durchgeführt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifeinrichtungen (7) durch Zangen ausgebildet sind.
