Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator work platform for installation of elevator parts and a method for assembling a lift platform according to the definition of the claims.
Today's elevator systems are often built without a machine room. Many elevator parts required for suspension and / or operation of the elevator installation must be installed in the area of the shaft head. At least the installation of the required first elevator parts, such as carrying hooks, hoists, mounting beams, belay devices, etc., requires access to the shaft head area. Different solutions are applied today. Among other things, scaffolds are installed in the elevator shaft, which are placed on the shaft floor or it used working platforms, which are supported by means of holding shoes on shaft walls.
These designs are complex in the assembly or require close coordination with the building manufacturer.
From the document WO00 / 70169 a working platform is known, which can be used as a temporary work platform. The stage can be mounted from a floor, and is fastened exclusively to the front of the elevator shaft. It needs no further support in the elevator shaft.
A disadvantage of this platform is that it does not allow easy adaptation of the platform to the effective shaft depth, and is therefore limited in the scope. In addition, this design relies on supporting shaft walls or a second floor to transfer the working platform forces into the building structure. The assembly of the work platform is complex.
Diese Arbeitsbühne ist aufwändig und die Gleitbahnen sind Beschädigungsanfällig.JP04064664 also shows a working platform which is used as a temporary work platform can be and which of a floor can be mounted.
Zugangsseite des Aufzugsschachtes zur Schachtrückwand definiert die SchachttiefeAn elevator system is used for, essentially vertical, transport of loads and / or persons over one or more floors. auf Beschädigungen da vorwiegend robuste Drehgelenke verwendet werden können.

In an advantageous embodiment, the lower horizontal

Furthermore, advantageously, one, connected to the lower horizontal

In an advantageous embodiment, the lower

In a safe embodiment, the working

der Aufzugs-Arbeitsbühne 10.Preferably, the profiles of the

The detachable connections of the
As shown in Fig. 2 are on both sides of the working
As can be seen in FIGS. 3a to 3d, the assembly of the
