Definitions
- the invention relates to a holder according to the preamble of Claims 1.
- Such a holder is known from DE 32 24 525 A1.
- the fastening means of the holding arm are partially arranged lower than the rafters.
- the hanging scaffolding is not on New buildings are arranged, but for repair purposes on buildings that are already occupied, is in the case of expanded and occupied ones Roofs below the rafters are usually one Insulation or a wall covering is provided, which is the attachment a generic bracket makes impossible.
- a further disadvantage of the known holder is that a large number of connecting elements are provided between the individual struts of the holder.
- two are as Support rods "designated support arms are provided, which are attached at one end to the rafters and a common at their respective other ends Cross strut ". While the holding arms run approximately in the longitudinal direction of the rafters, the cross strut runs transversely to the rafters and the holding arms. In turn, one extends from the cross strut Holding rod "again in the longitudinal direction of the rafters and on this holding rod two transverse cross struts of the screed support are fastened. Additional tensioning cables, which are each guided over two-part vertical supports, secure the screed support and prevents it from pivoting around the support rod.
- the invention has for its object a generic To improve the bracket so that this one if possible easy assembly and disassembly of the entire suspended scaffold supports, and that they work on the hanging scaffold and if necessary on the roof due to good accessibility and accessibility supported, and that it offers a high level of security.
- the invention proposes to save a large number of components to be connected to one another by fixing the holding arm to the screed carrier.
- the fastening means of the holding arm are designed in such a way that fastening from above or laterally to the rafters is possible, so that even with repair work on removed roofs it is possible to use the holder according to the invention without any problems.
- the skilled person has many options for such fasteners: For example, fastening plates lying on the rafters can be provided which have bores for the passage of screws and thus enable the holding plate to be screwed to the rafters.
- U-shaped holding shoes can be provided, which rest on the rafters and encompass it laterally.
- Cross holes in the side surfaces of these holding shoes can be used if cross holes are made in the rafters and locking pins are passed across the rafters.
- a particularly simple and tool-free fixation of the holder on the rafters can be achieved by using holding claws that are pivotally fixed relative to one another and that grip laterally in the rafters. By pulling on these retaining claws, the claw force on the rafters can be increasingly increased, so that a particularly secure fixing is ensured as soon as the holder is loaded, be it by the weight of the suspended scaffolding or in particular when material and / or people are on the scaffolding increase this traction even further.
- the screed carrier after is open at the top.
- Two horizontal cross braces are provided on the handrail connect and which in turn hold the screed beam.
- the Screed beams have two vertically aligned, parallel mutually arranged, rectangular frames, whereby on the lower horizontal struts of these two rectangular ones Frame the planks to be placed on the top two horizontal struts of these two frames the cross struts connect that carried by the support rod of the bracket will.
- the screed girder By appropriate dimensioning the screed girder can move freely of the personnel on the planks. For this however, the screed girder must be sized so large that it has a comparatively high weight. Will the Screed beams, however, are of smaller dimensions, so there is the reduced headroom is a risk of injury to the staff and also handling material, in particular of longer objects, considerably more difficult.
- the screed girder can be open at the top, so that even with comparative small height of the screed beam a problem-free mobility of the staff and unimpeded material handling is guaranteed. Because of this comparatively small possible design of the screed beam can significantly be lighter and therefore easier to handle and on the other hand a higher payload with the same strong attachment allow on rafters.
- the screed carrier not just a horizontal strut to support the walking planks has as well as a first vertical strut that from the holding arm the lower horizontal strut runs, but it can be beneficial another vertical strut at the far end of the Horizontal strut may be provided.
- This second vertical strut enables the mounting of a fall protection for both material as well as especially for the staff.
- This fall protection can advantageously not only be designed as a railing or railing but rather as a grid or net, which is remote from the building Vertical strut from under the planks and either up to the holding arms of the bracket or up to the Rafters of the building close to the vertical building wall runs so that everything sliding down from the roof or falling material and personnel safely from the Fall protection is caught.
- a holding arm with a screed girder is a closed one Assembly forms. This way you can easily by attaching it such assemblies on the rafters an adjustment made to the different rafters distances without adjustments and adjustments on the bracket or hanging scaffold. Furthermore, depending on the length of the planks and after the intended loading of the suspended scaffolding on simple Way the density can be adjusted with which the holding arms and screed girders are to be arranged.
- Fig. 1 denotes a building wall, with on the Building a roof truss is indicated schematically, the rafters 2 and on the rafters 2 arranged transversely Roof battens 3 includes.
- a suspended scaffold is placed in front of the building, which includes planks 4 and a railing 5 and a variety of brackets 6.
- Each bracket 6 has an approximately U-shaped screed carrier 7 on, with a horizontal strut 8 on which the planks 4 rest and with a first vertical strut 9 near the building and a second vertical strut 10 as a support for the railing 5, which connects to the horizontal strut 8 remote from the building.
- the screed beam 7 is free by a holding arm 11 in front of the Building wall 1 held without additional supports compared to the building wall 1.
- the holding arm 11 can from a rectangular profile, for example a hollow profile be educated. It has at its upper end, which on farthest from the screed beam 7, two side tabs 12 on, their distance from each other as a recess serves, the eye of an eyebolt not recognizable in the drawing record which by means of a wood thread is screwed into the rafters 2.
- a holding pin 14 which fixes the holding arm 11 on the rafters 2.
- the two tabs 12 can during the assembly of the Holding arms 11 on the rafters as a support for this holding arm 11 are referred to. You will be in operation and at Loading of the holding arm 11 with the screed carrier 7, however against the rafters 2 loaded by lifting forces and may then no longer be in contact with the rafters 2.
- the thread formation the eye bolt or the number of each given running length of the suspended scaffold used Brackets 6 can the permissible load capacity of the scaffold also affect.
- a second support on the holding arm 11 is in the form of a spacer 15 provided.
- the spacer 15 rests with one Base plate 16 on the roof structure and has one Support pin 17 with a plurality of cross holes 18, one of which is aligned with a transverse bore in the holding arm 11, whereby a holding pin 19 through these aligned holes extends and the rectangular profile of the holding arm 11 on the support pin 17 specifies.
- connection between the holding arm 11 and the screed carrier 7 takes place on the one hand via a hinge pin 20, which has an angular mobility between the holding arm 11 and the screed carrier 7 allows and on the other hand by another retaining pin 21, which is through a transverse bore in the rectangular profile of the Holding arms 11 extends and through one of several cross holes 22, in the upper area of the first vertical strut 9 of the screed beam 7 are provided and the segment of a circle are arranged around the hinge pin 20. In this area can the first vertical strut 9 configured double-walled be and the support arm 11 between its two walls Tilt-proof and low torque.
- a horizontal one Alignment of the holding arm on flat roofs is therefore the same possible as the adaptation to the steepest usual roof slopes.
- Embodiment may be provided according to the support pin 17 Fig. 2 as a threaded bolt, so that a stepless Height adjustment of the holding arm 11 relative to the rafters 2 is possible and thus a continuous adjustment of the Angle at which the screed beam 7 in front of the building wall 1 hangs.
- the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1 offers the advantage that with a variety of similar mounts at a glance it is easy to see in which position the spacer 15 is set so that all Similar holders 6 of the same kind within a short time can be adjusted.
- Fig. 2 also shows the connection of the first building near Vertical strut 9 on the holding arm 11 by means of a connecting fitting 23 which, as in the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1 has a plurality of transverse bores 22, in which one also holds the holding arm 11 penetrating retaining pin 21 depending on the desired angular position can be used.
- FIG. 3 shows a connection of the building first vertical strut 9 to the holding arm 11 by means of a connecting fitting 23, with its upper, over the hinge pin 20 protruding end on a threaded rod 24 is height adjustable attached.
- the threaded rod 24 is around one Joint 25 pivotally attached to the support arm 11 and allows stepless angle adjustment between the holding arm 11 and the first vertical strut 9.
- the attachment of the holding arm 11 to the rafters 2 can be done in different ways. So cuffs, Brackets, pliers or the like may be provided, the rafters reach around or put it on the side. Instead of the described upright screwed into the rafters 2 eyebolt a horizontally arranged screw can be provided be the two legs of a U-shaped, of on top of the rafters 2, holding shoes and the Rafters interspersed.
- FIG. 4 shows a side view and FIG. 5 shows a top view an alternative to Fig. 4 embodiment for attachment the upper end of the holding arm 11 on the rafters 2:
- a fitting block 26 is provided which has a longitudinal slot 27 has for receiving a joint nose 28 of the holding arm 11.
- the joint nose 28 has a transverse bore, as well as the Fitting block 26 so that a hinge pin 29 the pivotable Fixing the holding arm 11 on the fitting block 26 enables.
- the fitting block 26 has at both ends Recesses 30 on. These recesses 30 are used for Inclusion of screws with which the fitting block 26 on Rafters 2 can be attached from above by this Screw similar to the eye screw mentioned in Fig. 1 is screwed into the rafters 2 from above.
- Fig. 6 shows a tong-shaped holder: the rafters 2 is gripped by pliers 31, the two jaws 32 pointed ends for easy penetration and clawing of the pliers 31 to allow in rafters 2.
- the two jaws 32 are each pivotally mounted about hinge points 33 and each guided with an elongated hole on an axis 34.
- the axis 34 is provided on a train fitting 35, which with the upper end of a holding arm 11 is connected. Under pressure of the holding arm 11 act lifting at its upper end Powers. These lifting forces cause movement the train fitting 35 and thus the axis 34 upwards, so that the axis 34 moves away from the rafters 2 and thereby a pivoting movement of the two jaws 32 around the Hinge points 33 initiates. This pivoting movement leads to that the pliers 31 with increasing load of the Suspended scaffolding closes further and claws more firmly in the rafters 2.
- Fig. 7 is purely schematic and in perspective detail Depicting the corner area of a house indicated a gable wall 36 and a side wall 37 of the House are shown as well as a not further detailed Roof surface 38. It can be seen that the brackets 6 not only arranged horizontally next to each other in front of the side wall 37 can be, but also in an incline Course in front of the gable wall 36. The fact that each has a bracket 6 a flat, quasi only two-dimensional assembly forms, is by attaching the brackets 6 on the gable an automatic adjustment of the hanging scaffold to the existing roof pitch achieved.
- the walking planks 4 can, in particular, for better sure-footedness in the sloping area in front of the gable wall 36 be provided with crossbars 39 and also on their each upper end beyond their usual width have a T-shaped projecting head region 40.
- crossbars 39 On a quick assembly is possible in that way that these are provided with crossbars 39 and the head area 40 Walkers 4 in a simple manner with the head area 40 Bracket 6 can be hooked behind.
- the head region 40 can be inexpensively replaced by a attached to the runner 4, the width of the runner exceeds Crossbar be formed.
- FIG. 7 is neither the railing for reasons of clarity or the railing shown on the second vertical struts 10 is provided, the net or grid-like fall protection, which extend from the second vertical strut 10 to below the Roof surface 38 can extend.
- Fig. 7 is a wall Railing shown, which consists of horizontal struts 41st is formed and ensures the free space between the walking boards 4 and the roof surface 38, so that these struts 41 represent a fall protection.
- Additional sloping Tension struts 42 are shown in FIG. 7. These struts 42 are not in every segment, so not between all brackets 6 provided. You can choose completely eliminated or only used from time to time a parallelogram-like displacement of the brackets 6 avoid and stabilize the overall structure of the suspended scaffold.
- the suspended scaffold enables, as can be seen from FIG. 7 simple way not only work on the roof surface 38 itself, but also in the gable area, for example in the Transitional area between the roof surface 38 and the gable wall 36 an edge strip of the gable wall 36 is slated should.
- each arm is only in two places the roof surface 38 supports, almost the entire roof surface 38 to be covered with roof tiles and then only have to be removed when dismantling the suspended scaffolding of each support arm 11 just two roof tiles be so that overall a quick completion and a quick application of the most complete possible weather protection made possible by using the hanging scaffold will.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a holder according to the preamble of Claims 1.
Such a holder is known from DE 32 24 525 A1.
In the known bracket, it is disadvantageous that the fastening means of the holding arm are partially arranged lower than the rafters. Especially when the hanging scaffolding is not on New buildings are arranged, but for repair purposes on buildings that are already occupied, is in the case of expanded and occupied ones Roofs below the rafters are usually one Insulation or a wall covering is provided, which is the attachment a generic bracket makes impossible.
In the known holder, the large number of individual struts, Rods u. Like. disadvantageous because of a variety of fasteners and connections must be operated. This is not only labor intensive, but also confusing, so that one of the many connections may not be fastened correctly is, so that a significant risk to people and Material can result.
Due to the tensioning ropes guided over the vertical supports a large-volume structure of the bracket above the Rafters. Accessibility to the roof is therefore severely restricted. In practice, this is always a disadvantage if several works are carried out simultaneously and on several Jobs to be worked at the same time, as in this case the accessibility of some roof areas through the construction of the Bracket considerably restricted or even completely impossible is made.
The invention has for its object a generic To improve the bracket so that this one if possible easy assembly and disassembly of the entire suspended scaffold supports, and that they work on the hanging scaffold and if necessary on the roof due to good accessibility and accessibility supported, and that it offers a high level of security.
This object of the invention is achieved by a Bracket with the features of claim 1 solved.
In other words, the invention proposes to save a large number of components to be connected to one another by fixing the holding arm to the screed carrier. The fastening means of the holding arm are designed in such a way that fastening from above or laterally to the rafters is possible, so that even with repair work on removed roofs it is possible to use the holder according to the invention without any problems. The skilled person has many options for such fasteners:
For example, fastening plates lying on the rafters can be provided which have bores for the passage of screws and thus enable the holding plate to be screwed to the rafters.
Furthermore, U-shaped holding shoes can be provided, which rest on the rafters and encompass it laterally.
Cross holes in the side surfaces of these holding shoes can be used if cross holes are made in the rafters and locking pins are passed across the rafters.
A particularly simple and tool-free fixation of the holder on the rafters can be achieved by using holding claws that are pivotally fixed relative to one another and that grip laterally in the rafters. By pulling on these retaining claws, the claw force on the rafters can be increasingly increased, so that a particularly secure fixing is ensured as soon as the holder is loaded, be it by the weight of the suspended scaffolding or in particular when material and / or people are on the scaffolding increase this traction even further.
It can advantageously be provided that the screed carrier after is open at the top. This results in a significant reduced risk of injury to staff and also a particularly light and easy to use design of the screed girder: In the generic bracket Two horizontal cross braces are provided on the handrail connect and which in turn hold the screed beam. Of the Screed beams have two vertically aligned, parallel mutually arranged, rectangular frames, whereby on the lower horizontal struts of these two rectangular ones Frame the planks to be placed on the top two horizontal struts of these two frames the cross struts connect that carried by the support rod of the bracket will.
Overall, therefore, there is a cage-like structure of the known Suspended scaffolding and a restricted movement space on all sides on the screed girder. By appropriate dimensioning the screed girder can move freely of the personnel on the planks. For this however, the screed girder must be sized so large that it has a comparatively high weight. Will the Screed beams, however, are of smaller dimensions, so there is the reduced headroom is a risk of injury to the staff and also handling material, in particular of longer objects, considerably more difficult.
In contrast, according to the invention, the screed girder can be open at the top, so that even with comparative small height of the screed beam a problem-free mobility of the staff and unimpeded material handling is guaranteed. Because of this comparatively small possible design of the screed beam can significantly be lighter and therefore easier to handle and on the other hand a higher payload with the same strong attachment allow on rafters.
Furthermore, it can advantageously be provided that the screed carrier not just a horizontal strut to support the walking planks has as well as a first vertical strut that from the holding arm the lower horizontal strut runs, but it can be beneficial another vertical strut at the far end of the Horizontal strut may be provided. This second vertical strut enables the mounting of a fall protection for both material as well as especially for the staff. This fall protection can advantageously not only be designed as a railing or railing but rather as a grid or net, which is remote from the building Vertical strut from under the planks and either up to the holding arms of the bracket or up to the Rafters of the building close to the vertical building wall runs so that everything sliding down from the roof or falling material and personnel safely from the Fall protection is caught.
Unlike the composite of a multitude of rods, Struts, tension cables and. The like can advantageously be provided that a holding arm with a screed girder is a closed one Assembly forms.

The screed beam 7 is free by a holding
und liegen ggf. dann dem Dachsparren 2 nicht mehr an.Across the two tabs 12 and across the between

ebenfalls beeinflussen. The length of the holding arm and thus the distance from this first

17 festlegt.A second support on the holding
In diesem Bereich
The connection between the holding
In combination with the setting options of the
gleichartigen Halterungen 6 innerhalb kurzer Zeit gleichartig
eingestellt werden können. In particular, deviating from that shown in Fig. 1

Fig. 2 also shows the connection of the first building near

Deviate from the illustrated embodiments

Dachsparren durchsetzt. The attachment of the holding

Furthermore, the
Fig. 6 shows a tong-shaped holder: the
The
vorhandene Dachneigung erzielt. In Fig. 7 is purely schematic and in perspective detail

The walking planks 4 can, in particular, for better sure-footedness

7 is neither the railing for reasons of clarity

soll. The suspended scaffold enables, as can be seen from FIG. 7
