  • the safety device provides an active locking of the stay arm 103 in its operative first position by means of a locking arm 117, which in a locking position as shown in fig. 5 overlaps the narrowed section 114 of the stay arm 103 on both sides and thereby prevent passage of the narrowed section 114 through the narrowed opening 109 of the safety bracket 108.
  • the locking arm 117 is pivotally connected by means of a pivot pin 118 with the narrowed section 114 of the stay arm at a separation from the pivotal connection of the stay arm 103 with the mounting bracket 104, that will allow pivotal movement of the locking arm 117 away from its locking position, but as shown in fig. 6 only after a 90° turning of the stay arm 103 in a direction opposite to the direction of the turning of the stay arm required for disengagement from the safety bracket 105.

  • the locking arm 117 is intersected by the slit 119, whereas over the remaining length of the locking arm 117 the slit 119 may extend to a depth of about 60 to 70 % of the diameter of the locking arm.
  • the narrowed section 114 of the stay arm 103 may be formed in its upper side with a depression 120.
  • the engagement means for locking of the locking arm 117 in the first operative position of the stay arm 103 comprise, in the illustrated embodiment, substantially circular mating end faces 121 and 122 of the locking arm 117, on one hand, and the bifurcated arms 115 of projecting bearing member 113, on the other hand, said end faces having a common centre at the pivot axis 116 for the pivotal connection of between the stay arm 103 and the bearing member 113. It will be appreciated, however, that other forms of engagement means could easily be foreseen by a skilled person.
  • the turning of the stay arm 104 from the position shown in fig. 5 and 7 to the position shown in fig. 8, which is required for release of the locking arm will not be possible in the first operative position of the stay arm, in which either a part of the stay arm itself with the narrowed section 114 overlapped by the locking arm 117 or the projecting bearing member 113 of the mounting bracket 104 will be positioned in the enlargement 110 of the cut-out 108 in the safety bracket 105, and no passage of the locking arm 117 overlapping the narrowed section 114 through the narrowed opening 109 of the cut-out 108 will be possible.

Claims (7)

  1. Einbruchsicherheitsvorrichtung für Türen und Fenster, umfassend einen Stellarm (103) und eine Sicherheitshalterung (105) zum Montieren auf dem einen und dem anderen von einem aufschliessbaren Flügelteil (101) bzw. einem stationären Rahmenteil (102) einer Tür bzw. eines Fensters, welche Sicherheitshalterung (105) mit einem schwalbenschwanzförmigen Ausschnitt (108) mit einer eingeengten Öffnung (109) und einer Erweiterung (110) zur in Längsrichtung versetzbaren Aufnahme des Stellarmes (103) ausgebildet ist, um ein Öffnen des Flügelteils (101) innerhalb eines durch an einem Ende des Stellarms (103) vorgesehenes Arretierelement (111) begrenzten Ventilationsbereichs zu ermöglichen, wobei der Stellarm (103) am anderen Ende einen eingeengten Abschnitt (114) aufweist, der durch die eingeengte Öffnung (109) des Ausschnitts (108) in der Sicherheitshalterung (105) passieren kann, und an dem erwähnten anderen Ende mit einem hervorstehenden Lager (113) eines zum Befestigen an einen der Flügel- und Rahmenteile (101, 102) vorgesehenen Befestigungsbügels (104) schwankbar verbunden ist, um eine Schwankbewegung des Stellarms (103) zu ermöglichen aus einer ersten Stellung, in welcher er aus dem Befestigungsbügel (104) im wesentlichen fluchtend damit hervorragt, durch die Erweiterung (110) des Ausschnitts (108) in der Sicherheitshalterung (105) in eine zur ersten Stellung im wesentlichen rechtwinkeligen zweite Stellung, in welcher der eingeengte Abschnitt (114) des Stellarms (103) durch die eingeengte Öffnung (109) des Ausschnitts (108) in der Sicherheitshalterung (105) passiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sperrarm (117) an einem Ende mit dem eingeengten Abschnitt (114) des Stellarms (103) im Abstand von der drehbaren Verbindung (116) des Stellarms (103) mit dem Befestigungsbügel (104) drehbar verbunden ist um eine Schwankbewegung des Sperrarms (117) zu ermöglichen aus einer Verriegelungsstellung, in welcher der Sperrarm den eingeengten Abschnitt (114) zur Verhinderung dessen Passage durch die eingeengte Öffnung (119) des Ausschnitts (108) in der Sicherheitshalterung (105) überliegt, in eine unwirksame Stellung, in welcher der Sperrarm von dem eingeengten Abschnitt (114) weg bewegt ist, um erwähnte Passage zu ermöglichen, wobei der Sperrarm (117) Eingriffsmittel (121) zum Eingriff mit dem hervorstehenden Lager (113) des Befestigungsbügels (104) aufweist, die in der ersten Stellung des Stellarms (103) an der drehenden Bewegung des Sperrarms (117) hindern.
  2. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingriffsmittel des Sperrarms (117) eine Endfläche (121) aufweist, die einer durch eine Endkante des hervorstehenden Lagers (113) des Befestigungsbügels (104) gebildeten Eingriffsfläche (122) angepasst ist.
  3. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endfläche des Sperrarms (117) und die Eingriffsfläche (122) des hervorstehenden Lagers (113) im wesentlichen kreisförmig sind mit einem gemeinsamen Zentrum bei der Drehachse (116) für die drehbare Verbindung zwischen dem Stellarm (103) und dem Lager (113).
  4. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hervorstehende Lager (113) auf einer Seite eine im wesentlichen kreisförmige Vertiefung (123) aufweist, deren Zentrum bei der Drehachse (118) für die drehbare Verbindung zwischen dem Sperrarm (117) und dem Stellarm (103) liegt.
  5. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsbügel (4) für den Stellarm (3) und die Sicherheitshalterung (5) zur Verbindung mit dem aufschliessbaren Flügelteil (1) bzw. dem Rahmenteil (2) der Tür oder des Fensters angepasst sind, wobei die Sicherheitshalterung (5) eine winkelige Konsole mit zueinander rechtwinkeligen ersten und zweiten Schenkeln (6, 7) aufweist.
  6. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsbügel (4') für den Stellarm (3') und die Sicherheitshalterung (5') zur Verbindung mit dem Rahmenteil (2') bzw. dem aufschliessbaren Flügelteil (1') der Tür oder des Fensters vorgesehen sind, wobei die Sicherheitshalterung im wesentlichen parallele Schenkel (6', 7') aufweist.
  7. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Halteelement (17) vorgesehen ist, das an denselben der Flügel- und Rahmenteile (1,2) wie der Befestigungsbügel (4) befestigt wird, um den Stellarm (3) in erwähnter zweiten Stellung zum Öffnen des Flügelteils (1) über den begrenzten Ventilationsbereich hinaus zu halten.
