Abstract

Eine Schutzbekleidung besteht zumindest teilweise aus einem Metallringgeflecht, das eine Aufnahme (11) bildet, die zumindest teilweise wenigstens ein Aussteifungsmittel (10) zur Aussteifung und /oder Verstärkung des Metallringgeflechts umgibt. Dadurch, dass das Aussteifungsmittel (10) in der verschließbaren Aufnahme (11) lösbar befestigt ist und dass die Aufnahme (11) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (13) versehen ist, die durch wenigstens ein die Aufnahmeöffnung (13) verschließendes Verschlussmittel (14) verschließbar ist, das zugleich am Aussteifungsmittel (10) festlegbar ist, wird eine Schutzbekleidung geschaffen, die bei einer Beschädigung der sie aussteifenden Elemente leicht zu warten und zu reparieren ist und dennoch bei Gebrauch die Aussteifungselemente zuverlässig hält. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzbekleidung, die zumindest teilweise aus Metallringgeflecht besteht und Aussteifungsmittel aufweist, wie z.B. einen Schutzhandschuh, mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
Eine derartige Schutzbekleidung aus Metallringgeflecht ist z.B. aus der US-A 6,076,190 oder der DE 93 05 286 U1 bekannt. An diesen Schutzhandschuhen ist eine Manschette vorgesehen, die als Stulpe über den Unterarmbereich des Benutzers geführt ist. In einer Tasche aus Metallringgeflecht wird dabei metallischer Aussteifungsstreifen angeordnet, um ein Zusammenfalten oder Zusammenfallen der Stulpe zu verhindern. Ähnliche Probleme stellen sich grundsätzlich bei der Verwendung von Schutzbekleidung, die zumindest teilweise aus Metallringgeflecht besteht.
Aus der DE 199 10 799 C1 ist ein Torwarthandschuh bekannt, in dessen Taschen als Aussteifungselement ein Sperrkörper einsetzbar ist. Die Taschen werden durch einen Haftverschluss in Form eines Klettbandes verschlossen, so dass der Sperrkörper bedarfsweise austauschbar ist. Ein vergleichbarer Schutzhandschuh, in dessen Taschen Protektoren einsetzbar sind, ist aus der DE 200 08 050 U1 bekannt, bei dem die Taschen durch Klettverschlüsse oder Druckknöpfe verschlossen werden. Für Schutzbekleidung allgemein ist das Anbringen von Protektoren in über einen Reißverschluss verschließbaren Taschen z.B. aus der DE 69 25 311 U bekannt.
Bekannt ist ferner der Einsatz von Streifen aus Silikon als Aussteifungsmittel. Da Schutzbekleidung, insbesondere wenn es sich um Schutzhandschuhe handelt, üblicherweise von Metzgern getragen wird, um sich gegen Hieb-, Stich- und Schnittverletzungen zu schützen, muss die Schutzbekleidung regelmäßig sterilisiert werden. Den dabei auftretenden Temperaturen sind die Kunststoffmaterialien jedoch häufig nicht oder zumindest nicht auf Dauer gewachsen, so dass diese verspröden und brechen. Da Aussteifungsmittel bisher in geschlossenen Taschen im Metallringgeflecht eingenäht werden, muss der Handschuh zur Reparatur der Aussteifungsmittel im Bereich der Tasche aufwändig geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden.
Schließlich ist es auch bekannt, entsprechende Aussteifungsmittel mit dem Metallringgeflecht zu verschweißen. Leider kommt es aber auch hier zu Brüchen, wobei dann aufgrund des mit dem Metallringgeflechts verschweißten Kunststoffmaterial die Reparaturen noch erheblich aufwändiger sind.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schutzbekleidung zu schaffen, die bei einer Beschädigung der sie aussteifenden Elemente leicht zu warten und zu reparieren ist und dennoch bei Gebrauch die Aussteifungselemente zuverlässig hält.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Schutzbekleidung mit den in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen gelöst.
Die Schutzbekleidung weist eine Aufnahme auf, in der das Aussteifungselement lösbar aufgenommen ist. Die Aufnahme selbst ist verschließbar, so dass das darin aufgenommene Aussteifungselement leicht austauschbar ist. Hierzu muss die Schutzbekleidung nicht mehr beim Hersteller eingesendet werden, sondern entsprechende Aussteifungselemente können nachgeliefert und vom Benutzer selbst ausgetauscht werden. Der insofern für die Ausbildung von Aufnahmetaschen zu treibende Aufwand wird durch die Reparaturfreundlichkeit schnell wettgemacht, insbesondere wenn man bedenkt, dass die Lebenserwartung des Metallringgeflechts regelmäßig höher ist als die der zugehörigen Aussteifungselemente.
Das Aussteifungselement wird in die Aufnahme eingesetzt und die Aufnahme anschließend mittels eines Verschlussmittels verschlossen, das am Aussteifungsmittel festlegbar ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Verschlussmittel unmittelbar am Aussteifungsmittel selbst angeordnet ist oder diesem zugeordnet ist, so dass das die Aufnahmeöffnung verschließende Verschlussmittel zugleich das Aussteifungsmittel in der Aufnahme fixiert bzw. positioniert. Durch diese Festlegung des Verschlussmittels lässt sich die Aufnahmeöffnung insbesondere bei einer formschlüssigen Verbindung wie einer Schraubverbindung nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6 nicht unbeabsichtigt öffnen, wenn z.B. ein Metzger mit dem Handschuh in ein Stück Fleisch eintaucht, während ein Haftverschluss oder Druckknopf bei dieser Relativbewegung aufgerissen würde.
Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der folgenden Beschreibung.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist eine Schutzbekleidung 16 und ein Schutzhandschuh 17 dargestellt, die zumindest teilweise aus einem Metallringgeflecht bestehen. Im Metallringgeflecht können Aufnahmen 11 gebildet werden, die zumindest teilweise wenigstens ein Aussteifungsmittel 10 zur Aussteifung und/oder Verstärkung des Metallringgeflechts umgeben. Für die vorliegend Erfindung genügt es, wenn das Aussteifungsmittel 10 zumindest teilweise vom Metallringgeflecht in der Aufnahme 11 umgeben ist.
Derartige Schutzbekleidung wird insbesondere von Metzgern aber auch von anderen Berufsgruppen benötigt, die sich gegen Stich-, Hieb- und Schnittverletzungen schützen müssen. Insofern kann eine entsprechende Schutzbekleidung auch an anderen Körperteilen oder am Rumpf selbst benötigt werden.
Bisher ist es insbesondere bekannt, Schließmittel im Bereich der Befestigungsmittel 18 austauschbar und lösbar zu befestigen. Dazu erfolgt jedoch üblicherweise eine Befestigung an einer Stelle am Umfang, da das Befestigungsmittel mit seinem anderen Ende aus einem gegebenenfalls durch das Metallringgeflecht gebildeten Kanal herausgeführt werden muss, um ein Festzurren z.B. am Handgelenk zu ermöglichen. Am Randbereich sind zudem Gewindeendverstärkungen in Form der Verstärkungsmittel 19 vorgesehen.
Die bei der Schutzbekleidung vorhandenen Aussteifungsmittel 10 sind gemäß den Figuren 4 und 5 in verschließbaren Aufnahmen 11 lösbar befestigt. In den Figuren besteht die Aufnahme 11 vollständig aus Metallringgeflecht, wobei ein Obermaterial 23 und ein Untermaterial 24 gebildet wird, zwischen dem das Aussteifungsmittel 10 angeordnet ist. Die Aufnahme 10 ist als Tasche ausgebildet, die mit einem Verschlussdeckel 12 verschließbar ist, der mit dem Untermaterial 24 über einen Verbindungsbereich 22 verbunden ist. Der Verschlussdeckel 12 muss grundsätzlich nicht gemäß Fig. 5 ausgebildet sein. Es ist ebenso möglich, dass der Verschlussdeckel bis zu seiner Vorderkante 12a die Aufnahmeöffnung 13 übergreift und auf beiden Seiten entlang der Aufnahme mit dem Untermaterial 24 verbunden ist. Um in diesem Fall das Aussteifungsmittel 10 einzuführen, muss das Material durch eine Relativbewegung aufgeklappt werden, bis die Aufnahmeöffnung 13 zugänglich ist.
Auch ein Verschlussmittel 14 ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, um die Verschließbarkeit der Aufnahme 11 sicherzustellen. Es muss lediglich gewährleistet sein, dass das Aussteifungsmittel sich nicht von selbst aus der Aufnahme 11 herausarbeiten kann. Vorzugsweise werden jedoch Verschlussmittel 14 vorgesehen, wie sie in Figur 4 und 5 dargestellt sind. Als Verschlussmittel kommen dabei beliebige lösbare Verbindungen in Frage. Im Ausführungsbeispiel wurde jedoch eine Schraubverbindung vorgesehen, die aus der Schraube 20 und der Mutter 21 besteht. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Mutter 21 unmittelbar am Aussteifungsmittel 10 selbst angeordnet ist oder diesem zugeordnet ist, so dass das die Aufnahmeöffnung 13 verschließende Verschlussmittel 14 zugleich das Aussteifungsmittel 10 in der Aufnahme 11 fixiert bzw. positioniert. Durch diese formschlüssige Festlegung des Verschlussmittels lässt sich die Aufnahmeöffnung nicht unbeabsichtigt öffnen, wenn z.B. ein Metzger mit dem Handschuh in ein Stück Fleisch eintaucht, während hingegen bei dieser Relativbewegung ein Haftverschluss aufgerissen würde.
Das Aussteifungsmittel 10 selbst kann aus Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen und kann z. B. auch ein wellenförmiges Metall- oder Kunststoffband sein. Die Wellenform hat insbesondere den Vorteil, dass das Material gegen Knickbeanspruchung besser geschützt ist. Denn durch die Vorformung der Wellen lässt sich ein wellenförmiges Material weniger knicken und ist damit dauerbeständiger. Gleichzeitig füllt ein wellenförmiges Material die Aufnahme besser aus, so dass es an den Randbereichen in Folge eines größeren Radius weniger zu einem Drücken infolge vorstehender Metallringe kommen kann.
Bevorzugter Einsatzbereich ist die Anbringung von Aussteifungsmitteln 10 an einem Schutzhandschuh 16 und dort insbesondere im Bereich der Stulpe 15, wie in den Figuren 2 und 3 gezeigt.

Claims (10)

  1. Schutzbekleidung, die zumindest teilweise aus einem Metallringgeflecht besteht, das eine Aufnahme (11) bildet, die zumindest teilweise wenigstens ein Aussteifungsmittel (10) zur Aussteifung und /oder Verstärkung des Metallringgeflechts umgibt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungsmittel (10) in der verschließbaren Aufnahme (11) lösbar befestigt ist und dass die Aufnahme (11) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (13) versehen ist, die durch wenigstens ein die Aufnahmeöffnung (13) verschließendes Verschlussmittel (14) verschließbar ist, das zugleich am Aussteifungsmittel (10) festlegbar ist.
  2. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kanalförmige Aufnahme (11) vollständig aus Metallringgeflecht besteht.
  3. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (11) durch eine mit einem Verschlussdeckel (12) verschließbare Tasche gebildet ist, an der das Verschlussmittel festlegbar ist.
  4. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussmittel (14) am Metallringgeflecht der Aufnahme festlegbar ist.
  5. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussmittel (14) zugleich das Aussteifungsmittel (10) in der Aufnahme (11 ) fixiert und an diesem formschlüssig festlegbar ist.
  6. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussmittel (14) durch eine Schraubverbindung gebildet ist, deren Mutter am Aussteifungsmittel angeordnet oder diesem zugeordnet ist.
  7. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungsmittel (10) aus Kunststoff oder Metall besteht.
  8. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungsmittel (10) ein wellenförmiges Metall- oder Kunststoffband ist.
  9. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzbekleidung ein Schutzhandschuh ist.
  10. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Stulpe (15) zur Anordnung am Arm oder Bein des Benutzers aufweist, die mit den Aussteifungsmitteln (10) bestückbar ist.
