Abstract
Description
Cette couche, très légère, n'augmente pas sensiblement le poids du hourdis et elle peut très facilement être solidarisée par collage contre les faces correspondantes de polystyrène.
- une feuille externe de matière métallisée dont les extrémités remontent au moins partiellement sur deux côtés du bloc de polystyrène, et dont les bordures latérales longent les deux autres côtés de ce bloc, et
- deux bandes adhésives de matière métallisée, placées à cheval sur les deux angles formés par la face inférieure du bloc de polystyrène et les côtés de ce bloc longés par les bordures latérales de la feuille précitée. De préférence, les bandes adhésives de matière métallique viennent se coller, d'une part directement contre les parties inférieures des côtés du bloc de polystyrène, et d'autre part sur les bordures latérales de la feuille métallisée.

- à coller des bandes adhésives de matière métallisée, par exemple en aluminium, à cheval sur les deux angles formés par la face inférieure du bloc de polystyrène et ses côtés d'extrémités.

Le bloc de polystyrène 1' est délimité par une face inférieure 3, une face supérieure 4, deux côtés latéraux 5 destinés chacun à venir en regard d'une poutrelle 2, et deux côtés d'extrémités 6 destinés à venir au contact de hourdis identiques juxtaposés.
Les deux côtés latéraux 5 comportent chacun une oreille longitudinale 7 aménagée dans leur partie supérieure ; ces oreilles 7 forment un épaulement 8 apte à venir reposer sur les talons des poutrelles 2 de réception.
A cet effet, le complexe 10, 11 est découpé selon un rectangle dont la largeur correspond à la distance entre les deux côtés d'extrémités 6 du bloc 1', tel qu'on peut l'observer sur la figure 3. Ce complexe 10, 11 est encore découpé de sorte que sa longueur soit supérieure à la distance entre les deux côtés latéraux 5 du bloc de polystyrène (figure 2), pour que ledit complexe remonte sur environ la moitié de la hauteur sous oreille 7 desdits côtés 5. Les retours 15 du complexe ainsi formé, tel que représenté en détail sur la figure 2, viennent chacun en regard d'une face latérale de poutrelle 2, et masquent ainsi toute la partie du côté latéral 5 susceptible d'être dégradée par les rongeurs.
Les bandes métallisées 12 sont fixées de manière à s'étendre pour partie sur les côtés d'extrémités 6 et pour partie sur la face externe de la feuille métallisée 10.
On remarque encore sur la figure 1 que les deux extrémités 16 des bandes adhésives 12 se prolongent au niveau des deux côtés latéraux 5, pour optimiser le masquage de la partie inférieure du bloc de polystyrène 1'.
Ces bandes adhésives 12 constituent ainsi le retour de la sous-face 9 pour les deux côtés d'extrémités 6.
Claims (13)
- Hourdis de type avec ou sans languette de finition, en matériau isolant du genre polystyrène expansé, apte à être posé entre deux poutrelles en béton précontraint ou en treillis métallique par exemple, pour assurer le coffrage et l'isolation de la dalle de compression d'un plancher de vide sanitaire ou de haut de sous-sol, lequel hourdis (1, 20) est constitué d'un bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') qui est délimité par une face inférieure (3), une face supérieure (4), deux côtés d'extrémités (6) et deux côtés latéraux (5) munis chacun d'une oreille longitudinale supérieure (7) pour son positionnement entre lesdites poutrelles, la face inférieure (3) du bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') comportant une sous-face rapportée (9) en matériau apte notamment à éviter les dégradations par les rongeurs, caractérisé en ce que la sous-face (9) comprend au moins une couche externe (10 ,12) de matière métallisée, dont l'épaisseur est comprise entre 5 et 100 µm.
- Hourdis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche externe de matière métallisée (10, 12) remonte au moins partiellement sur les côtés latéraux (5), de sorte à recouvrir au moins la partie inférieure de la hauteur desdits côtés (5).
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche externe de matière métallisée (10, 12) remonte au moins partiellement sur les deux côtés d'extrémités (6) de sorte à recouvrir au moins la partie inférieure desdits côtés (6).
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) comprenant :une feuille externe (10) de matière métallisée dont les extrémités remontent au moins partiellement sur deux côtés (5 ou 6) du bloc de polystyrène (1', 20'), et dont les bordures latérales longent les deux autres côtés (6 ou 5) dudit bloc (1', 20'), etdeux bandes adhésives (12) de matière métallisée, placées à cheval sur les deux angles formés par la face inférieure (3) dudit bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') et les côtés (5 ou 6) dudit bloc de polystyrène longés par les bordures latérales de ladite feuille métallisée (10).
- Hourdis selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des bandes adhésives de matière métallique (12) qui viennent se coller, d'une part directement contre les parties inférieures des côtés (5 ou 6) du bloc de polystyrène (1', 20'), et d'autre part sur les bordures latérales de la feuille métallisée (10).
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) comprenant au moins une couche de matière isolante (11) interposée au moins entre la face inférieure (3) du bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') et la couche externe de matière métallisée (10, 12).
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de matière métallisée (10) est entièrement revêtue, sur sa face interne, d'au moins une couche de matière isolante (11).
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) dont la ou les couches de matière isolante (11) consistent en un film à bulles en polyéthylène.
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) dont la couche externe de matière isolante (10, 12) est réalisée en aluminium.
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est du type dépourvu de languette de finition, et en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) qui remonte sur sensiblement la moitié de la hauteur sous oreille (7) des côtés latéraux (5).
- Hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'un des côtés latéraux (5) est muni d'une languette de finition (21) délimitée par une bordure longitudinale libre (22) conformée pour épouser le côté latéral opposé (5) d'un hourdis identique disposé en regard, et en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) qui remonte au moins partiellement sur ladite bordure longitudinale (22).
- Hourdi s selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'une languette de finition (21) dont la bordure longitudinale (22) est en forme de dièdre avec une arête (23), et en ce qu'il comporte une sous-face (9) qui remonte sur ladite bordure longitudinale (22), légèrement au-delà de l'arête (23) dudit dièdre.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un hourdis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste :à préparer un bloc de polystyrène (1', 20'), en forme générale de hourdis, délimité par une face inférieure (3), une face supérieure (4), deux côtés d'extrémités (6) et deux côtés latéraux (5) munis chacun d'une oreille longitudinale supérieure (7),à préparer une feuille de matière métallisée (10), genre aluminium par exemple, dont la face interne est éventuellement revêtue d'au moins une couche de matière isolante (11), genre film de polyéthylène à bulles par exemple, la largeur de ladite feuille (10) ou dudit complexe (10, 11) correspondant à la largeur dudit bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') entre les deux côtés d'extrémités (6), et la longueur de ladite feuille (10) ou dudit complexe (10, 11) étant supérieure à la longueur dudit bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') entre les deux côtés latéraux (5),à solidariser par collage la face interne de la feuille métallisée (10) ou du complexe (10, 11) avec la face inférieure (3) et les parties inférieures des côtés latéraux (5) du bloc de polystyrène (1', 20'), les bordures latérales de ladite feuille (10) ou dudit complexe (10, 11) longeant les bordures d'extrémités (6) dudit bloc de polystyrène (1', 20'), et les extrémités libres de ladite feuille (10) ou dudit complexe (10, 11) étant rabattues contre les parties inférieures des côtés latéraux (5) dudit bloc (1', 20'), età coller des bandes adhésives de matière métallisée (12), par exemple en aluminium, à cheval sur les deux angles formés par la face inférieure (3) dudit bloc de polystyrène (1', 20') et les côtés d'extrémités (6).
