Claims (9)
- Bauelement zur insbesondere nachträglichen beabstandeten Befestigung von Bauteilen (2) wie Balkonen und dergleichen an Gebäudeteilen (1), insbesondere an mit einer Außendämmung (3) versehenen betonierten Außenwänden oder Geschossdeckenstirnseiten (4), wobei das Bauelement (6) Bewehrungselemente (7, 8, 9) in Form zumindest eines Querkraftelements (7) aufweist, das an das zu befestigende Bauteil (2) einerseits und an das Gebäudeteil (1 ) andererseits angeschlossen ist und eine zwischen Bauteil und Gebäudeteil belassene und insbesondere von der Außendämmung ausgefüllte Fuge (3) durchquert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Querkraftelement aus einem Querkraftdorn (7) besteht, dass sich der Querkraftdorn bis in das zu befestigende Bauteil (2) erstreckt und in diesem zumindest mittelbar formschlüssig verankert ist, und dass der Querkraftdorn zum Anschluss an das Gebäudeteil (1 ) eine stirnseitige Kopfplatte (5) aufweist, die mittels einer Mehrzahl von zueinander beabstandet angeordneten Befestigungsankern (10) flächig an dem Gebäudeteil festlegbar ist. - Bauelement nach zumindest Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querkraftdorn (7) aus einem Hohlprofil besteht. - Bauelement nach zumindest Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hohlprofil des Querkraftdorns (7) einen hochkant stehenden rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Bauelement nach zumindest Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hohlprofil des Querkraftdorns (7) an seinem in das Bauteil (2) gerichteten Ende offengelassen ist. - Bauelement nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Querkraftdorn (7) weitere sich in dem zu befestigenden Bauteil (6) erstreckende Bewehrungselemente (8, 9) befestigt, insbesondere angeschweißt sind. - Bauelement nach zumindest Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren am Querkraftdorn (7) befestigten Bewehrungselemente (8, 9) sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Dornachse in einer Vertikalebene erstreckende U-förmig abgebogene Bügel sind, deren U-Schenkel (8b, 8c, 9b, 9c) in Horizontalrichtung in das Bauteil (2) verlaufen und deren U-Basis (8a, 9a) in Vertikalrichtung verläuft und an dem Querkraftdorn (7) seitlich anliegt. - Bauelement nach zumindest Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-förmigen Bügel (8, 9) beabstandet von der Fuge (3) im zu befestigenden Bauteil (2) angeordnet sind. - Bauelement nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopfplatte (5) an den Querkraftdorn (7) angeschweißt ist. - Bauelement nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querkraftdorn (7), die Kopfplatte (5) und/oder die Bügel (8, 9) aus Metall und im Bereich der Fuge (3) oder in den fugennahen Randbereichen insbesondere aus Edelstahl bestehen.
