Claims (32)

  1. Procédé pour transférer une patte de départ d'une bande de matériau, en particulier d'une bande de papier ou de carton, sur un dispositif d'enroulement (18) qui enroule la bande de matériau sur un tambour (20), dans lequel la bande de matériau et la patte de départ sont passées sur un tambour de support (22) et un interstice d'enroulement (24) est formé entre le tambour de support (22) et le tambour (20),
    caractérisé en ce que lors du transfert de la patte de départ, la force linéaire (LK) dans l'interstice d'enroulement (24) est réglée à une valeur plus élevée dans la zone de la patte de départ que dans la partie restante de l'interstice d'enroulement (24).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des deux bordures latérales de la patte de départ est guidée dans l'interstice d'enroulement (24) et en ce que dans la partie restante concernée de l'interstice d'enroulement (24), la force linéaire (LK) est réglée à une valeur plus élevée que dans l'autre bordure latérale.

  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans l'interstice d'enroulement (24), la force linéaire (LK) est réglée par l'intermédiaire d'un tambour (20) déplaçable ou ajustable.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de la patte de départ, le tambour (20) est comprimé plus fort contre le tambour de support (22) que dans la partie restante de l'interstice d'enroulement (24).
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (20) est placé obliquement par rapport au tambour de support (22).

  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la force linéaire (LK) est ajustée dans l'interstice d'enroulement (24) par un tambour de support (22) déplaçable ou ajustable.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de la patte de départ, le tambour de support (22) est repoussé plus fortement contre le tambour (20) que dans la partie restante de l'interstice d'enroulement (24).
  13. Procédé selon les revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le tambour de support (22) est placé obliquement par rapport au tambour (20).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (20) est fixe ou peut être déplacé pour compenser l'augmentation du diamètre d'enroulement.
