Definitions
- Document FR-A-2 793 676 describes a device lighting comprising a housing in which are arranged a light bulb and optical assemblies. Each set optical includes a mirror and a porthole. The mirror is adapted to return a beam of light emitted by the bulb towards the porthole, which is adapted to focus the beam on a lighting plan.
- This device does not allow to vary the size of the lighting spot for a given distance between the housing and the lighting plan.
- the present invention aims to overcome the mentioned drawbacks, and to propose a package that allows a change in the size of the spot any lighting having a good return.
- the subject of the invention is a set of aforementioned type, characterized in that the optical element of focusing is movable relative to the mounting bracket, and in that it comprises coupling means of the focusing optical element and the reflecting mirror for synchronized movement of the two.
- Figure 1 shows a lighting device according to the invention designated by the general reference 2.
- This device 2 is intended to illuminate a lighting field 4, such as a field of medical operation defined by a plan P.
- the device 2 is adapted to create a lighting spot 6 in the plane P.
- the device 2 is provided with a housing 10 comprising a housing 12 and a closure plate 14.
- the housing 12 defines an opening 16 directed towards the plane P.
- the plate closing 14 closes the opening 16 and is fully transparent. It is made in one piece by example plastic.
- the housing 10 includes four lobes 18 and presents, in top view, a symmetrical shape general cross.
- the housing 10 In the housing 10 are arranged two groups lighting 20 and 22.
- Each of the lighting groups 20, 22 comprises a light bulb 24, 26 held in a fixture 28, 30 and four condensers 32, 34 known per se and arranged in the central part of the housing.
- the condensers 32, 34 are adapted to generate four F1 and F2 light beams directed from the associated light bulb to the lobes 18 and defining central axes C-C.
- Each of groups 20, 22 also comprises two mobile optical assemblies 36 and two optical assemblies 38. Each of these sets is located in one of the lobes 18 and is adapted to return one of the beams F1, F2 to the lighting plan P.
- a moving optical assembly 36 is shown on the Figure 3.
- This assembly 36 includes a mounting bracket 40, a reflecting mirror 42, and a focusing port 44.
- the mounting bracket 40 is a shaped fitting inverted U fixed to the housing 12 and consisting of a core 46 which connects two arms 48, 50.
- Each arm 48, 50 is provided with a lug 52, 54 movable in rotation about an axis X-X.
- the reflecting mirror 42 is a plane mirror, extending in a mirror plane M.
- the mirror 42 is reflecting in the field of visible light and transparent in the infrared range.
- a treatment optical 56 known per se is arranged on the mirror, on the side opposite to the porthole ( Figure 1). This optical treatment 56 serves to send the infrared rays to the housing 12, so to evacuate energy from infrared rays.
- the focusing port 44 extends along a plane port H which defines an angle between 40 ° and 50 ° with plane M.
- the two planes H and M intersect according to a Y-Y intersection axis.
- the porthole 44 comprises a first and a second dioptre arranged coaxially one behind the other in the direction of travel of the beams of F1 beams.
- the first diopter is adapted to correct the aberrations optical and the second diopter is adapted to standardize F1 beam illumination.
- the mirror 42 and the porthole 44 are fixed one to the other by two connecting plates 58, 60 of general shape triangular, extending perpendicular to the planes M and H. Each of the plates 58, 60 extends at one axial end the mirror 42 and the porthole 44.
- the connecting plates 58,60, the mirror 42 and the porthole 44 thus form a prism to triangular section whose side facing the mirror 42 and the porthole 44 is open.
- the radial position of the mirror 42 and the porthole 44, relative to the X-X axis, can be set.
- a straight slot 62 is formed in each plate 58, 60.
- the associated pin 52, 54 passes through the slot 62 and is immobilized in the slot by means of immobilization, such as a nut 64.
- the plates 58, 60, the mirror 42 and the porthole 44 are articulated to the arms 48, 50 of the fitting around the axis of rotation X-X via the lugs 52, 54.
- the X-X axis extends parallel to the planes H and M, and is shifted from these plans. In addition, the X-X axis intersects the axis central C-C of the beam F1, F2 associated.
- the assembly 36 further comprises a connecting rod 66 which is fixed on the plate 60.
- the connecting rod 66 comprises a opening 68 in which engages a training finger not shown which is connected to drive means of the connecting rod 66, such as a geared motor not shown.
- drive means of the connecting rod 66 such as a geared motor not shown.
- Each fixed optical assembly 38 includes a mirror 42 and a focus port similar to the mirror 42 and porthole 44 above. However, these mirror 42 and port 44 are attached to the housing 12 and their positions are not not modifiable compared to housing 10.
- the lighting device according to the invention is assembled and works as follows.
- the support 40 is fixed in the housing 10. Then the position of the mirror 42 and the porthole 44 by compared to bulb 24 is pre-set by a modification of the position of the plates 58, 60 with respect to the lugs 52, 54.
- the size of the lighting spot 6 can be set by a tilting mirrors 42 and portholes 44 of the assemblies movable 36 about the X-X axis.
- Providing 36 and fixed mobile assemblies 38 in the same housing 10 leads to a device lighting that allows a variation in the size of the lighting spot 6, while being economical.
- fixed lighting assemblies 38 provide minimum illumination in the center of the stain 6.
- half optical assemblies consist of fixed assemblies 38 while the other half consists of sets
- half of the optical assemblies associated with a bulb is constituted of mobile sets 36, while the other half of optical assemblies consists of fixed assemblies 38.
- the mirror 42 and the porthole 44 of the mobile assemblies 36 are fixed relative to one another, a modification of the position of the mirror 42 with respect to the bulb 24 does not change the position of the mirror 42 by to the porthole. 44. Consequently, the aberration of the F1 beam of light coming out of porthole 44 is still corrected in the same way, and it is not necessary to partially hide this F1 beam. This leads to a good energy efficiency of the device.
- the plaque closure 14 can be completely transparent and aesthetic.
- all the mobile optical assemblies 36 are associated with one of the bulbs 24, 26, while all the fixed optical assemblies 38 are associated with another bulb 26, 24.
