Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum schnellen und sicheren Spannen von insbesondere Werkstücken in Form von Rundmaterial, wobei eine exakte mittige Spannung des Spannguts bei kurzen Spannzeiten gewährleistet und die Spannvorrichtung kostengünstig herstellbar sowie ergonomisch in kompakter Bauweise ausführbar sein soll.
Erfindungsgemäss besteht die Vorrichtung im wesentlichen aus Spanneinrichtungen (3.1; 3.2) mit einer Axialgleitbüchse (11.1; 11.2), einer Spannbuchse (12) mit einer auswechselbaren Spannbacke (13), einer Feder (15) in einem Federraum (16), einem Bogensegment (17.1; 17.2), Spannhebel (6.1; 6.2) und einem Schwenkantrieb (5), die auf einer Grundplatte (1) und mittels Gestellteilen (2.1; 2.2) angeordnet sind.
