Claims (15)
- Barre anti-panique (1) pour serrures à mortaise comportant un étau à serrure (6) attelé en rotation avec la broche de ladite barre, et un premier et, respectivement, un second élément d'actionnement dudit étau à serrure (6) attelés en rotation avec ladite barre et emboîtés contre une première et, respectivement, une seconde plaque de battement (8,7) dudit étau à serrure (6) avec une première et, relativement, une seconde force de rotation dans le même sens, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premier et, respectivement, second éléments d'actionnement comportent un premier et, respectivement, un second goujon (11,13) parallèles audit gond à charnière (12) et aménagés du côté opposé par rapport audit gond à charnière (12) de ladite barre de façon à générer un premier et, respectivement, un second moment de rotation identiques aptes à laisser tourner ledit étau à serrure (6) de la position serrure fermée vers la position ouverte, lesdites première et seconde force de rotation étant orientées transversalement par rapport à l'axe dudit étau à serrure (6).
- Barre anti-panique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premier et, respectivement, second goujons (11,13) sont coplanaires avec ledit gond à charnière (12) de ladite barre.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit étau à serrure (6) comporte un siège d'insertion positionné axialement pour ladite broche.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le point de contact desdits premier et, respectivement, second actionneurs avec lesdites première et, respectivement, seconde plaques de battement (8,7) est situé à la limite radialement extérieure dudit étau à serrure (6), aussitôt que ladite barre est dans sa position de serrure fermée, afin d'obtenir le maximum de leverage possible pour lesdites première et, respectivement, seconde force de rotation.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites première et, respectivement, seconde plaques de battement (8,7) comportent un premier et, respectivement, un second mécanisme de déclenchement à l'intérieur duquel lesdits premier et, respectivement, second goujons (11,13) coulissent, lesdits premier et, respectivement, second mécanismes de déclenchement étant positionnés transversalement par rapport à l'axe dudit étau à serrure (6) et formant un angle le long desdits premier et, respectivement, second secteur de la surface latérale dudit étau à serrure (6) axialement et décalé angulairement.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit étau à serrure (6) a un troisième mécanisme de déclenchement (9) à l'intérieur duquel le gond à charnière (12) coulisse, ledit troisième mécanisme de déclenchement (9) étant positionné transversalement à l'axe dudit étau à serrure (6) et formant un angle le long d'un troisième secteur de la surface latérale dudit étau à serrure axialement interposé entre le premier et, respectivement, le second secteur, et au moins partiellement angulairement superposé auxdits premier et second secteurs à un angle.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premier et, respectivement, second secteurs sont symétriquement et angulairement opposés et que ledit troisième secteur est symétriquement et angulairement superposé entre lesdits premier et, respectivement, second secteurs.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier mécanisme de déclenchement s'ouvre à l'extrémité dudit étau à serrure vis-à-vis de celui qui emboîte ladite broche.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premier et, respectivement, second mécanismes de déclenchement forment une première et, respectivement, une seconde surface plane de contact (17,20) avec une première et, respectivement, une seconde portion aplatie (19,18) de la surface latérale desdits premier et, respectivement, second goujons (11,13).
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites première et, respectivement, seconde surfaces planes (17,20) sont alignées avec lesdites première et, respectivement, seconde portions aplaties (19,18) de la surface latérale desdits premier et, respectivement, second goujons (11,13) aussitôt que ladite barre est dans ladite position de serrure ouverte, et pas alignée aussitôt que ladite barre est dans ladite position de serrure ouverte.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit siège d'insertion de la broche (10) comporte une pluralité d'indentations de ladite broche décalée angulairement afin de relier ledit étau à serrure (6) à ladite broche, sélectivement, dans une de la pluralité des positions angulaires relatives.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite pluralité d'indentations comporte au moins une indentation et une seconde indentation tournées de 30°.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens d'arrêt pour ladite broche dans la position aussi bien ouverte que fermée de ladite serrure.
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'arrêt comportent un premier et, respectivement, un second couple de fentes opposées (16,15), chacune desquelles étant coupée dans un ressaut correspondant d'un couple de ressauts opposés qui s'étendent à angle droit en rapport d'une plaque correspondante d'un couple de plaques opposées qui soutiennent ledit gond à charnière (12), lesdits premier et, respectivement, second couples de fentes (16,15) soutenant et permettant l'action de coulissement des extrémités desdits premier et, respectivement, second goujons (11,13).
- Barre anti-panique selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit étau à serrure (6) a une configuration cylindrique.
