Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung von glänzenden und matten Oberflächenbereichen (22,24) beim Bedrucken eines Dosenkörpers (18) in einer Produktionslinie (10) mit einer Grundlackiermaschine (12) zum Auftragen eines Grundlackes (26) auf den Dosenkörper (18), einer Druckmaschine (14) zum Auftragen von Druckfarben (30), wovon wenigstens eine Glanzdruckfarbe (28), auf den grundlackierten Dosenkörper (18) und einer Decklackiermaschine (16) zum Auftragen eines Decklackes (32) auf den grundlackierten und bedruckten Dosenkörper (18),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Decklack (32) ein Mattlack über eine registergesteuerte Flexodruckplatte oder über einen registergesteuerten Zylinder (44) auf die zur Erzeugung einer matten Oberfläche (24) vorgesehenen Bereiche des Dosenkörpers (18) aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Erzeugung einer glänzenden Oberfläche (22) vorgesehenen Bereiche mit einer Glanzdruckfarbe (28) bedruckt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die glänzenden Oberflächenbereiche (22) von einer glänzenden Dosenoberfläche (20) erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosenoberfläche (20) hochglanzgebürstet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dosenkörper (18) aus Aluminium oder aus einer Aluminiumlegierung gefertigt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundlackiermaschine (12) und die Decklackiermaschine (16) mit einer Flexodruckeinheit und einem Aniloxfarbwerk (34) ausgestattet sind.
- Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche zur Erzeugung einer Dosenkörperoberfläche (20) mit Spot-Varnish-Effekt.
