Claims (11)
- Winkelprofilelement aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung, als Ausgangselement zum Aufbau von Vorrichtungen zur Aufnahme von Werkstücken mit zwei winkelig, vorzugsweise in einem rechten Winkel, zueinander angeordneten, in einer Längsrichtung verlaufenden Schenkeln (2, 3), wobei in wenigstens jeweils einer Oberfläche der Schenkel (2, 3) in der Längsrichtung verlaufende, in gleichmäßigen Abständen (Rasterabständen) zueinander angeordnete Längsnuten (4) und in dem Raum zwischen je zwei Längsnuten (4) in dem Material der Schenkel (2, 3) ebenfalls in der Längsrichtung geführte, parallel zueinander und zu den Längsnuten (4) verlaufende Längsbohrungen (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Winkelprofilelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnuten (4) über die gesamte Längserstreckung der Schenkel (2, 3) ausgebildet sind.
- Winkelprofilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnuten (4) unter Bildung von Längsfasen (6) an ihren Rändern im wesentlichen V-förmig ausgebildet sind.
- Winkelprofilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils auf beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen der Schenkel (2, 3) in gleichen Abständen von den dem Winkel gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern der Schenkel (2, 3) Längsnuten (4) angebracht sind.
- Winkelprofilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Längsnuten (4) gleich der Materialstärke der Schenkel (2, 3) ist.
- Winkelprofilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Längsbohrungen (5) den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen.
- Winkelprofilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbarte Längsbohrungen (5) gemessen als Abstand ihrer Mittelpunkte den gleichen Abstand (Rasterabstand) aufweisen wie zwei benachbarte Längsnuten (4).
- Winkelprofilelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufende Stirnflächen der Schenkel (2, 3) als senkrecht zu den Achsen der Längsbohrungen (5) verlaufende Anschlußflächen (7) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Werkstücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie unter Verwendung von Winkelprofilelementen (1, 10, 11, 12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufgebaut ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf Winkelprofilelemente (1,11, 12) an einer quer zu der Längsrichtung verlaufenden Stirnfläche aufgesetzte Winkelprofilelemente (10) als Abschluß-Winkelstücke aufweist, die ebenfalls aus dem Basiswinkelprofilelement (1) herstellbar sind und bei denen an einer quer zur Längserstreckung des Winkelprofilelementes (1, 11, 12) verlaufenden Stirnseite (7, 70) einer der Schenkel (30) um einen in seiner Tiefe der Materialstärke der Schenkel (2, 3, 20, 30) entsprechenden Absatz gegenüber dem anderen Schenkel (20) verkürzt ist, wobei die Abschluß-Winkelstücke (10) so an einer der Stirnseiten (7, 70) eines Winkelprofilelementes (1, 11, 12) angeordnet sind, daß der um den Absatz verkürzte Schenkel (30) innen an einem der Schenkel des Winkelprofilelementes (1, 11, 12) anliegt und der längere Schenkel (20) bis zum Ende des Absatzes auf der Stirnseite des anderen Schenkels des Winkelprofilelementes aufliegt und die Abschluß-Winkelstücke (10) und die Winkelprofilelement (1, 11, 12) jeweils entlang dreier linear unabhängiger Raumrichtungen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf quer zu der Längsrichtung verlaufende Stirnflächen (7, 70) von Winkelprofilelementen (1, 11, 12) aufgesetzte, aus dem Basiswinkelprofilelement (1) herstellbare Querstrebenelemente aufweist, bei denen ein Schenkel des Basiswinkelprofils (1) in seiner Abmessung in der Längsrichtung auf eine der Breite eines Schenkels des Winkelprofilelementes (1, 11, 12) auf der Innenseite des Winkels entsprechende Länge gekürzt ist, wobei das Querstrebenelement so auf Stirnfläche (7, 70) des Winkelprofilelementes (1, 11, 12) aufgesetzt ist, daß der verkürzte Schenkel auf der Innenseite des Schenkels des Winkelprofilelementes (1, 11, 12) an diesem anliegt und das Querstrebenelement mit dem Winkelprofilelement (1, 11, 12) entlang dreier linear unabhängiger Raumrichtungen miteinander verbunden sind.
