Claims (21)
- Obturateur coupe-feu pour gaines d'écoulement, en particulier gaines d'aération, d'évacuation, d'extraction ou orifices muraux ou similaires, comprenant :- un boîtier de clapet (11) avec une gaine de passage (14) formant un segment de la gaine d'écoulement lorsque l'obturateur coupe-feu est installé,- un clapet (12) monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter dans le boîtier de clapet (11), et dont la forme et la taille sont adaptées à la section intérieure de la gaine de passage (14), et- un dispositif d'entraînement du clapet (12) pour fermer le clapet (12) en cas de besoin,caractérisé en ce que
le clapet (12) présente, au moins sur une face (15 à 17) tournée vers la gaine de passage, une lame racleuse (19 à 21) constituée de façon à dégager en raclant par zones la gaine de passage (14) lors du pivotement du clapet (12). - Obturateur coupe-feu selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le clapet (12) est monté au niveau d'une de ses faces (15 à 18) de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe (Aa) décentré par rapport à la section de la gaine de passage (14). - Obturateur coupe-feu selon la revendication 1,

le raclage par zones a lieu même en cas d'une fermeture du clapet (12) intervenant en l'absence d'incendie ou de signal d'alarme. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 17,
caractérisé en ce que
le raclage par zones est effectué au moins une fois à intervalle fixe, par exemple à intervalle annuel, mensuel ou quotidien. - Utilisation d'un clapet coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14 dans des gaines d'écoulement d'air chargé d'huiles et de graisses, en particulier des gaines de ventilation de cuisines professionnelles.
- Utilisation d'un clapet coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14 dans des gaines d'écoulement dans le domaine de la climatisation.
