Claims (10)
- Ansaugvorrichtung für eine Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) in Verbindung mit einer Ventilatorverkleidung (10), wobei die Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) einen Ansauganschluss (54) aufweist, wobei die Ventilatorverkleidung (10) zwischen einem Lüfter (22) und einem Kühler angeordnet ist, wobei die Ansaugvorrichtung einen Kanal (24) aufweist, welcher an einer Oberfläche der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Kanal (24) zwischen einem - insbesondere in Form einer Düse ausgebildeten - Portal (46) und einer Apertur (34), die an der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) in der Nähe des Lüfters (22) angeordnet ist, verbindet, wobei die Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) an der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) derart anbringbar ist, dass der Ansauganschluss (54) über das Portal (46) mit dem Kanal (24) in unmittelbarer Verbindung steht, und wobei der erforderliche Unterdruck bzw. das erforderliche Vakuum zum Ansaugen für die Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) von einem von dem Lüfter (22) erzeugten Luftfluss durch den Kanal (24) zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
- Ansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ventilatorverkleidung (10) einen ersten Abschnitt (12) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (14) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise der erste und der zweite Abschnitt (12, 14) im zusammengesetzten Zustand eine vollständige Ventilatorverkleidung bilden.
- Ansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der erste und der zweite Abschnitt (12, 14) jeweils mindestens einen Flansch (16) aufweisen, wobei der Flansch (16) des ersten Abschnitts (12) komplementär zum Flansch (16) des zweiten Abschnitts (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Ansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der erste Abschnitt (12) einen darin ausgebildeten Luftkanal (24) aufweist, wobei der Luftkanal (24) vorzugsweise einen in dem ersten Abschnitt (12) ausgebildeten ersten Kanalabschnitt (26) und einen in einer Kanalabdeckung (30) ausgebildeten zweiten Kanalabschnitt (28) aufweist.
- Ansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei jeder Kanalabschnitt (26, 28) einen Querschnitt derart aufweist, dass ein Kanal (24) zwischen der Kanalabdeckung (30) und dem ersten Abschnitt (12) ausgebildet ist, wenn die Kanalabdeckung (30) an dem ersten Abschnitt (12) angebracht ist.
- Ansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei die Kanalabdeckung (30) an jeder Seite des Kanalabschnitts (28) Flansche (38) aufweist, welche zu dazu komplementär ausgebildeten Oberflächen (40) des ersten Abschnitts (12) der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) korrespondieren, so dass die Kanalabdeckung (30) passend oder dichtend an dem ersten Abschnitt (12) der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ausgebildete Passage zwischen der Kanalabdeckung (30) und dem ersten Abschnitt (12) der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) der Kanal (24) ist, der den Ansauganschluss (54) mit der an der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) ausgebildeten Apertur (34) verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei die Kanalabdeckung (30) eine Düse aufweist, welche das Portal (46) zu dem Kanal (24) bildet, wenn die Kanalabdeckung (30) an dem ersten Abschnitt (12) der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Abschnitt (12) der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) mindestens einen Befestigungsvorsprung (58) zur Befestigung der Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) an der Ventilatorverkleidung (10) aufweist, so dass der Ansauganschluss (54) der Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) kommunizierend zu dem Portal (46) angeordnet ist, welches durch die Düse (46) der Kanalabdeckung (30) gebildet ist, wenn die Vorreinigungseinrichtung (50) an den Befestigungsvorsprüngen (58) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ventilatorverkleidung (10) aus einem thermoplastischen oder duroplastischen Material geformt ist.
