Claims (13)

  1. Têtière (1) pour un battant secondaire d'une porte coupe-feu à deux battants qui a un battant principal muni d'une serrure (9) dans laquelle est agencé un pêne (8), qui est approprié pour venir en prise avec la têtière (1) lors de son installation, la têtière comprenant : un corps qui a une paroi avant (2) munie d'une ouverture centrale (7) qui permet, en position d'installation, le passage dudit pêne (8) de la serrure (9), des éléments dentés, agencés dans ledit corps, associés à des coulisseaux coulissant verticalement respectifs (19) qui peuvent coulisser axialement vers une position dans laquelle ils viennent en prise avec des extrémités respectives de ceux-ci dans des réceptacles correspondants, un dans le seuil et un dans le linteau de l'ouverture lorsque ladite porte est installée, lesdits éléments dentés étant associés pour un actionnement d'ouverture avec une barre antipanique ou une poignée d'actionnement, et des moyens de verrouillage pour verrouiller les coulisseaux (19) dans la position rétractée à l'intérieur de la porte, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps est symétrique par rapport à un plan horizontal qui passe son axe central, deux pannetons (11), agencés de manière symétrique par rapport audit axe central, chacun au niveau d'une ouverture respective (10) du corps, chaque panneton (11) étant approprié individuellement pour venir en prise avec la barre antipanique de manière à être mis en prise individuellement par un arbre de la poignée d'actionnement, des moyens élastiques (18) interposés entre lesdits coulisseaux (19) et lesdits éléments dentés, lesdits moyens élastiques étant constitués de ressorts agissant axialement (18), chacun ayant une tête qui repose sur une extrémité agencée à l'intérieur de ladite têtière (1) d'un respectif desdits coulisseaux (19), et une tête opposée qui repose sur un poussoir d'extrémité (15) d'un respectif desdits éléments dentés, ledit ressort (18) désaccouplant ledit coulisseau (19) et ledit élément denté.
  2. Têtière (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits éléments dentés comprend deux plaques (13) qui sont profilées et superposées de sorte qu'elles peuvent coulisser axialement dans ladite têtière (1), et qui sont formées au niveau d'une première extrémité de manière à former ledit poussoir d'extrémité (15), un ressort angulaire (28), qui a un premier bras qui repose sur la paroi arrière (3) de ladite têtière (1), et un autre bras qui est mis en prise sur un élément qui est couplé de manière rigide auxdites plaques (13) afin de maintenir leurs faces respectivement en appui contre la paroi supérieure (4) et la paroi inférieure (5) de ladite têtière (1) , et deux bras de levier (12) , qui sont couplés de manière rigide auxdits pannetons (11), et qui reposent sur des éléments qui sont couplés de manière rigide auxdites plaques (13).
  3. Têtière (1) selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, par l'intermédiaire de l'action de ladite barre antipanique, lesdits éléments dentés passent d'une première configuration, dans laquelle les poussoirs mutuellement opposés et symétriques respectifs (15) sont à proximité de la tête ou de la paroi supérieure (4) correspondante de la têtière (1), les extrémités des coulisseaux (19) étant en prise dans lesdits réceptacles, à une seconde configuration, dans laquelle lesdits poussoirs (15) sont à proximité de l'axe central de la têtière (1), les extrémités des coulisseaux (19) étant rétractées à l'intérieur de ladite têtière (1).
  4. Têtière (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage sont des unités de verrouillage qui sont agencées sur lesdits coulisseaux (19) au niveau d'au moins une des extrémités qui vient en prise dans lesdits réceptacles, lesdites unités de verrouillage comprennent : un élément tubulaire, dans lequel un desdits coulisseaux (19) coulisse, un petit ressort, qui est approprié pour incliner ledit élément tubulaire par rapport au coulisseau, en verrouillant ledit coulissement, et un bouton, dont la rétraction en conséquence du contact de la porte avec le linteau ou le seuil libère ledit petit ressort dudit élément tubulaire.
  5. Têtière (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite têtière comprend un levier de détente (23) qui est interposé entre lesdites plaques (13), et qui a une dent de mise en prise (24) qui est poussée élastiquement jusque sur une couronne (25).
  6. Têtière (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit levier de détente (23) a une partie d'extrémité (26), qui interfère avec le pêne (8) de la serrure (9), ladite dent (24) étant mobile depuis une première configuration, dans laquelle elle est mise en prise dans les dents (27) de ladite couronne (25) par une force élastique, vers une seconde configuration, dans laquelle elle est espacée de ladite couronne (25) par l'intermédiaire de l'action dudit pêne (8) sur ladite partie d'extrémité (26).
  7. Têtière (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite têtière (1) est munie de pivots fixes (29), dans lesquels les fentes horizontales (30) d'une plaque mince (31) sont mises en prise, avec une entretoise extensible élastiquement (32), qui est agencée entre la paroi arrière (3) de la têtière (1) et l'extrémité arrière de ladite plaque mince (31), et de moyens (33) pour le pivotement d'un carrousel (34), dont l'extrémité (35) est reçue dans un évidement (36) de ladite plaque mince (31).
  8. Têtière (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit carrousel (34) a deux battants latéraux (37), chacun étant mis en prise avec une desdites plaques (13), un mouvement en translation desdites plaques (13) étant associé à chaque rotation du carrousel (34).
  9. Têtière (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite plaque mince (31) a un rabat (38) qui, en utilisation, peut faire saillie dans le compartiment (7) destiné à recevoir le verrou (8).
  10. Têtière (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit rabat (38), et par conséquent ladite plaque mince (31) et ladite extrémité dudit carrousel (34), par l'intermédiaire de l'action du pêne (8), peuvent effectuer un mouvement en translation depuis une première configuration, dans laquelle il repose sur la paroi avant (2) de ladite têtière (1), et ledit carrousel (34) est incliné de sorte que ladite extrémité (35) de celui-ci se trouve vers ledit rabat (38), vers une seconde configuration dans laquelle il est espacé de ladite paroi avant (2) par l'intermédiaire de l'action dudit pêne (8), et dans laquelle ledit carrousel (34) a tourné dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
  11. Têtière (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une desdites plaques (13) a une surface dentée (39), qui est appropriée pour venir en prise de manière amovible dans une dent (40) de ladite plaque mince (31).
  12. Têtière (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit coulisseau (19) a, au niveau de chaque partie du coulisseau (19) qui est agencée à l'intérieur de ladite têtière (1), une surface inclinée (20) qui est dirigée vers la paroi avant (2).
  13. Têtière (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'un trou fileté est prévu dans ladite têtière (1) , et est aligné avec ladite surface inclinée dudit coulisseau (19), et une vis noyée (22) est mise en prise de manière ajustable dans ledit trou, ladite vis noyée étant appropriée pour appuyer sa tête sur ladite surface inclinée (20).
