Claims (19)
- Güterzugwagen mit einem Laufwerk, einem Untergestell und einem damit verbundenen Aufbau mit einem Boden und seitlichen Begrenzungswänden zur Aufnahme von Schüttgut, wobei der Aufbau wenigstens eine eine schließbare Öffnung zum Be- und/oder Entladen aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Boden des Aufbaus als schiefe Ebene ausgebildet ist, welche mittels einer Antriebseinheit in eine Vibrationsschwingung versetzbar ist. - Güterzugwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schiefe Ebene durch eine in einer Rahmenkonstruktion aufgenommene Platte gebildet ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenkonstruktion durch miteinander verbundene Profilelemente ausgebildet ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Güterzugwagens wenigstens eine gegenüber der Horizontalen in Richtung der schließbaren Öffnung geneigte schiefe Ebene aufweist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Güterzugwagens mehrere gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigte schiefe Ebenen aufweist, welche abwechselnd zur linken bzw. zur rechten Seite des Güterzugwagens geneigt sind.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Güterzugwagens zwei von der Mitte in Richtung der linken und rechten Seite des Güterzugwagens geneigte schiefe Ebenen aufweist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenkonstruktion an dem Boden des Güterzugwagens festgelegt ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit auf der Platte befestigt ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit ein eine Vibrationen mittels einer Unwucht erzeugender Antrieb ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit und die Platte so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß sie eine Schwingung in einer Resonanzfrequenz ausführen.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit elektrisch angetrieben wird.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steckvorrichtung an dem Güterzugwagen angeordnet, mit der Antriebseinheit verbunden und mit einer externen Steuerungs- und Bedienungseinheit für die Antriebseinheit verbindbar ist
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schiefe Ebene in der Rahmenkonstruktion durch die Antriebseinheit in rüttelnde Vibrationen versetzbar ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit auf der dem Schüttgut zugewandten Seite der Platte platziert ist und durch ein Gehäuse geschützt ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse an der Platte befestigt ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufbau stirnseitige und seitliche Begrenzungswände aufweist, wobei eine oder beide seitlichen Begrenzungswände mit wenigstens einer verschließbaren Öffnung zum Be- und/oder Entladen versehen ist/sind, welche von wenigstens einem zu öffnenden verschließenden Element verschlossen ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Öffnung über den gesamten Seitenwandbereich erstreckt.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung von wenigstens zwei korrespondierenden durchgehend zu öffnenden Klapptüren verschlossen ist.
- Güterzugwagen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Begrenzungswände im unteren Bereich in Richtung der schiefen Ebenen abgeschrägt sind.
