Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Flammen von Platten (1), insbesondere Steinplatten, mit einem Brenner (5) zum lokalen Erhitzen der Oberfläche der Platten (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Flamme (15) des Brenners (5) allseitig von einer Einrichtung zum Fernhalten von auf der Platte (1) befindlichem Wasser (13) umgeben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Fernhalten von auf der Platte (1) befindlichem Wasser (13) eine Luftdüse (7) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftdüse (7) konzentrisch zu der Flamme (15) angeordnet ist, und dass die Luftdüse (7) einen kreisrunden oder polygonen Querschnitt hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftdüse (7) einen Verteilerkanal (23) und einen Verteilerboden (27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Fernhalten von auf der Platte (1) befindlichem Wasser (13) mehrere Luftdüsen umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftdüsen konzentrisch zu der Flamme (15) angeordnet sind, und dass die Luftdüsen die Flamme (15) in Form eines Kreises oder eines Polygons umschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Fernhalten von auf der Platte (1) befindlichem Wasser (13) einen Abstreifer umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstreifer aus einem elastischem Material, insbesondere Kunststoff oder Gummi, hergestellt ist und auf der Platte (1) befindliches Wasser (13) von der Flamme (15) fernhält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerhalb der Einrichtung zum Fernhalten von auf der Platte (1) befindlichem Wasser (13) eine oder mehrere Sprühdüsen (9) vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zum Flammen von Platten, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:lokales Erhitzen der Oberfläche einer Platte (1) mit einem Brenner (5) undgleichzeitiges Entfernen von auf der Platte (1) befindlichem Wasser (13) aus einem Arbeitsbereich (17) des Brenners (5).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs (17) des Brenners (5) Wasser (13) auf die Platte (1) gesprüht wird.
- Fliese oder Bodenplatte aus Stein mit einer Dicke von weniger als 15 mm, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Seite geflammt ist.
- Fliese oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus Naturstein, insbesondere Granit, oder Kunststein hergestellt ist.
- Fliese oder Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke zwischen 8 mm und 12 mm, beträgt.
