Claims (22)
- Appareil électrique comportant un boítier isolant (2) et une borne à connexion automatique (11, 46) disposée dans ledit boítier (2), lequel présente une ouverture (30) d'insertion d'un conducteur électrique (45) suivant une direction prédéterminée, ladite borne étant formée par un membre rigide (5) et par un membre flexible (4), le membre rigide (5) présentant un siège (46) au niveau de ladite ouverture d'insertion (30), le membre flexible (4) comportant une lamelle élastique (11) ayant une arête d'extrémité en regard dudit siège (46), ladite lamelle élastique (11) étant adaptée à se déformer pour laisser ledit conducteur (45), lorsqu'il est engagé dans ledit boítier (2) par ladite ouverture d'insertion (30), s'insérer entre ledit siège (46) et ladite arête d'extrémité de la lamelle (11) et, si ledit conducteur (45) est ensuite sollicité à être retiré dudit boítier (2), pour coincer le conducteur (45) entre ledit siège (46) et ladite arête d'extrémité de la lamelle (11) ; caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi dudit boítier (2) présente une fente (36, 37) à contour en U orientée suivant la direction d'insertion tandis qu'un doigt rigide (39) saille intérieurement du tronçon (38) de la paroi du boítier (2) délimitée par ladite fente (36, 37), l'extrémité libre dudit doigt (39) étant en regard de ladite lamelle (11 ), ledit tronçon de paroi (38) étant adapté à fléchir pour amener le doigt (39) à pousser ladite lamelle (11) afin d'écarter sa dite arête d'extrémité dudit siège (46) de sorte que ledit conducteur (45) en place dans ladite borne (11, 46) puisse en être retiré.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi du boítier (2) présentant une fente (36, 37) à contour en U a une épaisseur relativement constante.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi du boítier (2) présentant une fente (36, 37) à contour en U est à section globalement en L.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi du boítier (2) présentant une fente (36, 37) à contour en U fait partie d'un couvercle (51) que comporte ledit boítier (2).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit tronçon de paroi (38) délimité par ladite fente (36, 37) à contour en U présente à son extrémité libre, du côté externe, une empreinte (40) propre à recevoir une lame de tournevis.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture d'insertion (30) est située sur ledit boítier (2) du côté de l'extrémité libre dudit tronçon de paroi (38) délimité par ladite fente (36, 37) à contour en U .
- Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre dudit tronçon de paroi (38) délimité par ladite fente (36, 37) à contour en U et la portion de la paroi du boítier (2) dans laquelle est ménagée ladite ouverture d'insertion (30) sont en équerre l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier (2) présente un bec (29) au droit de ladite ouverture d'insertion (30), ledit bec (29) délimitant un canal de guidage (31) aligné avec ladite ouverture d'insertion (30).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture d'insertion (30) est ménagée dans un corps (50) que comporte ledit boítier (2).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier (2) est formé par un corps (50) et par un couvercle (51) assemblés l'un à l'autre par des moyens d'encliquetage (52, 53).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite lamelle élastique (11) de la borne à connexion automatique présente une extrémité libre subdivisée en une languette (13) à laquelle appartient ladite arête d'extrémité et en un ergot rabattu (12) disposé latéralement par rapport à ladite languette (13).
- Appareil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit membre flexible (4) est à section en V, avec ladite lamelle élastique (11) qui appartient à une première aile (7) dudit membre flexible (4) et avec ledit ergot (12) qui est en saillie par rapport au plan général de ladite lamelle élastique (11) du côté qui regarde la deuxième aile (6).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit membre rigide (5) a un profil en U avec une première aile (14) et une deuxième aile (16) qui sont en regard l'une de l'autre tandis qu'une troisième aile (15) est disposée entre la première aile (14) et la deuxième aile (16), l'une des extrémités longitudinales de la troisième aile (15) étant reliée à l'une des extrémités longitudinales de la première aile (14) et l'autre extrémité longitudinale de la troisième aile (15) étant reliée à l'une des extrémités longitudinales de la deuxième aile (16).
- Appareil selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ledit membre rigide (5) présente, pour l'introduction d'un conducteur (45) dans la borne à connexion rapide (11, 46), une ouverture (17) située à la jonction entre la première aile (14) et la troisième aile (15) et débouchant à fleur de la surface interne de la première aile (14), laquelle surface interne forme ledit siège (46).
- Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit membre rigide (5) présente, dans ladite première aile (14), une ouverture de passage (18) dudit doigt rigide (39) décalée par rapport à ladite ouverture d'introduction (17), tandis que ladite lamelle élastique (11) est subdivisée en une languette (13) à laquelle appartient ladite arête d'extrémité et en un ergot rabattu (12) disposé latéralement par rapport à ladite languette (13), avec ladite languette qui est en regard de l'ouverture d'introduction (17) du membre rigide (5) et ledit ergot (12) qui est en regard de ladite ouverture de passage (18), ledit doigt rigide (39) étant disposé entre ledit ergot (12) et ledit tronçon (38) de la paroi du boítier délimitée par une fente (36, 37) à contour en U.
- Appareil selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture de passage (18) est un trou oblong.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une série de dites bornes à connexion automatique (11, 46) semblables, disposées côte à côte, ledit membre flexible (4) comportant une pluralité de dites lamelles élastiques (11) semblables tandis que ledit membre rigide (5) comporte une pluralité de dits sièges (46) semblables, le membre flexible (4) et le membre rigide (5) formant ensemble une barrette de connexion (3) disposée dans ledit boítier (2).
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une série de dites bornes à connexion automatique (11, 46) semblables, disposées côte à côte, pour chacune desquelles ledit boítier (2) comporte un dit doigt rigide (39) et un dit tronçon de paroi (38) délimité par une fente (36, 37) à contour en U, chaque dite fente à contour en U faisant partie d'une fente (35) globalement en forme de peigne.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'il constitue un bornier de répartition comportant une série de dites bornes à connexion automatique (11, 46) semblables et au moins une borne à vis (21) pour un conducteur de plus grande section que ceux prévus pour être reçus dans lesdites bornes à connexion automatique (11, 46).
- Appareil selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier (2) présente un bossage (25) à l'emplacement de chaque dite borne à vis (21 ).
- Appareil selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que ledit bornier comporte deux séries de dites bornes à connexion rapide (11, 46) disposées de part et d'autre d'une portion centrale, avec une borne à vis (21) dans ladite portion centrale.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 ou 21, caractérisé en ce que ledit bornier comporte une borne à vis (21) à chaque extrémité.
