Claims (26)
- Verfahren zur Bestimmung von produktionsrelevanten Materialeigenschaften in einer Rollendruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszunächst bei abgestellten Druckstellen ein definierter Grundzustand hergestellt wird,anschließend eine gezielte Variation eines der die Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) im Bahnlauf beeinflussenden Stellgliedes (02; 07; 12) vorgenommen wird,und aus der Auswirkung dieser Veränderung auf eine Antriebsleistung oder/und die Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) eine Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik der trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundzustand hergestellt wird, indem eine definierte, von Null verschiedenen Maschinengeschwindigkeit V0, vor der ersten Druckstelle eine vordefinierten Bahnspannung S10, und am Zugelement (07) hinter der letzten Druckstelle ein definierter Antriebsoffset ΔV0 für die Fördergeschwindigkeit, insbesondere ein Antriebsoffset ΔV0 von ca. 0 %, eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei abgestellten Druckstellen der Antriebsoffset ΔV eines Zugelementes (07) um einen definierten Wert verändertdabei die Auswirkung auf die Bahnspannung (S1; S2) vor oder nach der Druckeinheit (nDE) beobachtet und/oder aufgezeichnet wird,und hieraus die Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik der trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei abgestellten Druckstellen eine Sollwertvorgabe für die vordefinierten Bahnspannung (S1) um einen fest vorgegebenen Wert verändertdabei die Auswirkung auf das Antriebsmoment des Zugelementes (07) hinter der letzten Druckstelle beobachtet und/oder aufgezeichnet wird,
und hieraus die Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik der trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei abgestellten Druckstellen der Antriebsoffset ΔV des Zugelementes (07) um einen fest vorgegebenen Wert verändertdabei die Auswirkung auf einen Ausschlag einer Pendelwalze im Einzugwerk (02) beobachtet und/oder aufgezeichnet wird,und hieraus die Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik der trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Beobachtung und/oder Aufzeichnung der Auswirkung zur trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) mindestens eine der Druckstellen angestellt und die Feuchtmittel- und/oder Farbversorgung dieser Druckstelle aktiviert wird, und dass eine Änderung der Bahnspannung (S2) nach dem Druckturm (04) infolge der Aktivierung von Feuchtmittel- und/oder Farbversorgung beobachtet und/oder aufgezeichnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der Änderung der Bahnspannung (S2) eine Information (F) zur Feuchtigkeitsempfindlichkeit der feuchten Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größe der Änderung in Zusammenhang mit der Anzahl der verwendeten Druckstellen zur Klassifizierung des Bedruckstoffes (08) in Bezug auf seine Feuchtigkeitsempfindlichkeit herangezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Ermittlung der Änderung der Unterschied zwischen der Bahnspannung (S2) mit angestellter Druckstelle ohne Aktivierung der Feuchtmittel- und/oder Farbversorgung und der Bahnspannung (S2) mit angestellter Druckstelle mit Aktivierung der Feuchtmittelund/oder Farbversorgung herangezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Ermittlung der Änderung der Unterschied zwischen der Bahnspannung (S2) ohne angestellte Druckstelle sowie ohne Aktivierung der Feuchtmittel- und/oder Farbversorgung und der Bahnspannung (S2) mit angestellter Druckstelle mit Aktivierung der Feuchtmittel- und/oder Farbversorgung herangezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Ableitung bzw. Klassifizierung eine Information zum Förderverhalten von mit der Badruckstoffbahn (08) in Druck-AN-Stellung in Kontakt befindlichen Aufzügen berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auswertung der Bahnspannungen (S1; S2; S3) und/oder der Antriebsmomente der Zugelemente (02; 07; 12) im Grundzustand erfolgt und hieraus Aussagen über etwaige Lagerschäden oder andere Anomalien im Bahnlauf getroffen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der Information zur Dehnungscharakteristik und Daten zur Dicke und Breite der Bedruckstoffbahn (08) der E-Modul im trockenen Zustand ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei laufender Maschine im Grundzustand die Bahnspannungen (S1; S2) vor und hinter mindestens einer der Druckstellen erfasst werden, danach auf Druck an geschaltet wird, und aus erneutem Messen in Druck-AN-Stellung auf das Förderverhalten eines in Druck-AN-Stellung in Kontakt mit dem Bedruckstoff (08) befindlichen Aufzuges eines Druckwerkszylinders geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der Information (D; F) zur Dehnungscharakteristik und/oder zur Feuchtigkeitsempfindlichkeit der feuchten Bedruckstoffbahn (08) und einem nach der Druckstelle gemessenen Absolutwert für die Feuchte der Bedruckstoffbahn (08) eine absolute Charakterisierung der Feuchtigkeitsempfindlichkeit vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte des Verfahren im Rahmen eines übergeordneten Prozesses für den Anfahrvorgangs zur Voreinstellung der Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) abgearbeitet werden.
- Verfahren zur Voreinstellung einer Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3), wobeizunächst in einem Messzyklus an der eingezogenen Bahn (08) ohne Feuchtmittelund ohne Farbauftrag durch gezielte Variation eines die Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) im Bahnlauf beeinflussenden Stellgliedes (02; 07; 12) und Messen der Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) eine Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik der trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird,unter Verwendung dieser Information (D) aus einem vorgehaltenen Zusammenhang zwischen der Information (D) und geeigneten Bahnspannungen (S1; S2; S3) ein Voreinstellwert (Sollx; Soll1; Soll2; Soll3; Soll4) für die Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) ermittelt wird,welcher schließlich vor Produktionsbeginn zur Voreinstellung der Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) durch eines oder mehrere der Stellglieder (02; 07; 12) herangezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem erstgenanntem Messzyklus mindestens eine der Druckstellen angestellt und die Feuchtmittel- und/oder Farbversorgung dieser Druckstelle aktiviert wird, und dass anhand einer Veränderung in der Bahnspannung (S1, S2, S3) eine Information (D) zur Feuchteempfindlichkeit (F) der Bedruckstoffbahn (08) abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ermittlung des Voreinstellwertes (Sollx; Soll1; Soll2; Soll3; Soll4) für die Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) unter Verwendung sowohl der Information (D) zum Dehnungsverhalten aus auch der Information (F) zur Feuchteempfindlichkeit gewonnen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik der trockenen Bedruckstoffbahn (08) nach dem Verfahren zur Bestimmung von produktionsrelevanten Materialeigenschaften gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Voreinstellwert (Sollx; Soll1; Soll2; Soll3; Soll4) als Sollwert (Sollx; Soll1; Soll2; Soll3; Soll4) an ein System zur automatischen Bahnspannungsregelung (18) übergeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messwerte für die vorliegende Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) über eine Schnittstelle von einer Maschinensteuerung (17) bereitgestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ableitung der Information (D) zur Dehnungscharakteristik in einer EDV-gestützten Auswerteroutine erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ableitung der Information (F) zur Feuchtigkeitsempfindlichkeit in einer EDV-gestützten Auswerteroutine erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ermittlung des Voreinstellwertes (Sollx; Soll1; Soll2; Soll3; Soll4) für die Bahnspannung (S1; S2; S3) in einer EDV-gestützten Auswerteroutine erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Speichermittel vorgesehen ist, in welchen ein für eine bestimmte Produktion und/oder bestimmte Bedruckstoffbahn (08) ermittelter Voreinstellwert (Sollx; Soll1; Soll2; Soll3; Soll4) gespeichert und vorgehalten wird.
