Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a drawer, in particular a drawer with side drawer and each set on this essay frames, wherein on each drawer side at least one holder for receiving and fixing the Zargenaufsätze is present, according to the preamble of the independent claim.

Drawers with essay frames and with a corresponding holder for receiving the Zargenaufsätze are already numerous known from the prior art. The add-on frames and the associated increase in the side wall height of the drawer increase the effective volume of the drawer.

The holder for the Zargenaufsätze includes an adjustment for tilt adjustment of the front panel of the drawer, and consists of a two-part housing which is placed on the drawer frame and connected with suitable means releasably connected to the front panel and the Zargenaufsatz. Within the housing adjustment means are provided which allow a mechanical adjustment of the front panel relative to the drawer or the Zargenaufsatz. The stable design and easy adjustment is faced with the disadvantage that the assembly of the housing is not very easy and a complex mechanism is required for the adjustment. Therefore, this type of attachment of the top frame is particularly suitable for drawers of the higher price segment.

From WO 03 024274 A1 a drawer with Aufsatzzargen is known which comprises a one-piece holder for receiving the Zargenaufsatzes. The bracket is attached directly to the front panel with the help of dowels and not solvable from the front panel. This fairly simple solution has the disadvantage that the bracket itself remains as a stack-preventing part of the drawer front through the pre-assembled bracket. Furthermore, the height adjustment of the drawer front creates an unsightly gap between the drawer frame and the bracket.

EP 0 124 059 B1 discloses a drawer composed of several parts, wherein the side walls have box-like sheet-metal profiles with inner and outer side bars and support webs angled away from the side bars. The drawer side wall has guide rails of an angled land area, which lies between the outer side web and support web. The front panel of the drawer is tilt-adjustable by means of a rotatably mounted front panel mount and adjustable in height by means of an adjusting web arranged on the front panel mount via adjusting screws.

The object of the present invention is to provide a drawer with essay frames, which is inexpensive and easy to assemble and in which arises due to a height adjustment of the front panel no visible gap between the front of the drawer, the top frame and the front panel.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

The invention describes a low-cost drawer with essay frames, which has only a few parts and allows extensive or complete pre-assembly of the items factory, the stackability is not hindered or deteriorated.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holder has a first or a second insertion opening into which the front side of the frame attachment or the post can be inserted.
To fix the post in the holder preferably corresponding locking means are provided.

Preferably, the post is connected by means of a fastening element with the drawer front and / or the rear wall, wherein the fastening element is designed as a separate component but can also be integrally formed with the post. On the front panel, a front holder is preferably attached, which is detachably connectable to the fastening element.

The holder may be factory pre-assembled, for example, made of plastic or metal and preferably be present at both ends of the Zargenaufsatzes. The bracket can also be pre-assembled with the drawer and the post.

The Zargenaufsatz itself may be decorative as an insert made of glass, plastic, metal or the like, smooth or formed with decorative elements. The Zargenaufsatz can also be designed only as a rail or railing-like part.

In Fig. 1, an embodiment of a drawer 1 according to the invention is shown. The holder 4 comprises a first insertion opening 41 into which the front side of the frame attachment 3 can be inserted. Thus, the holder 4 can be placed together with the frame attachment 3 on the drawer 2.

In the insertion opening 41, a clamping element 14, e.g. a spring tongue, be provided, through which the frame attachment 3 is held in the holder 4.

The drawer 2 has at the front end a slot-like opening 36, in which the post 8 is received. The post 8 is preferably formed as a cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped profile, dominates the drawer 2 and has a height which corresponds approximately to the total height of drawer 2 and 2 Zargenaufsatz.

The upper part of the post 8 is inserted in a forward and downward open, second insertion opening 42 of the holder 4.

Both the post 8 and the drawer 2 have mutually congruent (threaded) holes 15a, 15b and 19a, 19b, so that the post 8 by means of screws 21a and 21b in the opening 36 of the drawer 2 can be fixed.

The attachment of the holder 4 on the post 8 is effected by resilient latching means. For this purpose, preferably resilient latching hooks 11 and 11 'are provided on the holder 4, which preferably project in the direction of the front into the second opening 42. When inserting the post 8 into the insertion opening 42, the latching hooks 11, 11 'engage in recesses 13a and 13b of the post 8 provided for this purpose. In a known manner, a front holder 10 is fixed, for example by means of screws / dowels on the back of the Frontblende.5.

However, the front bracket 10 extends over a length (height) which corresponds substantially to the height of the post 8.
The front holder 10 and thus also the front panel 5 is connected by means of a fastening element 9 with the post 8. The fastening element 9 may be both an integral part of the post 8, or, as in the embodiment shown, be formed as a separate connectable to the post 8 part.

The fastener 9 fits into the approximately U-shaped profile cavity of the post 8 and is fixed there by means of the screws 21 a and 21 b. For this purpose, vertically extending elongated holes 17a and 17b are provided in the fastening element 9, which are approximately congruent with the bores 15a, 15b of the post 8 and the bores 19a, 19b of the drawer 2. The elongated holes 17 a and 17 b allow a later vertical adjustment of the fastener 9 within the post 8, which is used for height adjustment of the front panel 5. This is explained in more detail below.

The front panel 5 can now be fixed to the front holder 10 in a known manner to the drawer structure consisting of drawer 2, top frame 38, post 8 and fastener 9. For this purpose, an upper hook 23 of the front holder 10 is hung on a corresponding oblique shoulder 25 of the fastening element 9. A lower hook 24 of the front holder 10 is engaged in a latching device 26 of the fastener 9.

The drawer 1 provides the usual adjustment options for adjusting the front panel 5 with respect to the drawer body.

The operation of the height adjustment of the front panel 5 is best shown in Fig. 3. It is an eccentric screw 22 is provided which is rotatably guided in the bores 16 and 20 of the post 8 and the drawer 2.

The eccentric part of the eccentric screw 22 is within an elongated bore 18 and leads to rotation of the eccentric screw 22 to a vertical displacement of the fastener 9 with respect to the post 8. For this, the screws 21 a and 21 b must be slightly loosened so that the fastener 9 can move freely within the post 8 in the vertical direction. The maximum range of motion of the fastener 9 is determined by the largest vertical diameter of the slots 17a, 17b. Upon actuation of the eccentric screw 22, the fastener 9 moves together the front panel 5 in height. After completion of the height adjustment, the screws 21 a and 21 b tightened again and fixed the fastener 9 in the current position.

The side adjustment, as known in the art, by means of a lateral displacement mechanism between the fastener 9 and the front bracket 10. On facing surfaces of the fastener 9 and the front bracket 10 are corresponding teeth in the form of cooperating corrugations 28 and 30, 27a and 29a and 27b and 29b. Since the top frame 38 is rigidly connected to the drawer 2, a tilt adjustment of the front panel 5 with respect to the top frame 38 may occur together with a tilt adjustment of the front panel 5 with respect to the drawer 2.
