Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine zwangsgeführte Fangvorrichtung zur Verhinderung des Absturzes einer Person von einer Leiter, Gitterkonstruktion oder dergleichen, wobei die Person durch einen Auffanggurt an der Fangvorrichtung gesichert ist. Bei einem Absturz rastet eine direkt oder indirekt zwangsgeführte Wippe in Form einer Sperrklinke 3, welche um eine Schwenkachse 2 kippt, aufgrund der Trägheit ihrer Masse in ein definiertes Raster von Fangrasten ein und stoppt auf solche Weise die Abwärtsbewegung ab einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit. Derartige Fangvorrichtungen weisen einen gleit- oder auch rollengelagerten Schlitten mit einem Läufergehäuse 1 auf, der axial an einer Führungsschiene B geführt wird. Diese Führungsschiene 1 kann sowohl frei, als auch an einer bereits vorhandenen Leiter oder Gitterkonstruktion, beziehungsweise in ein Leitersystem integriert, einbezogen sein.
