Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen, die in Behältern (3) enthalten sind, die im oberen Bereich (4) offen sind, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine Verdichtungswalze (5) umfasst, die an einem Ende (6) eines Handhabungsarmes (7) drehbar gelagert ist, dessen anderes Ende (8) auf faltbare Art und Weise an einem Trägerrahmen (9) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Trägerrahmen (9) im Wesentlichen aus zwei Längsträgern (17, 18) besteht, die Gleitschienen zum Verladen der besagten Vorrichtung auf die Ladeplattform (15) eines Fahrzeugs zum Transport von Behältern (14) bilden, wobei dieser Trägerrahmen (9) ein Gegengewicht für die Verdichtungswalze (5) bildet, wenn diese letztere vermittels des gelenkig verbundenen Armes (7) in den besagten Behälter (3) hineingestreckt wird, und am einem von seinen Querenden (10) mit Mitteln zum Einhaken (12) versehen ist, die geeignet vorgesehen sind, um mit einem Haken zum Heben und Verladen (13) zusammenzuwirken, den das besagte Fahrzeug zum Transport von Behältern (14) umfasst, wobei der besagte Handhabungsarm (7) auf dem besagten Trägerrahmen (9) nahe bei dem Querende (11) dieses letzteren, das den besagten Mitteln zum Einhaken (12) entgegengesetzt ist, gelagert sei.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerrahmen (9) an seinem Querende (11), das den Mitteln zum Einhaken (12) entgegengesetzt ist, Rollmittel (16) insbesondere in Form von Metallrollen umfasst, die schwenkbar um eine horizontale/schräge Drehachse herum gelagert sind.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Einhaken (12) an dem Querende (10) des Trägerrahmens (9) durch eine umgekehrte "V"-förmige Struktur (20) gebildet sind, die an ihrem oberen Ende eine Befestigungsstange (21) trägt, mit welcher der besagte Haken zum Heben und Verladen (13) imstande ist, zusammenzuwirken.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handhabungsarm (7) durch zwei oder mehr Abschnitte (22, 23, 24) gebildet ist, die hinsichtlich einander gelenkig verbunden sind und durch Treiborgane betätigt werden, die insbesondere in Form von hydraulischen und/oder pneumatischen Arbeitszylindern (25, 26) gebildet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Bedienungsstand zur Steuerung ihres Funktionierens ausgestattet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit selbstständigen Treibmitteln ausgestattet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Verdichtung von Abfällen nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel in Form von einem hydraulischen und/oder pneumatischen und/oder elektrischen Nebenantrieb zur Verbindung mit selbstständigen Treibmitteln umfasst, die insbesondere durch das besagte Transportfahrzeug (14) gebildet sind.
  8. Verfahren zur Verdichtung von Abfällen, die in Behältern (3) enthalten sind, die im oberen Bereich (4) offen sind, das eine Verdichtungsvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche einsetzt, umfassend eine Verdichtungswalze (5), die an einem Ende (6) eines Handhabungsarmes (7) drehbar gelagert ist, dessen anderes Ende (8) auf faltbare Art und Weise an einem Trägerrahmen (9) gelagert ist, der im Wesentlichen aus zwei Längsträgern (17, 18) besteht, die Gleitschienen zum Verladen der besagten Verdichtungsvorrichtung (1) auf die Ladeplattform (15) eines Fahrzeugs zum Transport von Behältern (14) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Hebehaken (13) des Transportfahrzeugs (14) in Eingriff mit den Mitteln zum Einhaken (12) gebracht wird, die der Trägerrahmen (9) der Verdichtungsvorrichtung (1) an wenigstens einem von seinen Querenden (10) umfasst, um diese letztere auf die Ladeplattform (15) des besagten Fahrzeugs (14) zu verladen;
    - die Aufnahme der besagten Verdichtungsvorrichtung (1) durch das Transportfahrzeug (14) gesichert wird, um sie vor einen Behälter (3) zu bringen;
    - die Verdichtungswalze (5) durch den gelenkig verbundenen Arm (7) in den besagten Behälter (3) hineingestreckt wird, wodurch die Verdichtung des Inhalts des besagten Behälters (3) gesichert wird;
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportfahrzeug (14) mit Hilfe von Mitteln zur Verbindung in Form von einem hydraulischen und/oder pneumatischen und/oder elektrischen Nebenantrieb die notwendige Motorleistung für die Steuerung der Arbeitszylinder (25, 26) des gelenkig verbundenen Handhabungsarmes (7) und für den Drehantrieb der Verdichtungswalze (5) bereitstellt.
