Claims (19)
- Virole d'horlogerie comprenant une structure flexible (10) apte à serrer élastiquement un arbre (4), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une structure de rigidification (11) extérieure à la structure flexible (10) et rattachée à cette dernière en au moins un point (12a, 12b, 12c).
- Virole d'horlogerie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée en une seule pièce.
- Virole d'horlogerie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée en silicium.
- Virole d'horlogerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la structure de rigidification (11) est rattachée à la structure flexible (10) en différents points (12a, 12b, 12c).
- Virole d'horlogerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la structure de rigidification (11) est en forme de courbe fermée.
- Virole d'horlogerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la structure flexible (10) a une forme telle qu'une fois chassée sur un arbre à section circulaire (4) elle soit en contact avec cet arbre (4) uniquement en des points déterminés (14a, 14b, 14c), différents du ou des points (12a, 12b, 12c) de rattachement de la structure de rigidification (11) à la structure flexible (10).
- Virole d'horlogerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la structure flexible (10) a une forme telle que son centre de gravité (G) reste sensiblement inchangé après son chassage sur un arbre à section circulaire (4).
- Virole d'horlogerie selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la structure flexible (10) a une forme fermée et sensiblement régulière.
- Virole d'horlogerie selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la structure flexible (10) a une forme sensiblement triangulaire équilatérale.
- Virole d'horlogerie selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la structure de rigidification (11) est rattachée à la structure flexible (10) en trois points (12a, 12b, 12c) correspondant aux sommets du triangle équilatéral défini par la structure flexible (10).
- Virole d'horlogerie selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la structure de rigidification (11) présente des sommets arrondis (15a, 15b, 15c) au niveau des points de rattachement (12a, 12b, 12c).
- Ensemble virole-spiral comprenant une virole d'horlogerie (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 et un spiral d'horlogerie (2) dont l'extrémité intérieure (20) est rattachée à la structure de rigidification (11 ) de la virole (1).
- Ensemble virole-spiral comprenant une virole d'horlogerie (1) selon la revendication 11 et un spiral d'horlogerie (2) dont l'extrémité intérieure (20) est rattachée à la structure de rigidification (11) de la virole (1) en formant sensiblement un prolongement de l'un (15a) des sommets arrondis de la structure de rigidification (11).
- Ensemble virole-spiral selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le sommet (15a) de la structure de rigidification (11) dont l'extrémité intérieure (20) du spiral (2) constitue sensiblement un prolongement a un centre de courbure différent du centre de gravité (G) de la structure flexible (10), et en ce que la virole (1) comprend une zone de compensation (e) conçue pour que le centre de gravité de la virole (1) corresponde sensiblement au centre de gravité (G) de la structure flexible (10).
- Ensemble virole-spiral selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la zone de compensation est constituée par une surépaisseur (e) formée sur un côté de la structure de rigidification (11).
- Ensemble virole-spiral selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la structure de rigidification (11) de la virole (1) est telle que le point (3) de rattachement du spiral (2) à cette structure de rigidification (11) reste sensiblement fixe lors du chassage de la virole (1) sur l'arbre (4).
- Ensemble virole-spiral selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en une seule pièce.
- Ensemble balancier-spiral comprenant un balancier d'horlogerie et un ensemble virole-spiral (1-2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 17, la virole (1) de l'ensemble virole-spiral étant chassée sur l'arbre (4) du balancier.
- Ensemble balancier-spiral selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le centre de gravité (G) de la virole (1) est situé sensiblement sur l'axe de l'arbre (4) du balancier.
