Claims (18)
- Kabine zum Oberflächenbehandeln, insbesondere zum Spritzlackieren, von Werkstücken, insbesondere von Fahrzeugkarosserien (102), die längs einer Förderrichtung (106) durch einen Innenraum (108) der Kabine (100) gefördert werden, wobei die Werkstücke eine sich längs der Förderrichtung (106) erstreckende Förderkontur überstreichen und wobei die Kabine (100) eine Deckenwand (120), durch welche Zuluft in den Innenraum (108) der Kabine (100) eintritt, und zwei Seitenwände (116, 118), welche sich im wesentlichen längs der Förderrichtung (106) erstrecken, aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Breite des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) ab einer Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H), die tiefer als oder gleich hoch wie der obere Rand der Förderkontur liegt, nach oben hin abnimmt. - Kabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) nach oben bis zur Deckenwand (120) im wesentlichen monoton abnimmt.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) nach oben bis zur Deckenwand (120) im wesentlichen stetig abnimmt.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) nach oben bis zur Deckenwand (120) im wesentlichen linear abnimmt.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Seitenwände (116, 118) einen geneigten Abschnitt (130) aufweist, der sich von der Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H) aus nach oben erstreckt und zu der Längsmittelebene (128) der Kabine (100) hin geneigt ist.
- Kabine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geneigte Abschnitt (130) der Seitenwand (116, 118) um einen Winkel (α) von ungefähr 5° bis ungefähr 20°, vorzugsweise von ungefähr 7° bis ungefähr 15°, gegen die Vertikale geneigt ist.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H) höher liegt als oder gleich hoch liegt wie der untere Rand der Förderkontur.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabine (100) einen Kabinenboden (112) aufweist und daß die Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H) höher liegt als die Oberseite (122) des Kabinenbodens (112).
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H) unterhalb der halben Höhe (h) der Seitenwände (116, 118) der Kabine (100), vorzugsweise unterhalb eines Drittels der Höhe (h) der Seitenwände (116, 118) der Kabine (100), liegt.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabine (100) im wesentlichen symmetrisch zu ihrer vertikalen Längsmittelebene (128) ausgebildet ist.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Differenz der Breite (bu) des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) auf der Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H) und der Breite (bo) des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) auf der Höhe des unteren Randes der Deckenwand (120) größer ist als ungefähr die halbe Breite (B) der Förderkontur, vorzugsweise größer ist als ungefähr das 0,7-fache der Breite (B) der Förderkontur.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Differenz der Breite (bu) des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) auf der Verjüngungsstarthöhe (H) und der Breite (bo) des Innenraums (108) der Kabine (100) auf der Höhe des unteren Randes der Deckenwand (120) kleiner ist als ungefähr das 1,5-fache der Breite (B) der Förderkontur, vorzugsweise kleiner ist als ungefähr das 1,3-fache der Breite (B) der Förderkontur.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenwand (120) der Kabine (100) von einem seitlichen Rand, an dem die Deckenwand (120) an eine Seitenwand (116, 118) der Kabine (100) anschließt, zur Kabinenmitte hin abfällt.
- Kabine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenwand (120) im wesentlichen linear von dem seitlichen Rand zur Kabinenmitte hin abfällt.
- Kabine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenwand (120) in mehreren im wesentlichen linearen Abschnitten (144a, 144b, 144c) zur Kabinenmitte hin abfällt.
- Kabine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenwand (120) - von dem Innenraum (108) der Kabine (100) aus gesehen - konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenwand (120) und eine der Seitenwände (116, 118) zusammen einen Winkel (β) einschließen, welcher im Bereich von ungefähr 60° bis ungefähr 110° liegt.
- Kabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabine (100) ein oberhalb der Deckenwand (120) angeordnetes Plenum (134) umfaßt, dessen Breite an seinem unteren Rand im wesentlichen der Breite der Deckenwand (120) der Kabine (100) entspricht.
