Abstract

Les paliers d'un cylindre d'impression d'une presse à imprimer, de préférence une presse flexographique, comprenant au moins un cylindre à contre-pression et au moins un cylindre d'impression monté dans le bâti de façon mobile au niveau d'une extrémité, peuvent être déplacés par rapport au cylindre à contre-pression dans des coulisses, le tourillon de l'extrémité libre du cylindre d'impression étant soutenu par un palier. L'objectif de cette invention est de permettre de retirer, de manière simple, le manchon de gainage et/ou le manchon d'adaptation du cylindre d'impression. A cet effet, deux arbres sont montés de façon à pouvoir effectuer une rotation et un déplacement longitudinal, parallèlement à la ligne médiane du cylindre d'impresssion, dans le support de palier supportant le cylindre d'impression de façon mobile, lesquels arbres portent, au niveau de leurs extrémités intérieures faisant face au cylindre d'impression, des bras radiaux pourvus de pièces d'appui côté extrémité. Ces arbres sont montés, au niveau de leurs extrémités extérieures, de façon à pouvoir effectuer une rotation dans une pièce de maintien et sont équipés d'un mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation. Cette pièce de maintien est équipée d'un mécanisme d'entraînement pouvant être déplacé par rapport au support de palier.
