Claims (33)
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen (C), bei dem eine Verpackungsfolie (P) aus dehnbarem Material schlauchförmig von einer Zuführungsrolle (B1, B2, B3) abgegeben wird, dann ein Abschnitt der Schlauchfolie von dieser Rolle getrennt und durch Thermoschweißen (7) an einem seiner Enden geschlossen wird, um einen Beutel auszubilden, der am gegenüberliegenden Ende offen ist, wobei der Beutel von diesem Ende auf einen verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen (13) gekräuselt wird, wobei dieser Rahmen schließlich weit geöffnet wird, so dass eine quergerichtete elastische Dehnung der Schlauchfolie bewirkt wird, und schließlich entlang der Ladung (C) nach unten bewegt wird, um den Folienbeutel auf der Ladung selbst abzulegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der Schlauchfolienabschnitt nach oben geführt wird, an seinem unteren Ende (7) thermogeschweißt wird, um einen Beutel mit einer bestimmten Größe mit einer nach oben gerichteten Öffnung auszubilden, von der Zuführungsrolle getrennt und an dem oberen offenen Ende auf dem verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen (13) befestigt wird, und der Beutel aufgenommen und auf den verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen mit einer nach oben gerichteten Bewegung gekräuselt (TR) wird,- der Rahmen (13) weit geöffnet wird, wodurch der gekräuselte Beutel in horizontaler Richtung gedehnt wird,- die Schlauchfolie umgekrempelt und während des Abgebens und Anhaftens an der Ladung mit nach unten gerichteter Bewegung angehalten wird, so dass sie in vertikaler Richtung gedehnt wird, während sie entlang des ganzen Umfangs des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens bewegt und geführt wird.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen (C) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorbereiten des gekräuselten Beutels, welches folgende Schritte umfasst:Zuführen der Folie (P) mit nach oben gerichteter Bewegung, Trennen der Folie von ihrer Zuführungsrolle, Thermoschweißen ihrer unteren Kante und Aufnehmen und Kräuseln des Beutels auf den verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen (13),in einem Arbeitsbereich (1, 2, 3) neben dem Bereich (T) ausgeführt wird, in dem die umzuverpackenden Paletten transportiert werden.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen (C) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Verschieben des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) mit einer horizontalen Verschiebung aus der Position, in der das Vorbereiten des gekräuselten Beutels erfolgt, in eine Position oberhalb der umzuverpackenden Palette (C) umfasst, und dass das weite Öffnen des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) zum elastischen Dehnen des gekräuselten Beutels in einer horizontalen Richtung während dieses Verschiebens erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen (C) nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlauchfolie (P) angehalten wird, während sie über der Ladung abgegeben wird, um auch ihre vertikale Dehnung zu bewirken.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen (C) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Vorbereiten des gekräuselten Beutels,
das das Zuführen der Folie (P) nach oben, das Trennen der Folie von ihrer Zuführungsrolle (B1, B2, B3), das Thermoschweißen ihrer unteren Kante und das Aufnehmen und Kräuseln des Beutels auf dem verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen enthält,
das Bestimmen der anfänglichen Form und Größe des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) vorausgeht. - Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen (C) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bestimmen der Form des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens durch Längen oder Kürzen eines Paares gegenüberliegender Rahmenseiten (29) unabhängig von der Längen oder Kürzen des anderen Paares gegenüberliegender Seiten (29) des Rahmens erhalten wird.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis zwischen der Länge eines Paares gegenüberliegender Rahmenseiten (29) und der Länge des anderen Paares gegenüberliegender Seiten (29), das beim Bestimmen der Form des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) ermittelt wurde, während des weiten Öffnens des Rahmens unverändert gehalten wird.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Vorbereiten des gekräuselten Beutels, das das Zuführen der Folie mit einer nach oben gerichteten Bewegung, das Trennen der Folie von ihrer Zuführungsrolle, das Thermoschweißen ihrer unteren Kante und das Aufnehmen und Kräuseln des Beutels auf dem verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen enthält, das Einstellen der Größe der Schlauchfolie (P1, P2 oder P3) zum Ausbilden des Verpcckungsbeutels vorausgeht.
- Verfahren zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladungen nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der Ansprüche 1, 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Thermoschweißnaht der unteren Kante des Verpackungsbeutels vor dem Dehnen gekühlt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken auf einer Palette gestapelter Ladung, die Folgendes umfasst: einen starren Hauptträgerrahmen (1, 2, 3), Mittel (S1; B1, B2, B3) zum Zuführen einer Verpackungsfolie (P1, P2, P3) aus dehnbarem Schlauchmaterial, Mittel (7, 7b) zum Schneiden eines Abschnitts der Schlauchfolie und Mittel (7, 7a) zum Thermoschweißen ihrer ersten Kante, um den Folienabschnitt zu einem Beutel zu formen, Mittel (11, 12) zum Öffnen der beutelförmigen Folie (P) entlang ihrer anderen Kante und zu ihrem Kräuseln auf einem verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen (13), Mittel (17, 18, 21, 22; 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) zum weiten Öffnen des Rahmens und zum Dehnen der beutelförmigen Folie in Querrichtung, sowie Mittel (15, 15a, 15b) zum Verschieben des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) entlang der Ladung (C), die in einer Umverpackungsstation (T) angeordnet ist, allmähliches Abgeben der beutelförmigen Folie (P) auf der Ladung (C) selbst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der verstellbare Erweiterungsrahmen durch vier Folienaufnahme- und Kräuselanordnungen (23, 24, 25, 26), die an den Rahmenecken angeordnet sind, und durch vier Teleskopstangen (29) ausgebildet ist, die die Aufnahmeanordnungen (23 bis 26) verbinden und die Rahmenseiten bilden,- die Zuführungsrollen (B1, B2, B3) in einer Einstellstation S1 bereitgestellt sind, wobei die Rollen die beutelförmige Folie nach oben ziehen, ihre obere Kante öffnen und sie auf dem verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmen (13) außerhalb der Aufnahmeanordnungen (23 bis 26) und der Teleskopstangen (29) anordnen können,- jede der vier Aufnahmeanordnungen (23 bis 26) Mittel (30, 32, 37; 40, 41, 43), zum Bewirken des Kräuselns der Folie (P) mit einer Aufwärtsbewegung während des Ladens der Folie auf den Rahmen (13), und Mittel (30, 32, 37; 40, 41, 43) zum Führen der Folie und/oder Anhalten während des Abgebens auf der Ladung (C) während des Heruntergleitens des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) entlang der Ladung umfasst,- wobei die Teleskopstangen (29) mit den Führungsmitteln (30, 32, 37; 40, 41, 43) der Aufnahmeanordnungen zusammenwirken können, um die Folie (P) während der Abgabe auf der Ladung (C) umzukrempeln.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Folienaufnahme- und Kräuselanordnungen (23, 24, 25, 26) gegenseitig beweglich auf einer horizontalen Ebene jeweils in einer Querrichtung (X-X) und in einer Längsrichtung (Y-Y) auf einem Übergabefahrwerk (14) mit einem starren Kastenaufbau angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Folienaufnahme- und Kräuselanordnungen (23, 24, 25, 26) jeweils auf den Führungs- und Schiebemitteln (17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24a, 25a, 26a) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungs- und das Schiebemittel zwei Paare erster Sattelflächen (17, 17; 18, 18), die entlang zwei gegenüberliegender Seiten des Übergabefahrwerks (14) verschiebbar sind, das mit einem boxenähnlichen Aufbau ausgestattet ist, und zwei parallele Trägerkreuzelemente (19, 20) umfasst, die jeweils mit ihren Enden einstückig mit einem Paar erster Sattelflächen angeordnet sind, und dass die Sattelflächenpaare und Kreuzelemente (17, 17, 19; 18, 18, 20) gegenüber einer ersten Mittelachse (Y1-Y1) des Fahrwerks (14) mit dem kastenförmigen Aufbau gegenseitig symmetrisch gespiegelt beweglich sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungs- und das Schiebemittel ferner zwei Paare zweiter Sattelflächen (23a, 26a; 24a, 25a) umfassen, wobei die Sattelflächen jedes Paares gegenüber einer zweiten Mittelachse (X-X) des kastenförmigen Aufbaus (14) symmetrisch gespiegelt verschiebbar sind, wobei die zweite Achse senkrecht zur ersten steht.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der zweiten Sattelflächen (23, 24a, 25, 26a) eine der vier Folienaufnahmeanordnungen (23, 24, 25, 26) trägt, wobei die Sattelflächen paarweise jeweils auf einem der Kreuzelemente (19; 20) angeordnet sind, die in entgegengesetzten Richtungen verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sattelflöchenpaare (23a, 24a, 25a, 26a) und/oder Kreuzelemente (17, 19; 18, 20) durch einen einzigen Motor (21) gesteuert verschiebbar sind, der von Antriebsmitteln betrieben wird, die in entgegengesetzten Richtungen arbeiten.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sattelflächenpaare (23a, 24a, 25a, 26a) durch jeweils zwei Motoren (27, 28) gesteuert verschiebbar sind, die von Antriebsmitteln angetrieben werden, die in entgegengesetzten Richtungen arbeiten.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel, die in entgegengesetzten Richtungen arbeiten, Ketten (22) umfassen, die jeweils entlang eines zirkularen bzw. umlaufenden Weges laufen, wobei alle zwei Sattelflächen (17, 18; 23a bis 24a, 25a bis 26a), die in entgegengesetzten Richtungen beweglich sind, jeweils mit einer Kettenverzweigung und der gegenüberliegenden Verzweigung dieser Kette verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der vier Folienaufnahme- und Kräuselanordnungen (23, 24, 25, 26) ein winkelförmiges Element des verstellbaren Erweiterungsrahmens (13) ausbildet und als Folienführungs- und/oder Folienanhaltemittel mindestens ein Transportrad (32, 40) umfasst, das an der Außenseite und im Wesentlichen entsprechend der Winkelhalbierenden des Winkelelementes angeordnet ist, und dessen Oberfläche an einer gegenüberliegenden Kräuselführung (30, 36; 41, 42) an einem Foliengreifpunkt und an einem Folienschlepppunkt (TR) der Folie (P) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportrad (40) von einem Motor angetrieben wird und die Kräuselführung eine Anordnung bestehend aus einer Führungsabschnittstange (42) und einem Verschiebeblock (41) umfasst, die mit dem Boden der Abschnittstange (42) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportrad (32) im Leerlauf steht und die Kräuselführung durch die Anordnung einer Führungsabschnittstange (36) und eines Paares durch einen Motor angetriebener Räder (30) ausgebildet ist, die in einem Winkel von 90° angeordnet und zueinander so angeordnet sind, dass ihr Umfang im Wesentlichen einen gegenseitigen Kontakt zum Greifpunkt (TR) der Folie P herstellt.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopstangen (29) röhrenförmig ausgebildet sind und einen runden Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung zum Umverpacken nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der Hauptträgerrahmen (1, 2, 3) eine einheitliche Anordnung neben dem Mittel (T) zum Transportieren der Ladung (C) ausbildet und- der verstellbare Erweiterungsrahmen (13) mit seinen jeweiligen Mitteln (23, 24, 25, 26) zum Aufnehmen und Kräuseln der Folie (P) auf dem Rahmen (13) selbst beweglich zwischen einer Position in dem Hauptträgerrahmen zum Vorbereiten des gekräuselten Folienbeutels und einer Position außerhalb des Hauptträgerrahmens und über der zu verpackenden Ladung (C) angeordnet ist,- der verstellbare Erweiterungsrahmen ferner vertikal beweglich ist, um den Folienbeutel (P) auf der Ladung (C) aufzubringen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verstellbare Erweiterungsrahmen (13) auf einem Übergabefahrwerk (14) mit einem starren Kastenaufbau angeordnet ist, das entlang einer horizontalen Ebene zwischen der Position zum Vorbereiten des gekräuselten Folienbeutels und der Position über der Ladung (C) beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (7, 7a, 7b) zum Schneiden und Thermoschweißen auf einem feststehenden Träger angeordnet sind, der sich am Boden des Hauptträgerrahmens (1, 2, 3) befindet, und sie ein Paar Sattelflächen umfassen, die zueinander beweglich sind und jeweils eine Trennklinge (7b) und eine Schweißdruckvorrichtung (7a) tragen, die sich über die ganze Breite der Schlauchfolie (P) erstreckt.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schweißdruckvorrichtung (7a) zu einer Kühldruckvorrichtung (7e) gehörig ist, die sich ebenfalls über die ganze Breite der Schlauchfolie (P) erstreckt.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühldruckvorrichtung (7e) eine röhrenförmige Stange umfasst, in der Luft oder Kühlflüssigkeit fließt.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Sattelflächen jeweils durch einen Druckluftzylinder (7c) betrieben wird.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Hinaufführen der Schlauchfolie ein Balkenfahrwerk (8) umfassen, das an zwei Stützen (1a, 1b) des Hauptträgerrahmens (1, 2, 3) entlang gleitet, der von jeweiligen Motoren (8a) angetrieben wird.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Balkenfahrwerk (8) mit einer Achse parallel zu der länglichen Mittelachse Y-Y des Hauptträgerrahmens (1, 2, 3) ausgestattet ist.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Trägerarme (9a, 9b) des Mittels (11, 12) zum Greifen der Schlauchfolie (P) zu dem Balkenfahrwerk (8) gehörig sind, wobei die Arme (9a, 9b) ausladend an zwei jeweiligen Sattelflächen angeordnet sind, die zueinander auf dem Balkenfahrwerk (8) symmetrisch gespiegelt gegenüber einer querlaufenden Mittelachse X-X der Vorrichtung beweglich sind.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Foliengreifmittel aus zwei Paaren Greifern (11, 12) besteht, wobei die Greifer jedes Paares beweglich auf einem jeweiligen Trägerarm (9a, 9b) angeordnet sind, die Greifer sich näher zueinander oder weiter voneinander symmetrisch gespiegelt zur länglichen Mittelachse Y-Y des Hauptträgerrahmens bewegen.
- Umverpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schlauchfolienwahl- und Zuführstation (SL) umfasst, die an dem Boden des Hauptträgerrahmens (1, 2, 3) angeordnet ist.
