Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System mit einem Vergleichsmittel, das einen Vergleich der verbrauchten kumulierten Freimachungsbeträge aller absenderfreigestempelten Postsendungen eines Kunden mit dem kumulierten Betrag der bezahlten Wertkarten- und Wertvorgaben ermöglicht.
Das System zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine Datenbank FREIMACHUNG automatisch pro Kunden (pro AFM-Kennung) in vorgebbaren Zeitintervallen, beispielsweise arbeitstäglich, die eigenen und von einer zentralen Entgeltsicherungseinheit übermittelten Daten, insbesondere
• verbrauchten kumulierten Freimachungsbetrag (Umsatz aller Freimachungsbeträge auf maschinell bearbeiteten Postsendungen des Kunden) und den
• kumulierten Betrag aller bezahlten Wertkarten/Wertvorgaben
