Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Herstellen von mit pulverförmigem, gelartigem oder flüssigem Füllgut (42) gefüllten Behältnissen (18.5), die aus wasserlöslicher, tiefgezogener Folie (16, 46) bestehen,gekennzeichnet durch,eine erste Bearbeitungsstation (11) zum Herstellen von topfartigen Auswölbungen (18) in einer die topfartigen Bestandteile (18) eines jeden Behältnisses (18.5) bildenden ersten Folienbahn (16),eine zweite Bearbeitungsstation (12) zum Füllen von Füllgut (42) in die topfartigen Auswölbungen (18) hinein,eine dritte Bearbeitungsstation (13) zum Verschließen der mit Füllgut (42) gefüllten topfartigen Auswölbungen (18) mittels einer den Deckel einer jeden Auswölbung (18) bildenden zweiten Folienbahn (46),eine vierte Bearbeitungsstation (14) zum Separieren der einzelnen gefüllten und verschlossenen Behältnisse (18.5) aus den beiden Folienbahnen (16, 46) undeine Transportvorrichtung zwischen den einzelnen Bearbeitungsstationen für die Folienbahnen (16, 46),wobei die Transportvorrichtung eine Tragvorrichtung in Form einer Tragplatte (20) oder eines Lochbandes aufweist, die für jede der topfartigen Auswölbungen (18) eine der Größe der Auswölbungen (18) angepasste Öffnung (22) besitzt, so dass jede Auswölbung (18) durch eine Öffnung (22) frei durch die Tragvorrichtung hindurchragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin der ersten Bearbeitungsstation (11) eine die erste Folienbahn (16) im Bereich jeder Öffnung (22) von unten haltende Unterstützungsform (24) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin der zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (12) eine an der verformten ersten Folienbahn (16) im Bereich jeder Öffnung (22) von unten anliegende, zweite Anlageform (36) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin der dritten Bearbeitungsstation (13) eine an der verformten und gefüllten ersten Folienbahn (16) im Bereich jeder Öffnung (22) von unten zumindest im umlaufenden Randbereich (30) jeder Auswölbung (18) anliegende dritte Siegelform (48) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin der vierten Bearbeitungsstation (14) eine längs einer Umlaufbahn endlos umlaufende Trenneinrichtung für die beiden Folienbahnen (16,46) vorhanden ist, deren Umlaufbahn der Grundrißform des umlaufenden Randbereiches (30) jeder der Auswölbungen (18) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Trenneinrichtung ein Messer (58) oder einen Schneidlaser besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Messer (58) oder der Schneidlaser um eine Rotationsachse (62) rotierbar antreibbar ist,das Messer (58) oder der Schneidlaser längs der Rotationsachse (62) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Anlageformen (36) der zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (12) den Siegelformen (48) der dritten Bearbeitungsstation (13) entsprechen,diese Formen (36, 48) in Richtung des Bearbeitungsfortschrittes (15) zwischen den Bearbeitungsstationen synchron mit der Tragplatte (20) mitbewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Anlageformen (36, 36.6) der zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (12) und/oder separate Anlageformen, mit denen die erste Folienbahn (16) von der zweiten (12) zur dritten Bearbeitungsstation (13) transportiert wird, in die einzelnen Öffnungen (22) der Tragplatte (20) oder des Lochbandes hineingreifen,diese Formen (36,36.6) eine innere Ausrundung (44) in ihrem oberen freien Rand aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Anlageformen (36.7) der zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (12) und/oder separate Anlageformen, mit denen die erste Folienbahn (16) von der zweiten zur dritten Bearbeitungsstation transportiert wird, im Bereich der Öffnungen (22) an der Unterseite der Tragplatte (20) oder des Lochbandes anliegen,der obere Öffnungsrand jeder Öffnung (22) der Tragplatte (20) oder des Lochbandes eine Ausrundung (45) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassim Inneren der an der ersten Folienbahn (16) im Bereich der Öffnungen (22) der Tragplatte (20) oder des Lochbandes von unten anliegenden Formen (36, 36.6, 36.7) ein Unterdruck erzeugbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin den von unten an der ersten Folienbahn (16) anliegenden Formen (36, 36.6, 36.7) Durchbohrungen (38, 38.6) vorhanden sind, die an einen Unterdruckerzeuger anschließbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine Kulissenbahn (70) für die von unten an die erste Folienbahn (16) anlegbaren Formen (36) so vorhanden ist, dassdie Formen (36) in der jeweiligen Bearbeitungsstation an die erste Folienbahn (16) anlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Kulissenbahn (70) in der Höhe unterschiedliche Bahnabschnitte aufweist, die mit rampenartigen Bahnabschnitten (72, 74) miteinander verbunden sind.
