Claims (12)
- Brandschutzklappe mit einem Gehäuse (1) für eine darin schwenkbar gelagerte Absperrklappe (3), wobei das Gehäuse (1) einen sich längs des Umfangs der Absperrklappe (3) in geschlossenem Zustand erstreckenden und beidseitig begrenzten, insbesondere als Nut ausgebildeten, Teilbereich (8) aufweist, der mit einem bei Wärmeeinwirkung ausdehnenden Material versehen ist und dessen Breite zumindest außerhalb des Schnittpunktes zwischen Gehäuse (1) und Schwenkachse der Absperrklappe (3) zumindest in etwa der Dicke der Absperrklappe (3) entspricht, und wobei in dem Gehäuse (1) und in dem Material zumindest eine Durchführung (13) für die Schwenkachse vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Kompensation des geminderten Anteils des Materials im Bereich der Durchführung (13) der Schwenkachse der Teilbereich (8) im Bereich der durchgeführten Schwenkachse seitlich über die Breite der Absperrklappe (3) in der Schließstellung übersteht und dass zur Vermeidung einer Schwächung der Dämmwirkung im ausgedehnten Zustand durch zu geringe Dichte aufgrund unkontrollierter Ausdehnung eine Abdeckung (15) des Materials zumindest im überstehenden Teilbereich (14), insbesondere mit einem partiellen, seitlich angeformten und dem Material zugewandten Rand (17), vorgesehen ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der überstehende Teilbereich (14) abgerundet ausgebildet ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der überstehende Teilbereich (14) eckig ausgebildet ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teilbereich (8) und/oder der überstehende Teilbereich (14) aus einem von zwei umlaufenden, nach innen gerichteten Sicken (9) begrenzten Abschnitt (10) der Gehäusewandung (6) gebildet ist (sind).
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der partielle seitliche Rand (17) der Abdeckung (15) die nach innen gerichteten Sicken (9) seitlich überdeckt.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des seitlichen Randes (17) in etwa der Höhe der Sicken (9) entspricht.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der partielle seitliche Rand (17) der Abdeckung (15) unter einem Winkel von etwa 45° zur Schwenkachse ausgerichtet ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material in dem Teilbereich (8) ein im Wesentlichen Natriumsilikat und Chloroprenkautschuk enthaltendes synthetisches Elastomer ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material besteht aus:32,5 bis 45,0 Gew.% Natriumsilikat,20,0 bis 30,0 Gew.% Chloroprenkautschuk,4,5 bis 10,8 Gew.% Wasser,6,5 bis 10,2 Gew.% Borsäure,4,0 bis 10,0 Gew.% Aluminiumhydroxid,3,0 bis 10,0 Gew.% naphtenhaltige Erdölderivate,1,0 bis 3,1 Gew.% Zinkoxid und1,0 bis 5,0 Gew.% Eisen-III-oxid.
- Brandschutzklappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (10) der Gehäusewandung (6) perforiert ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforation aus mehreren Reihen von in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander versetzten Schlitzen (11) besteht.
- Brandschutzklappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absperrklappe (3) durch die Gehäusewandung (6) hindurchgeführte Lagerzapfen (4) aufweist.
