- chain hoists of the type described above are known. These chain hoists have a chain guide for trouble-free circulation of the chain around the sprocket, which ensures that the chain links do not get caught or jammed. To reduce the wear of the chain, it is lubricated over the entire length.
- the chain, the chain guide and the sprocket are still subject to natural wear, which makes it necessary to replace the worn chain, the chain guide and the sprocket from time to time depending on the intensity of use of the chain hoist and depending on the size of the manipulated loads. Also can be disturbed by lengths of the chain links due to permanent material expansions over time of the positive circulation of the chain to the sprocket, so that the sprocket is more worn. As part of regular maintenance intervals, all wearing parts are therefore checked and, if necessary, replaced.
- an electric chain hoist which consists essentially of a housed in a transmission housing gearbox, which is driven on the input side by an electric motor.
- the transmission On the output side, the transmission has an output shaft on which a sprocket rotatably arranged for a round link chain rotation.
- the sprocket is surrounded by a chain guide, which contains on both sides of the sprocket rectilinear chain guide tracks, between which an ejector is arranged.
- the chain guide is designed as a housing and consists of two identical housing halves, which are assembled along a parting line. Furthermore, the housing halves are attached to an end wall of the transmission housing.
- the housing halves are held together by two transverse screws, which are screwed from opposite sides in extensions. Accordingly, the housing halves are brought separately to the sprocket to the end wall and only then bolted there in this position.
- the sprocket, the chain and the chain guide thus form a structural unit only in the operating state of the chain hoist.
- the German utility model DE 92 02 881 U1 corresponds to the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention is based on the object to provide a chain hoist, which has an improved life of wearing parts, such as chain, sprocket and chain guide.

Description
The invention relates to a chain hoist with a sprocket for the positive transmission of the lifting force on the chain and arranged in the region of the sprocket chain guide for guiding the chain, in particular round link chain on the sprocket, the chain guide, the sprocket and the chain combined to form a unit are that the assembly is mounted in total at a mounting on the chain hoist and the assembly is solved in total during disassembly of the chain hoist.
The chain, the chain guide and the sprocket are still subject to natural wear, which makes it necessary to replace the worn chain, the chain guide and the sprocket from time to time depending on the intensity of use of the chain hoist and depending on the size of the manipulated loads. Also can be disturbed by lengths of the chain links due to permanent material expansions over time of the positive circulation of the chain to the sprocket, so that the sprocket is more worn. As part of regular maintenance intervals, all wearing parts are therefore checked and, if necessary, replaced. In the known chain hoists the replacement, for example, the chain and the sprocket means a considerable effort, which is that after removing the chain hoist from its suspension, the engine and other small parts are to be dismantled to get to the wear parts. These works are very time consuming and expensive. The availability of the chain hoist is affected. The maintenance costs are high due to the required working hours. Equally expensive is the assembly of the chain hoist during its manufacture in the factory; Accordingly, the production costs are considerably high.
The present invention is based on the object to provide a chain hoist, which has an improved life of wearing parts, such as chain, sprocket and chain guide.
This object is achieved with a chain hoist according to the features of the claim of the present invention. In the
According to the invention in a chain hoist with a sprocket for the positive transmission of the lifting force on the chain and arranged in the range of the chain wheel chain guide for guiding the chain, in particular round link chain on the sprocket, wherein the chain guide, the sprocket and chain combined to form a unit are that the assembly is mounted on a total of assembly on the chain hoist and the assembly is achieved in total disassembly of the chain hoist, improved life of wearing parts such as chain, sprocket and chain guide while simplified assembly and disassembly of these wearing parts achieved in that the chain guide floating on the sprocket and with the sprocket in it Engaged chain is stored. Dismantling of individual parts of the chain set is eliminated as well as the removal of the complete pulley. Rather, the assembly is assembled and dismantled. A worn assembly is replaced only by a new prefabricated unit. The inventive set formation and handling of the wear parts as a unit simplify the assembly and disassembly considerably and help to save costs, both during production and during maintenance and repair work. Also, the sprocket, the chain guide and the chain are coordinated so that they wear approximately evenly and thus are to be replaced at about the same time. In contrast to the usual screwing the chain guide with the housing of the chain hoist allows the floating attachment to the sprocket and the chain, a favorable orientation of the chain guide the sprocket and the chain, so that the wear behavior is favored. Obligations from the chain drive are no longer transmitted to the housing, but caught within the chain guide.
Hierdurch wird die schwimmende Lagerung der Kettenführung an sich nicht aufgehobenIn a further embodiment, the chain guide in the direction of rotation of the sprocket seen against the chain hoist, in particular its gear housing, secured against rotation. As a result, the floating bearing of the chain guide is not repealed
In an advantageous embodiment, the assembly is additionally supplemented by a Entflechterblech with holes for carrying out the Lastrums and the empty strand of the chain and end pieces at the ends of the chain. As further components, at least one buffer and the chain can be added to the chain set in the region of the end piece and the hook harness, which are pushed onto the chain and attached thereto.
