Claims (21)
- Verfahren zur Wicklung von Sicherheitsfolien auf einen Rollenkern mit folgenden Schritten:Bereitstellen des rotierbar gelagerten Rollenkerns,Heranführen des Sicherheitsfolie an den rotierbar gelagerten Rollenkern,Wicklung der Sicherheitsfolie auf den Rollenkern dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsfolie mit einem gasförmigen Medium beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium auf die Folie geblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium Luft ist.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium in den Wickelspalt und/ oder an der Auflaufstelle eingeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium über die ganze Breite der Sicherheitsfolienbahn eingeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position, an der das gasförmige Medium eingeblasen wird, relativ zur Achse des Rollenkerns gesteuert oder geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beaufschlagung mit dem gasförmige Medium mit Überdruck erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überdruck 0,5 bis 2 bar beträgt.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberste Lage der Sicherheitsfolie auf der Rolle an einer oder mehreren Stellen an die Rolle angedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium ionisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigsten einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den einzelnen Lagen der Sicherheitsfolie ein Gasfilm vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung zur Wicklung von Sicherheitsfolien, wobei die Vorrichtungeinen rotierbar gelagerten Rollenkern undeine Einrichtung zur Beaufschlagung der zu wickelnden Sicherheitsfolie mit einem gasförmigen Medium umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zur Beaufschlagung eine Blasvorrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zur Beaufschlagung eine oder mehrere Düsen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Beaufschlagen, das gasförmige Medium in den Wickelspalt oder an den Auflaufpunkt lenkt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere Anpresswalzen vorliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung zur Ionisierung des gasförmigen Mediums vorliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Friktionswelle vorliegt.
- Gewickelte Sicherheitsfolie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie nach einem Verfahren gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 aufgewickelt ist.
- Gewickelte Sicherheitsfolie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den einzelnen Lagen der gewickelten Folien ein Gasfilm vorliegt.
- Gewickelte Sicherheitsfolie nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gasfilm ein Luftfilm ist.
