Claims (6)
- Wärmetauscher zur Kühlung von heißen Gasen aus petrochemischen Anlagen durch verdampfendes Wasser bestehend aus Wärmestauscherrohren (2), aus je einer Eintrittskammer (5) und einer Austrittskammer (6), in die die Wärmeaustauscherrohre (2) einmünden, und aus einem Bypassrohr (11), das den Wärmetauscher etwa mittig und parallel zu den Wärmetauscherrohren (2) durchsetzt und die Eintrittskammer (5) mit der Austrittskammer (6) verbindet, wobei ein Verschlussorgan in den Querschnitt des Bypassrohres (11) einführbar angeordnet ist und den Querschnitt ganz oder teilweise verschließt oder freigibt und wobei das Verschlussorgan mit einer rückwärtigen, nach außen geführten Betätigungsstange (14) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bypassrohr (11) mit einem Führungsrohr (12) dicht verbunden ist, dass in dem Führungsrohr (12) ein als Verschlussorgan ausgebildeter Kolben (13) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist, dass der Kolben (13) doppelwandig ausgeführt ist und dass in der Doppelwand (15) des Kolbens (13) von einem Kühlmittel durchflossene Kühlkanäle (23) angebracht sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Betätigungsstange (14) eine Kühlmittelzuführungsleitung (24) angeordnet ist, die mit den Kühlkanälen (23) in der Doppelwand (15) des Kolbens (13) verbunden sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (13) als Hohlzylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Hohlzylinder ein Kern (16) aus einer keramischen Masse angeordnet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsrohr (12) senkrecht zur Längsachse des Bypassrohres (11) und koaxial zu dem Austrittsstutzen (8) angeordnet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Kolbens (13) ein zylindrischer Schieber (17) über einen Kragarm (18) mit der Betätigungsstange (14) verbunden ist und dass der zylindrische Schieber (17) in der das Bypassrohr (11) verschließenden Stellung des Kolbens (13) das Bypassrohr (11) und den Austrittsstutzen (8) von der Austrittskammer (6) trennt.
