Claims (25)
- Cadre de lisses pour métier à tisser, ledit cadre comprenant deux montants (4, 4') et deux traverses (6, 6' ; 106 ; 206 ; 306 ; 406 ; 506 ; 606 ; 706), chaque traverse étant pourvue d'un organe d'accrochage (8, 8' ; 108 ; 208 ; 308 ; 408 ; 508 ; 608 ; 708) apte à recevoir une extrémité correspondante d'au moins une lisse (10 ; 210 ; 410 ; 510 ; 610 ; 710) dudit cadre, alors qu'il est également prévu des moyens d'amortissement (12, 12' ; 112 ; 212 ; 312 ; 412 ; 512 ; 612 ; 712), solidaires d'au moins un organe d'accrochage correspondant, cet au moins un organe d'accrochage étant formé d'au moins une tôle repliée (8, 8' ; 108 ; 208 ; 309, 309' ; 408 ; 508 ; 608 ; 708).

- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque lisse (10 ; 210 ; 710) présente, à au moins une extrémité, deux branches principales (103, 10'3 ; 2103 ; 7103) définissant un logement (104, 10'4 ; 2104 ; 7104), qui débouche en direction d'une traverse correspondante (6, 6' ; 106 ; 206 ; 306 ; 706) par l'intermédiaire d'un col (106, 10'6 ; 2106 ; 7106), alors que l'organe d'accrochage correspondant (8, 8' ; 108 ; 208 ; 308 ; 708) comporte une région d'accrochage (84, 8' 4 ; 1084 ; 2084 ; 3084 ; 7084) s'étendant en service dans ledit logement, ainsi qu'une région intermédiaire (83, 8'3 ; 1083 ; 2083 ; 3083 ; 7083) reçue en service dans ledit col.
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque lisse (410 ; 510 ; 610) présente, à au moins une extrémité, une branche principale (4103 ; 5103 ; 6103) définissant, avec une dent (41031 ; 61031) et/ou un retour (41032 ; 51032 ; 61032) de cette lisse, au moins un interstice de réception (41041, 41042 ; 51042 ; 61041, 61042) , alors que l'organe d'accrochage correspondant (408 ; 508 ; 608) présente au moins une branche d'accrochage (4084 ; 5084 ; 6084, 608'4) logée dans le ou chaque interstice (41042 ; 51042 61041, 61042).
- Cadre de lisses selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la branche d'accrochage (4084 ; 5084) est prolongée par un retour (40841 ; 50841), replié à environ 180° par rapport à cette branche d'accrochage, ce retour (40841 ; 50841) de l'organe d'accrochage se trouvant latéralement à distance du retour en regard (41032; 51032) de la lisse.
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement (12, 12' ; 112 ; 212 ; 312 ; 412 ; 512) sont placés à l'opposé de surfaces (s 1, s' 1 ; s 2) d'appui direct de cet au moins un organe d'accrochage (8, 8' ; 108 ; 208 ; 308 ; 408 ; 508) contre une lisse correspondante.
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, prise en combinaison avec la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement (212 ; 512) sont pourvus d'au moins une saillie latérale (2121 ; 5121) s'étendant en direction de la ou de chaque branche principale (2103 ; 5103) de la lisse (210 ; 510), de manière à séparer latéralement (jeu J ; jeu J') cette branche principale par rapport à la région d'accrochage (2084 ; 5084) de l'organe d'accrochage (208 ; 508) et ainsi à éviter sensiblement tout frottement latéral entre la ou chaque branche principale (2103 ; 5103) et cette région d'accrochage (2084 ; 5084).
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amortissement (612 ; 712) sont placés à l'opposé d'une extrémité libre (E ; E') de la lisse (610 ; 710), par rapport à un corps filiforme (6101 ; 7101) de cette lisse.
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu de moyens (62, 6'2, 821, 822, 8'21, 8'22 ; 1062, 10821, 10822 ; 4062, 40822, 40852 ; 7062, 70821, 70822) de fixation amovible du ou de chaque organe d'accrochage (8, 8' ; 108 ; 408 ; 708) sur une traverse correspondante (6, 6' ; 106 ; 406 ; 706).
- Cadre de lisses selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation amovible sont des moyens (62, 6'2, 821, 822, 8'21, 8'22 ; 1062, 10821, 10822 ; 4062, 40822, 40852 ; 7062, 70821, 70822) de fixation par coopération de formes, notamment par pincement et/ou par coincement.
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tôle repliée (8, 8' ; 108 ; 208 ; 309, 309' ; 408 ; 508 ; 608 ; 708) est élastique et/ou précontrainte.
- Cadre de lisses selon les revendications 18 et 19, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation amovible par coopération de formes comprennent deux branches (821, 822, 8'21, 8'22 10821, 10822 ; 40822, 40852 ; 70821, 70822) de ladite tôle repliée (8 ; 108 ; 408 ; 708), ainsi que des parois en regard (62, 6'2 ; 1062 ; 4062 ; 7062) de la traverse (6, 6' ; 106 ; 406 ; 706).
- Cadre de lisses selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches (821, 822, 8'21, 8'22 ; 40822, 40852 ; 70821, 70822) coiffent, en service, un ergot (62 ; 4062 ; 7062) de la traverse (6 ; 406 ; 706).
- Cadre de lisses selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches (10821, 10822) sont plaquées, en service, contre des parois (1062) d'un évidement (1061) ménagé dans la traverse (106).
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accrochage (208 ; 308 ; 508 ; 708) est fixé de manière permanente sur la traverse (206 ; 306 ; 506 ; 706), notamment par collage ou par rivetage.
- Cadre de lisses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, au moins à l'état statique dudit cadre, lorsque des surfaces (S1, S'1) d'appui direct d'une première et/ou d'une seconde extrémité(s) de la ou de chaque lisse (10) sont en contact avec lesdites surfaces (s 1, s '1) d'appui direct d'un premier (8) et/ou d'un second (8') organe(s) d'accrochage, des surfaces de compression (C'1, C1) d'une seconde et/ou d'une première extrémité(s) de la lisse se trouvent sensiblement en contact avec des surfaces en regard de moyens d'amortissement (12', 12) solidaires d'un second (8') et/ou d'un premier (8) organe(s) d'accrochage.
- Métier à tisser (M) équipé d'au moins un cadre de lisses (2) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
