Der Träger 7 ist über eine von gestellfesten Führungen 13 aufgenommene Führungsstange 12 in Förderrichtung verschiebbar zum Maschinengestell gelagert. Die Führungsstange 12 trägt einen, eine Endlage vorgebenden Anschlag 15 und wird von einer Feder 14 gegen das Maschinengestell verspannt. Entlang des Verschiebeweges der Führungsstange 12 ist ein Schalter 16 angeordnet, der beim Verschieben der Führungsstange 12, das mit einem Auslenken des Trennmessers 1 einhergeht, von dem zu einer Schaltfahne verlängerten Anschlag 15 betätigt wird. Der Schalter 16 wirkt auf den Antrieb 9 des Trennmessers 1 derart, dass das Trennmesser 1 in die Parkposition verlagert wird, und/oder den Antrieb 9 der Druckmaschine derart, dass die Druckmaschine stillgesetzt wird.
Entlang des Förderweges ist ein Bogenleitblech 19 angeordnet, dass im Bereich des Trennmessers 1 ausgespart ist und die Bogen 18 im Bereich des Trennmessers 1 führt. Der Bogen 18 läuft an der Mantelfläche des bogenführenden Zylinders 4 mit, bis er das Bogenleitblech 19 erreicht. Mit der als Blasrohr ausgebildeten Blaseinrichtung 17 ist ein Blasluftstrom erzeugbar, der auf die dem bogenführenden Zylinder 4 abgewandte Seite der Bogen 18 gerichtet ist und die Bogen 18 führt bzw. auf dem Bogenleitblech 19 hält.

Dabei werden von dem Trennmesser 1 die quer zur Schnittlinie die geschnittenen Bogen 18 miteinander verbindendenden Restfasern, die die Schneideinrichtung nicht vollständig getrennt hat, beginnend von der Vorderkante 18.1 der Bogen 18 zerschnitten. Der Bogen 18 läuft weiter am Mantel des bogenführenden Zylinders 4 mit, maximal bis zum Auflaufen auf das Bogenleitblech 19. Die Schnittlinie läuft dabei am Trennmesser 1 entlang. Die Restfasern im mittleren und hinteren Bereich der Bogen 18 werden getrennt.

Claims (12)

  1. Sheet printing machine with a device which separates sheets (18) longitudinally cut by a cutting device and connected together merely by residual fibres, which sheets are transferred in a transfer region (2) from a sheet-conducting cylinder (4) to an encircling conveyor system, which transports the sheets (18), until release thereof over a delivery stack, in a conveying direction along a conveying path, comprising a separating knife (1) with a cutter, characterised in that the separating knife (1) is displaceable between a park position, in which the cutter extends outside the conveying path, and a separating position, in which the cutter extends into the conveying path directly after - with respect to the conveying direction - the transfer region (2).
  2. Sheet printing machine according to claim, characterised in that the separating knife (1) is mounted to be deflectable in the separating position in conveying direction.
  3. Sheet printing machine according to claim 2, characterised in that the separating position of the separating knife (1) is predetermined in conveying direction by an abutment (15) and a spring (14) biasing the separating knife (1) against the abutment (15).
  4. Sheet printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that a drive (9) is provided for displacement of the separating knife (1) between the separating position and the park position.
  5. Sheet printing machine according to claim 4, characterised in that the drive (9) is constructed as a pneumatic cylinder.
  6. Sheet printing machine according to claim 2 and 4, characterised in that a switch (16) is provided, which is actuable by deflection of the separating knife (1) in conveying direction and co-operates with the drive (9), which acts on the separating knife (1), in such a manner that on actuation of the switch (16) the separating knife (1) is displaced into the park position.
  7. Sheet printing machine according to claim 2 and 4, characterised in that a switch (16) is provided, which is actuable by deflection of the separating knife (1) in conveying direction and co-operates with a printing machine drive in such a manner that on actuation of the switch (16) the printing machine is stopped.
  8. Sheet printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the cutting device is associated with the sheet-conducting cylinder (4) constructed as a cutting drum.
  9. Sheet printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the separating knife (1) is mounted to be displaceable approximately perpendicularly to the conveying path.
  10. Sheet printing machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a sheet guide plate (19) which extends longitudinally of the conveying path and guides the sheets (18) in the region of the separating knife (1) is provided.
  11. Sheet printing machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the separating knife (1) is exchangeably arranged in a separating knife mount (5).
  12. Sheet printing machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a blowing air flow, which is directed onto the sides of the sheets (18) remote from the sheet-conducting cylinder (4) and which guides the sheets (18) in the region of the separating knife (1), is producible by a blowing device (17).
