Description

Um dabei das Einlaufen der Greifersysteme in die Trommel zu ermöglichen, muß der Schneidring unterbrochen sein, wodurch ein Teil des Bogens dann nicht geschnitten werden kann. Auch hier ist kein genauer Schnitt möglich und überdies die Abnutzung des Schneidmessers erheblich. Man hat auch schon vorgeschlagen, die Bogen im Ausleger selbst mit einer eigenen Schneidtrommel zu teilen. Neben einem ungenauen Schnitt besteht dabei auch die Gefahr des Verschmierens des Druckes. Davon abgesehen ist der Aufwand auch erheblich. Bei einer weiteren bekannten Schneidvorrichtung sind die Greiferwellen an der Kefte höher gesetzt worden, um unterhalb derselben auf der Oberseite des Bogens ein Kreismesser anbringen zu können. Eine derartige Ausbildung der Greiferkette ist jedoch sehr schwingungsanfällig und bewirkt einen unruhigen Lauf. Bei einer weiteren bekannten Schneidvorrichtung werden auf der Ober-und Unterseite der zu trennenden Bahn angeordnete Kreismesser verwendet, die eine Ringnut aufweisen und daher mit zwei Reihen von Schneidzähnen versehen sind. Um das Ablösen der Papierbahnen von den Messern zu ermöglichen, sind dabei in die Ringnuten reichende feste Zungen vorgesehen.
