Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement (7) pour une moissonneuse (1), avec au moins un radiateur (5) et au moins un boîtier de radiateur (6) traversé par l'air, perforé, qui dispose d'au moins un côté frontal et/ou périphérique et est disposé en amont d'un dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement (7) destiné à retirer des particules d'impureté se fixant sur le boîtier de radiateur (6) et contenues dans l'air de refroidissement aspiré, respectivement au moins une brosse (10, 12) étant associée au boîtier de radiateur (6) sur son côté frontal (11) et périphérique (13) sur les côtés d'entrée d'air (33) se trouvant en dehors du boîtier de radiateur (6) perforé,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) entoure les brosses (10, 12), le dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) étant ouvert vers le côté de boîtier de radiateur.
  2. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes
    caractérisé en ce que
    les brosses (10, 12) sont en liaison fonctionnelle l'une avec l'autre par le biais de roues coniques (20) et sont entraînées en commun par une courroie d'entraînement (17) avec le boîtier de radiateur (6).
  3. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les brosses (10, 12) et le boîtier de radiateur (6) tournent dans le sens opposé et l'un contre l'autre.
  4. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le sens de rotation (21) du boîtier de radiateur (6) s'étend dans le sens d'aspiration (32).
  5. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les brosses (10, 12) sont réalisées à poste fixe et de manière à tourner autour de l'axe et le boîtier de radiateur (6) est réalisé de manière rotative ou inversement.
  6. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les brosses (10, 12) sont entraînées activement ou passivement.
  7. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la brosse (10) se trouvant en liaison fonctionnelle avec le côté frontal (11) du boîtier de radiateur (6) est formée de manière conique et la brosse (12) se trouvant en liaison fonctionnelle avec le côté périphérique (13) du boîtier de radiateur (6) est formée de manière cylindrique.
  8. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les impuretés sont retirées par les brosses (10, 12) directement sur le côté frontal (11) et le côté périphérique (13) du boîtier de radiateur (6) et/ou par la pénétration du boîtier de radiateur (6) au moyen des poils (22) individuels.
  9. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins l'une des brosses (10, 12) est réalisée en plusieurs parties.
  10. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les brosses (10, 12) sont entourées par un dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) qui reçoit directement les impuretés enlevées et qui est ouvert vers le boîtier de radiateur (6).
  11. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) forme un boîtier solidarisé uniforme.
  12. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) entoure les brosses (10, 12) comme une structure uniforme.
  13. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) est réalisé à poste fixe et le boîtier de radiateur (6) est réalisé de manière rotative ou inversement.
  14. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'aspiration de l'air (8) converge dans au moins un tube d'aspiration (9) et les particules d'impureté sont évacuées par cet au moins un tube d'aspiration (9) du boîtier de radiateur (6) dans la zone inférieure de la moissonneuse (2).
  15. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins une conduite d'air (30) est disposée dans le boîtier de radiateur (6), laquelle libère en soufflant en continu ou si besoin, par un flux d'air comprimé les trous de perforation (23) du boîtier de radiateur (6).
  16. Dispositif de nettoyage de l'air de refroidissement selon l'une ou plusieurs quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins une palette en matière plastique (24) est disposée en assemblage avec les poils (22) dans la/les brosse(s) (10, 12) .
