Claims (7)

  1. Procédé en vue de la fabrication de produits abrasifs sur des subjectiles sous la forme de rouleaux jumbo, lequel procédé comprend au moins les étapes suivantes:
    a) la mise en place d'un liant de base sur un matériau subjectile,
    b) la mise en place du produit abrasif sur le liant de base,
    c) la mise en place d'un liant de recouvrement durcissable à la chaleur sur le produit composite séché ou pré-durci provenant de l'étape b), en vue de la fabrication d'une bande abrasive,
    d) le chauffage de la bande abrasive sur toute sa largeur à une température uniforme immédiatement avant ou directement sur le dispositif d'enroulement en vue de la production de rouleaux jumbo,
    e) la production du rouleau jumbo par enroulement de la bande abrasive chauffée et pré-durcie sur le dispositif d'enroulement et, immédiatement à la suite,
    f) le durcissement du rouleau jumbo.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage est un dispositif à rayonnement thermique, qui irradie d'une manière uniforme sur toute sa largeur la bande abrasive avant de parvenir au dispositif d'enroulement.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage est un dispositif à rayonnement thermique, grâce auquel on irradie à chaque fois sur toute sa largeur une section de la bande externe de la bande abrasive sur le dispositif d'enroulement.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage est un four à circulation d'air, qui est traversé par la bande abrasive.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage est un dispositif de chauffage à ondes courtes ou à micro-ondes, qui est traversé par la bande abrasive.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage est un rouleau chauffé, sur lequel la bande abrasive est conduite.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la température de chauffage est ajustée à proximité ou tout juste en dessous de la température de durcissement du liant de recouvrement durcissable à la chaleur.
