Abstract

Bei einer Litze (6) ist der schmale Litzenschaft (21) zu Lasten der Endösen (7, 8) und des Fadenaugenbereichs (29) verlängert worden. Dies ist einerseits durch Verkürzung der Endösenbereiche (7, 8) auf ihr absolutes Minimum und andererseits dadurch geschehen, dass dem Transport der Litzen dienende Hilfsöffnungen (38) näher an die Endösen (7, 8) herangelegt worden sind. Die Radien R im Bereich der Endösen (7, 8) sind vermindert Der Litzenschaft (21) hat statt der üblichen 2 mm Breite noch maximal 1,6 mm. Die über die Endöffnungen hinausragenden Bereiche (14, 13) der Litze (6) weisen statt der üblichen Länge von 4 mm noch 2,5 mm bis 3 mm auf. Direkt um das Fadenauge (33) weist die Litze eine Breite auf, die wie bisher dem doppelten der Breite des Fadenauges (33) entspricht. Die Länge dieses Bereichs ist aber auf maximal das Doppelte bis Dreifache der Fadenaugenbreite verkürzt. Der Übergang von der schmalsten Zone (27, 28) des Litzenschafts (21) zur vergleichsweise breiten Zone (29) um das Fadenauge (33) herum ist durch einen längs gestreckten Übergangsbereich (34) charakterisiert, der maximal 1,8 mm Breite aufweist und der Verstärkung dieses Bereich gegen mechanische Belastungen dient.
