Claims (15)

  1. Reversible system for holding a container in mixing position in a mixer (1), said system (6) being intended for being fixed to an element of said mixer and comprising a first (9) and second (10) arm, which are mounted so as to be rotatingly mobile about an axis (11) between a position in which the container is inserted between the two arms (9, 10) and a locked position in which the arms (9, 10) surround the container exerting a peripheral tightening force, said system being characterised in that it also comprises a reversible locking lever (12) which is rotatingly mounted about an axis (11), an elastic rotation-limiting device (20) which is fixed by one end to the first arm (9) and by the other end to the lever (12) and a reversible device for locking the relative rotation of the second arm (10) in relation to the lever (12).
  2. System according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking lever (12) comprises a first lug (13) inserted in a groove (17) made in the second arm (10), said groove being arranged such as to allow the relative rotation of the lever (12) in relation to the second arm (10) on a defined course, the locking device comprising a thumbwheel (19) mounted on the first lug (13) which is threaded so as, by screwing and unscrewing, respectively to block and unblock the movement of the first lug (13) in the groove (17).
  3. System according to claim 2, characterised in that the locking lever (12) comprises a second lug (14) on the surface opposite that on which the first lug (13) is placed, said second lug being inserted in a groove (18) provided in the first arm (9) so as to allow the relative rotation of the lever (12) in relation to the first arm (9) following a defined course.
  4. System according to claim 3, characterised in that the first and second lugs (13, 14) are coaxial.
  5. System according to any one of the claims from 1 to 4, characterised in that the elastic restraining device (20) comprises a first cubic element (21) fixed to one face of the first arm (9), said first element comprising a housing (23) in which a second cubic element (23), fixed to one face of the lever (12), is rotatingly mounted, elastic means being arranged in said housing so as to elastically restrain the relative rotation of the second element (23) in the housing (22).
  6. System according to claim 5, characterised in that the elastic means (24) are made up of four flanges of an elastomer material, each of which is arranged between one edge of the first element (21) and one face of the second element (23).
  7. System according to any one of the claims from 1 to 6, characterised in that the arms (9, 10) are equipped with flexible pads (25, 26, 27) which transmit the tightening force to the container (32).
  8. System according to claim 7, characterised in that the first arm (9) comprises one pad (27) and the second arm (10) comprises two pads (25, 26).
  9. System according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that one pad (25, 26) of the second arm (10) is made up of a strip of elastomer material (29), which is tightly wound around two pins (28) fixed to one face of the arm, said strip projecting radially towards the inside of the arm.
  10. System according to one of the claims from 7 to 9, characterised in that the pad (27) of the first arm (9) is made up of a strip of elastomer material (29), which is tightly wound around two pins (28) fixed to a rotating part (30) mounted on a slug (31) provided on a face of the first arm (9), said strip projecting radially towards the inside of the arm.
  11. System according to any one of the claims from 1 to 10, characterised in that it also comprises a safety sensor (33), which is intended to be connected to the mixer control device (1), said sensor being arranged to emit a signal that prevents the mixer (1) from starting up if the container (32) is not held tightly in the mixer.
  12. Mixer comprising a frame (2) on which a mixing head (4) is mounted, characterised in that it also comprises a reversible system (6) for holding a container opposite the mixing head according to any one of the claims from 1 to 11.
  13. Mixer according to claim 12, characterised in that the frame (2) comprises a column (3) on which the mixing head (4) is slidingly mounted.
  14. Mixer according to claim 13, characterised in that the holding system (6) is slidingly associated with the column (3) by means of a rod (8) of the holding system, said rod being slidingly mounted in a bore of a collar (7) slidingly mounted around the column (3).
  15. Mixer according to any one of the claims from 12 to 14, characterised in that the second arm (10) is mounted rotatingly fixed in relation to the frame (2).
