Claims (5)
- Outil de coupe réalisé en un matériau tranchant à base de métal dur ou de cermet, qui est destiné à l'enlèvement de copeaux de pièces en acier alliées au chrome et qui comporte une phase de matière dure contenant des carbures, nitrures et/ou carbonitrures ainsi qu'une phase liant en fer, cobalt et nickel,
caractérisé par le fait
que la phase liant se compose des éléments suivants : de 10 % en masse à 75 % en masse de Co, de 10 % en masse à 75 % en masse de Ni, de 5 % en masse à 30 % en masse de Cr, entre > 20 % en masse et 60 % en masse de Fe, optionnellement en sus jusqu'à 5 % en masse respectivement de V, Mo et/ou Al, jusqu'à la solubilité maximale Ti, W, Ta/Nb et/ou jusqu'à 15 % en masse de Mn et/ou, en outre optionnellement, O, N et/ou B jusqu'à la solubilité maximale. - Outil de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la teneur en C dans le matériau tranchant est réglée de telle manière qu'il n'y a ni de phase η ni de porosité C.
- Outil de coupe selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la phase liant ne possède pas de composants hexagonaux.
- Utilisation de l'outil de coupe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 pour l'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux de pièces en acier, de préférence de pièces en alliages comprenant du Cr.
- Utilisation d'un outil de coupe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 pour l'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux de pièces en métal contenant du chrome, caractérisée par le fait que la teneur en chrome dans la phase liant de l'outil de coupe n'est pas supérieure à la teneur en chrome dans l'alliage d'acier de la pièce.
