Claims (19)
- Pilier de portail d'ouverture-fermeture automatique par pivotement latéral des battants du type étant creux intérieurement pour recevoir un équipement, caractérisé en ce qu'il est agencé et aménagé intérieurement incluant au moins des moyens permettant le pivotement et l'articulation des battants (2), l'intégration des mécanismes de motorisation et de commande, l'intégration de moyens visuels de signalisation et de moyens de sécurité, ledit pilier technique multifonctions obtenu étant établi dans une configuration selon une enveloppe verticale (1b) dans tout ou partie de sa hauteur permettant l'accès et le rangement desdits moyens et mécanismes.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe extérieure (1a) présente une section transversale polygonale avec une zone d'ouverture établie dans un angle.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe extérieure est monobloc et réalisée avec des bordures profilées en plis (1g).
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe est réalisée en tôle métallique et pliée.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe est réalisée en matériau plastique.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure reçoit un habillage extérieur sur tout ou partie de son volume.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure est établie à partir d'une pluralité de modules assembles et gerbés, lesdits modules étant en briques, plâtres et autres matériaux de construction.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe extérieure est obturée dans sa zone d'ouverture verticale (1b) par un cache (3) se centrant et fixant par rapport aux bordures longitudinales verticales d'extrémité de ladite enveloppe, ledit cache étant monté de manière démontable par rapport à ladite enveloppe et étant solidarisé fixement sur des moyens solidaires de ladite enveloppe dans ses parties haute et basse.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le cache (3) est établi en une ou plusieurs parties en fonction de la nature des moyens intégrés dans le pilier.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le cache (3) est de forme semi-cylindrique et assure la fonction anti pince-doigts par rapport aux montants verticaux (2a) adjacents du battant en regard.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe constitutive du pilier est aménagée par ses bordures longitudinales et ses parois intérieures pour recevoir des plaques supports et couple de rails de guidage et de maintien du moyen et mécanisme intégrés dans le pilier, lesdites plaques supports et corps de rails de guidage étant à position fixe dans l'enveloppe du pilier.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les couples de rails de guidage disposés horizontalement sont aménagés avec des lumières oblongues présentant à leur extrémité vers la zone d'ouverture verticale une ouverture circulaire de plus grande section, et en ce que des plaques supports de moyens et mécanismes sont disposés verticalement et se déplacent à contresens entre les rails du couple de rail en étant aménagés avec des parties en saillies pénétrant dans lesdites lumières oblongues, et en ce que le déplacement de l'enveloppe permet le pivotement angulaire des plaques concernées et l'accessibilité aux moyens et mécanismes supportés par les plaques.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les plaques pivotantes coulissantes par rapport aux rails de guidage supportent des moyens tels qu'armoire de commande, bloc moteur.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les plaques à position fixe et horizontale s'intégrant et se fixant à l'intérieur de la cavité sont aptes à supporter des moyens tels que le bloc moteur et les moyens d'entraínement en ouverture-fermeture des battants.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les bordures longitudinales verticales de l'enveloppe extérieure autorisent la fixation de plaques à tout niveau de la hauteur du pilier, lesdites plaques étant agencées pour recevoir des moyens tels que télécommandes et similaires.
- Pilier de portail selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le bloc moteur (8) présente une bielle d'entraínement (8a) associée à une barre d'entraínement (27) coulissant sous le profilé horizontal inférieur du battant parallèle à celui-ci le long d'un bras porteur (28) solidaire audit battant,
et en ce que le mouvement de la bielle s'effectue sur une rotation d'un demi tour environ, entraínant la rotation du battant d'environ un quart de tour,
et en ce que ledit bras porteur est articulé autour d'un axe pivot (11) fixe positionné sur la base inférieure (1h) du pilier, la mise en fonctionnement du bloc moteur entraínant le mouvement d'ouverture-fermeture du battant. - Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure du battant est solidarisé par un tirant (12) à un anneau (14) monté en rotation par des moyens de roulement disposés sur une plaque support (16) horizontale disposée dans la partie supérieure du pilier, en constituant une seconde liaison pour une répartition des efforts de puissance à l'ouverture-fermeture des battants.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il incorpore des moyens visuels de signalisation du type lampe (5), chaque lampe étant montée sur une structure support intégrée dans la cavité du pilier, et comprenant une plaque (24) horizontale permettant la suspension à l'aide de tiges de liaison (25) d'une plaque (26) inférieure à partir de laquelle est disposé et fixé le moyen d'éclairage.
- Pilier de portail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est aménagé pour recevoir des équipements du type boíte aux lettres, vidéo.
