Claims (14)
- Wandbauelement, mit zwei voneinander beabstandet angeordneten Betonschichten (2, 3), mit einer Dämmschicht (4), welche einer der beiden Betonschichten (2) zugeordnet ist, wobei zwischen der Dämmschicht (4) und der anderen Betonschicht (3) zum Auffüllen mit Ortbeton ein Zwischenraum (5) vorgesehen ist, und mit mehreren die zwei Betonschichten (2, 3) verbindenden Verbindungselementen (6), wobei die Verbindungselemente (6) sich von der einen Betonschicht (2) durch die Dämmschicht (4) und den Zwischenraum (5) hindurch zur anderen Betonschicht (3) erstrecken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) vorgesehen ist, das sich von einer Betonschicht (2, 3) gegebenenfalls durch die Dämmschicht (4) hindurch lediglich bis in den Zwischenraum (5) erstreckt. - Wandbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) im Wesentlichen stabförmig oder ankerförmig ausgebildet sind, vorzugsweise wie die aus der US 6 263 638 B1 bekannten Verbindungselemente.
- Wandbauelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) von einer Betonschicht (2; 3), gegebenenfalls von der Dämmschicht (4) aus, bis zur halben Breite des Zwischenraums (5) in den Zwischenraum (5) hineinragen.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) und/oder die Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) eine mittlere bis geringe thermische Leitfähigkeit und/oder eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit aufweisen.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) ein Bauteil aufweist, welches einen im Wesentlichen W-förmigen, S-förmigen, H-förmigen, doppel-T-förmigen oder Z-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, vorzugsweise umfasst das Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) einen Verbundanker gemäß der DE 201 17 798 U1.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) einen Gitterträger aufweist, der vorzugsweise gitterförmig, geschlungen oder wellenförmig angeordnet ist.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Bewehrung (12) vorgesehen ist, welche im Zwischenraum (5) und/oder in der jeweiligen Betonschicht (2; 3) angeordnet ist, mit welcher das Verbindungsmitte (7, 8) an mindestens einer Stelle verbindbar ist, und dass vorzugsweise die Bewehrung (12) mindestens ein Verstrebungselement (14) umfasst.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) im Wesentlichen eine Plattenkonstruktion umfasst, welche von ihrer Oberfläche abragende Verstrebungsstücke (15) aufweisen kann, und dass vorzugsweise die Plattenkonstruktion zwei, im Wesentlichen parallel angeordnete Platten umfasst, die mit mindestens einem Verbindungsstück verbindbar sind und dass insbesondere die Verstrebungsstücke (15) an ihrem der Oberfläche der Plattenkonstruktion abgewandten Ende eine Verdickung oder ein im Wesentlichen sphärisch geformtes Endstück (16) aufweisen können.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) und/oder die Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) Kunststoff mit uni- oder multidirektional angeordneten Fasern aufweisen, welche insbesondere Glas-, Basalt- oder Kohlenstofffasern, vorzugsweise boron-freie Silikatglasfasern umfassen, wobei der Kunststoff insbesondere Polyester, Vinyl-Ester oder Polyurethan aufweist.
- Wandbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmschicht (4) einen - vorzugsweise extrudierten-Polysterol-Hartschaum aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wandbauelements nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Betonschicht (2) hergestellt wird, dass auf die noch nicht völlig abgebundene erste Betonschicht (2) eine Dämmschicht (4) aufgebracht wird, dass Verbindungselemente (6) und/oder Verbindungsmittel (8) durch die Dämmschicht (4) in die erste Betonschicht (2) derart eingebracht werden, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) bzw. die Verbindungsmittel . (8) einerseits sich in die erste Betonschicht (2) erstrecken und andererseits auf der der ersten Betonschicht (2) abgewandten Seite der Dämmschicht (4) abragen, dass gegebenenfalls die erste Betonschicht (2) verdichtet wird, dass eine zweite Betonschicht (3) hergestellt wird, in welche Verbindungsmittel (7) derart eingebracht werden, dass die Verbindungsmittel (7) sich sowohl in die zweite Betonschicht (3) erstrecken als auch von der zweiten Betonschicht (3) abragen und dass-vorzugsweise mit einem Wendetisch - die zumindest weitgehend abgebundene erste Betonschicht (2) samt Dämmschicht (4), Verbindungselemente (6) und/oder Verbindungsmittel (8) der zweiten Betonschicht (3) derart angenähert wird, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) sich in die zweite Betonschicht (3) erstrecken. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wandbauelements nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungselemente (6) und/oder Verbindungsmittel (8) durch eine Dämmschicht (4) derart eingebracht werden, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) bzw. die Verbindungsmittel (8) beidseitig der Dämmschicht (4) abragen, dass eine erste Betonschicht (3) hergestellt wird, in welche Verbindungsmittel (7) derart eingebracht werden, dass die Verbindungsmittel (7) sich sowohl in die erste Betonschicht (3) erstrecken als auch von der ersten Betonschicht (3) abragen, dass gegebenenfalls die erste Betonschicht (3) verdichtet wird, dass auf die noch nicht völlig abgebundene erste Betonschicht (3) die Dämmschicht (4) samt Verbindungselemente (6) bzw. Verbindungsmittel (8) derart aufgebracht wird, dass die Verbindungselemente (6) sich in die erste Betonschicht (3) erstrecken und zwischen der ersten Betonschicht (3) und der Dämmschicht (4) ein Zwischenraum (5) verbleibt, dass auf der der ersten Betonschicht (3) abgewandten Seite der Dämmschicht (4) eine zweite Betonschicht (2) hergestellt wird, wobei die Verbindungselemente (6) bzw. die Verbindungsmittel (8) von der Dämmschicht (4) aus sich in die zweite Betonschicht (2) erstrecken. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Herstellung der ersten und/oder der zweiten Betonschicht (2, 3) ein Bewehrungsmaterial (12) eingebracht wird.
- Verbindungsmittel für ein Wandbauelement, wobei das Wandbauelement (1) zwei voneinander beabstandet angeordnete Betonschichten (2, 3), eine einer der beiden Betonschichten (2) zugeordnete Dämmschicht (4) und mehrere die zwei Betonschichten (2, 3) verbindende Verbindungselemente (6) aufweist, wobei zwischen der Dämmschicht (4) und der anderen Betonschicht (3) zum Auffüllen mit Ortbeton ein Zwischenraum (5) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Verbindungselemente (6) sich von der einen Betonschicht (2) durch die Dämmschicht (4) und den Zwischenraum (5) hindurch zur anderen Betonschicht (3) erstrecken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel (7, 8) sich von einer Betonschicht (2; 3) gegebenenfalls durch die Dämmschicht (4) hindurch lediglich bis in den Zwischenraum (5) erstreckt.
