Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement d'un produit sous forme d'échantillon, et notamment d'un produit cosmétique.
  • Par « produit cosmétique », on entend au sens de la présente invention un produit tel que défini dans la Directive 93/35/CEE du 14 juin 1993 modifiant la Directive 76/768/CEE.
  • Les produits cosmétiques tels que les crèmes de soin par exemple font souvent partie d'une gamme de produits formée par plusieurs crèmes particulières, destinées par exemple à des applications différentes. Dans le cas des crèmes anti-rides par exemple, une même gamme de produit comprend une crème de jour, une crème de nuit, une crème pour le contour des yeux, etc... Lorsque l'on commercialise l'un des produits d'une telle gamme, il peut être intéressant de l'associer à un échantillon d'un autre produit de la même gamme de manière à faire connaître l'ensemble de la gamme à l'utilisatrice. Toutefois, une telle opération commerciale ne doit pas engendrer un coût supplémentaire trop important. Le document FR 2447328 décrit un dispositif de conditionnement d'un produit sous forme d'échantillon en accord avec le préambule de la revendication 1.
  • Le produit distribué sous forme d'échantillon ne peut en outre être distribué sans qu'un certain nombre d'informations relatives au produit ne soient indiquées. En particulier certaines mentions légales doivent apparaître de façon obligatoire, notamment la liste des ingrédients du produit. Or, un échantillon de produit est par définition une dose de produit relativement faible, qui est donc conditionnée dans un contenant de taille réduite sur lequel on peut difficilement inscrire toutes les informations souhaitées. Il est donc nécessaire de les inscrire sur un élément séparé, ce qui complique la manipulation d'un tel échantillon en particulier lorsqu'il faut l'associer, sur les lignes de conditionnement, au produit commercialisé.
  • Aussi, est-ce un des objets de l'invention que de réaliser un dispositif de conditionnement d'un produit sous forme d'échantillon qui permette d'indiquer toutes les informations nécessaires relatives au produit.
  • C'est en particulier un objet de l'invention que de réaliser un tel dispositif qui soit facile à réaliser et à faible coût.
  • C'est encore un autre objet de l'invention que de réaliser un tel dispositif qui soit facile à manipuler sur une ligne de conditionnement.
  • Selon l'invention, ces objets peuvent être atteints en réalisant un dispositif de conditionnement sous forme d'échantillon apte à être associé à un article, notamment un article comprenant un premier produit cosmétique, le dispositif comportant les caractéristiques de la revendication 1.
  • La feuille comportant une indication relative au produit servant de logement pour le sachet qui contient la dose de produit échantillon, on obtient ainsi un échantillon de produit peu encombrant qui comporte néanmoins toutes les informations requises pour distribuer cet échantillon. De plus, la feuille et le sachet étant deux éléments disjoints, ils peuvent être réalisés séparément l'un de l'autre de façon classique et peu onéreuse. L'échantillon peut en outre facilement être manipulé puisqu'il n'y a qu'un élément à manipuler. En outre, le sachet entrouré d'une feuille est également plus facile à manipuler qu'un sachet seul.
  • La forme du logement peut être sensiblement identique à la forme du sachet de sorte que le sachet est parfaitement maintenu à l'intérieur de la feuille. En outre la feuille protège le sachet de l'extérieur.
  • Le sachet est maintenu dans le logement par serrage. Le sachet peut notamment comporter au moins deux bords opposés disposés en contact serrant avec deux portions de la feuille. Ainsi, on réalise un logement pour le sachet qui ne nécessite aucun moyen supplémentaire pour maintenir le sachet à l'intérieur de la feuille. Le dispositif est donc facilement réalisable, et donc réalisable à faible coût.
  • La feuille formant le logement pour le sachet peut être pliée de manière à former au moins un logement fermé sur trois côtés. On peut ainsi facilement introduire le sachet dans le logement, après pliage de la feuille, par le côté ouvert sans que le sachet ne risque de sortir du logement puisqu'il vient en butée contre les côtés fermés du logement.
  • La feuille comportant les indications relatives au produit peut être en papier.
  • Le sachet peut être sensiblement plat, et notamment réalisé par deux feuilles thermosoudées entre elles. Les feuilles peuvent être réalisées en matériau thermoplastique, ou en un complexe métallo-plastique, notamment un complexe alumino-plastique. Il s'agit par exemple d'un complexe d'aluminium, de polyéthylène et de polyéthylène téréphtalate. Les deux feuilles peuvent être réalisées en matériau identique ou différent, l'une des feuilles pouvant être en matériau thermoplastique et l'autre en un complexe alumino-plastique.
  • Selon un autre de ses aspects, l'invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement d'un produit, notamment d'un produit cosmétique, comportant un récipient, notamment sous forme d'un pot, d'un tube ou d'un flacon, le récipient contenant un premier produit cosmétique et étant logé dans un emballage, notamment sous forme d'étui ou de boîte, l'ensemble comportant un dispositif de conditionnement sous forme d'échantillon tel qu'il vient d'être décrit précédemment.
  • Le dispositif de conditionnement sous forme d'échantillon peut être logé dans l'étui ou la boîte, par exemple sur le récipient.
  • L'invention consiste, mis à part les dispositions exposées ci-dessus, en un certain nombre d'autres dispositions qui seront explicitées ci-après, à propos d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs, décrits en référence aux figures annexées, parmi lesquelles:
    • la figure 1 illustre une vue en perspective d'un dispositif de conditionnement sous forme d'échantillon selon l'invention ;
    • les figures 2 et 3 représentent un sachet contenant une dose échantillon de produit ;
    • la figure 4 représente une feuille comportant des lignes de pliage destinée à former un logement pour le sachet de produit ;
    • les figures 5, 6A, 6B et 6C illustrent le dispositif de conditionnement de la figure 1 en cours de pliage de la feuille illustrée à la figure 4 ; et
    • la figure 7 illustre en perspective un ensemble de conditionnement comportant le dispositif de conditionnement sous forme d'échantillon de la figure 1.
  • Le dispositif de conditionnement 10 sous forme d'échantillon représenté sur la figure 1 comporte, d'une part, une feuille 20 et, d'autre part, un sachet 30 contenant un produit P2.
  • Le sachet 30 représenté sur les figures 2 et 3 est sensiblement plat et est constitué de deux feuilles 35 et 36 de forme rectangulaire, chacune des feuilles étant formée d'un complexe alumino-plastique, par exemple d'un complexe d'aluminium, de polyéthylène et de polyéthylène téréphtalate. Le sachet 30 a, par exemple, une contenance d'environ 1 ml. Le produit P2, destiné à former une dose échantillon, est contenu à l'intérieur du sachet ainsi formé. Pour réaliser le sachet, on thermosoude trois bords 31, 32 et 33 des deux feuilles 35 et 36 et on remplit le volume ainsi formé d'une dose de produit P2. On thermosoude ensuite le dernier côté 34 du sachet pour le fermer de manière étanche. Le dernier côté 34 fermé peut être, comme dans l'exemple illustré, l'une des largeurs du sachet, ou encore l'une des longueurs du sachet. La face externe de l'une ou des deux feuilles peut être ou non imprimée au préalable d'une indication relative au produit P2.
  • La feuille 20 représentée sur la figure 4 est par exemple une feuille de papier sur laquelle sont imprimées des informations A relatives au produit P2, notamment des indications relatives à l'identification du produit, à sa marque ou dénomination commerciale, à un argument marketing, la liste des ingrédients, mais aussi les informations légales telles que la contenance, l'adresse et le code de l'emballeur, etc... L'impression est faite par toute technique connue, notamment par sérigraphie, typographie, flexographie, ou par offset. La feuille 20 peut comporter des indications A sur l'une seulement de ses faces ou encore sur ses deux faces.
  • La feuille 20 est sensiblement rectangulaire de largeur l environ égale à 16 cm et de longueur L environ égale à 30 cm. La feuille est pliée selon plusieurs lignes de pliage de façon à obtenir un ensemble compact relativement plat, de dimension réduite, formé par une superposition de plusieurs couches. Au moins un logement rectangulaire 40 est formé entre deux couches de feuille, le logement étant fermé sur trois côtés 41, 42 et 43.
  • Pour obtenir un tel ensemble, on dispose le sachet 30 sur la feuille 20, comme on le voit à la figure 4. La feuille 20 est ensuite pliée en accordéon selon cinq lignes de pliages 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 parallèles entre elles et aux bords a et b de la feuille formant sa largeur l, comme on l'a illustré à la figure 5. Puis, comme on le voit à la figure 6A, la feuille ainsi pliée est pliée selon quatre lignes de pliage 26, 27, 28 et 29, parallèles entre elles et aux bords c et d de la feuille formant sa longueur L avant pliage, chaque ligne séparant cinq faces I, II, III, IV et V. Comme on l'a représenté sur les figures 6B et 6C, les faces sont repliées sur la face IV dans laquelle est logé le sachet. Les deux dernières faces II et V qui viennent au contact l'une de l'autre peuvent être collées entre elles par un ou plusieurs points de colle afin de maintenir un ensemble relativement plat, tout en permettant à un utilisateur de les décoller pour entièrement déplier la feuille.
  • L'ensemble ainsi obtenu, illustré à la figure 1, est de forme rectangle, de largeur environ égale à 3,3 cm et de longueur environ égale à 5 cm. Le sachet est alors contenu dans un logement 40 sous forme d'une poche fermée sur trois côtés 41, 42 et 43, les dimensions du logement 40 correspondant sensiblement aux dimensions du sachet 30. Ainsi, deux des côtés 41 et 43 délimitant le logement sont en contact serrant avec les bords 31 et 32 du sachet de façon à le coincer à l'intérieur de la feuille.
  • Au lieu de placer le sachet 30 sur la feuille 20 avant de la plier, on peut alternativement plier la feuille comme on vient de le décrire, puis glisser le sachet 30 à l'intérieur du logement 40.
  • Il est bien évident que la façon de plier la feuille 20 qui vient d'être décrite n'est qu'un exemple de pliage et que la feuille peut être pliée différemment. Il faut toutefois que la feuille soit pliée de manière à délimiter un logement permettant de recevoir un sachet. On peut par exemple en variante disposer le sachet 30 dans un logement 40 fermé sur seulement deux côtés 41 et 43, le sachet étant maintenu par serrage de ces deux côtés. Selon une autre variante, le logement peut être plus large et plus long que le sachet, et fermé sur trois côtés, voire même sur quatre côtés dans le cas uniquement où le sachet est disposé sur la feuille avant pliage.
  • Le dispositif de conditionnement 10 ainsi obtenu peut être associé à un ensemble de conditionnement 100 constitué par un article 110, par exemple un pot contenant un premier produit P1. Le pot 110 est logé dans un emballage 120, par exemple une boîte en carton. Le sachet 30 logé dans la feuille 20 peut être introduit dans la boîte 120, sur une ligne de conditionnement, de façon manuelle ou encore de façon automatique. Il peut par exemple être placé sur le pot, comme on l'a représenté à la figure 7 ou encore à côté du pot. Selon un exemple particulier, le produit P1 peut être une crème de soin anti-rides pour le visage, et le produit P2 peut être une crème de soin anti-rides pour le contour des yeux.
  • Lorsque l'on associe un dispositif de conditionnement 10 sous forme d'échantillon à un ensemble de conditionnement 100, on peut prévoir que les indications A inscrites sur la feuille 20 concernent, non pas le produit P2 contenu dans le sachet, mais le produit P1 contenu dans le pot 110. La feuille 20 peut en outre comporter des indications relatives à d'autres produits de la gamme de produits à laquelle appartient le produit P1 contenu dans le pot.
  • Le dispositif de conditionnement 10 peut également être utilisé pour contenir tout autre produit cosmétique, par exemple une crème de soin pour les cheveux et être associé à un flacon contenant un produit de coloration.
  • Bien entendu, le dispositif de conditionnement 10 sous forme d'échantillon peut être distribué seul, c'est-à-dire sans être associé à un ensemble de conditionnement 100 contenant un article.
  • Dans la description détaillée qui précède, il a été fait référence à des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention. Il est évident que des variantes peuvent y être apportées sans s'écarter de l'invention telle que revendiquée ci-après.

Claims (9)

  1. - Dispositif (10) de conditionnement sous forme d'échantillon apte à être associé à un article (110), notamment un article comprenant un premier produit cosmétique (P1), le dispositif comportant :
    - un sachet (30) contenant un second produit (P2), notamment un produit cosmétique, identique ou différent du premier,
    - une feuille (20) pliée de manière à délimiter un logement (40) dans lequel est logé le sachet, la feuille comportant une indication (A) relative à l'un ou l'autre du premier ou du second produit,
    caractérisé en ce que le logement est délimité par des côtés au moins deux des côtés étant en contact serrant avec des bords du sachet de manière à le coincer à l'intérieur de la feuille.
  2. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la forme du logement (40) est sensiblement identique à la forme du sachet.
  3. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 23, caractérisé en ce que le sachet (30) comporte au moins deux bords opposés (31) et (32) disposés en contact serrant avec deux portions de la feuille (41) et (43).
  4. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sachet (30) est sensiblement plat.
  5. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le sachet est réalisé par deux feuilles (35) et (36) thermosoudées entre elles, notamment des feuilles d'un matériau thermoplastique et/ou d'un complexe métallo-plastique.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la feuille (20) est pliée de manière à former au moins un logement (40) fermé sur trois Côtés (41), (42) et (43)
