Definitions
- the present invention relates to a housing construction for hearing aids resp. Hearing aids according to the generic term of Claim 1.
- Hearing aids are usually built into a housing, which has a base plate arranged thereon Has housing shells.
- the mechanical control components are usually through openings in the housing Run outside.
- hearing aids can practically for all types of hearing aids.
- hearing aids be used, for example for behind the ear too wearing devices as well as in-the-ear hearing aids. Especially with The latter are due to the very limited Space requirements are high Miniaturization posed.
- By the use of standardized components of this type can nevertheless economic production can be achieved.
- the outer Form resp. Shape of these devices to the respective carrier need to be adjusted, especially for in-the-ear hearing aids, is the shape different, if necessary individually designed housing shells created.
- the electronic and mechanical components are used in usually connected to the base plate of the device, which at least one unified area for inclusion of these components.
- the object of the present invention was a Housing construction for hearing aids resp. Hearing aids too find, which on the one hand a high flexibility in the Design of the outer shape as well as choice of materials and colors the housing of the hearing aid allows and at the same time stable connection resp. Bracket within the Housing to be arranged electronic resp. mechanical Components guaranteed.
- the base plate With a housing construction for hearing aids resp. Hearing aids, with a base plate and removable attached housing shell, the base plate one or has a plurality of openings arranged to the outside, has the base plate according to the invention in the area of Openings towards the inside or Guides on and at least one in these recesses or guides insertable separate support frames and Lanyard to the support frame with the base plate connect to.
- a support frame which on the one hand can be optimized for this attachment and this Components allows a stable and durable connection and on the other hand also optimizes a connection to different materials, colors or shapes having base plates.
- Stability can be guaranteed.
- The can be further Carrier frame also universal for different devices use and therefore economically in large quantities manufacture and use.
- the carrier frame preferably consists of a hard, adhesive plastic or metal and is with cutouts for recording or carrying out electronic or mechanical components. especially the Opening areas for the implementation of mechanical Components or temporary electrical connections are exposed to special loads and can be damaged by the Support frames are reinforced.
- the support frame further has at least one continuous recess with a recess spanning axis resp. Bridge on. On this axis respectively.
- Bridge can swivel elements, such as for example a lid or battery compartment, mechanically be reliably attached. The forces exerted on it are primarily taken up via the support frame and distributed to the base plate.
- the axis exists. Metal bridge and is in recesses formed on the support frame or Bores inserted and held. Such an axis can advantageous as a stable and resilient turning or Serve pivot axis for a lid.
- the end faces of the axis come. bridge in the installed state of the support frame in the base plate to lie against the base plate, and are preferably against the side walls of the recesses Base plate directed or come in against this Attack.
- the axis is now in the installed state of the Carrier frame against unintentional or independent Secured release, but can still be easily in the support frame be pre-assembled.
- the connecting means are preferably as Screw connection formed, preferably as a through made a corresponding hole in the support frame and in one arranged on the underside of the base plate Threaded insertable screw. So that the Carrier frame easily and reliably detachable with the Base plate are connected. Also a later replacement of the support frame is easy after opening the device possible.
- the connecting means are preferably as Snap connection formed, preferably with Carrier frame trained and in at the bottom of the Base plate resiliently designed openings snap-in tabs. So that the support frame advantageously connected to the base plate without tools become.
- Electrical contact tongues are preferably on the support frame educated. These tongues can, for example, with batteries used in the area concerned be brought together and the components of the Power the device.
- the contact tongues can also as contacts for programming the electronic modules of the hearing aid are used, these contact tongues arranged advantageously set back inside are.
- a big advantage of the modular structure is that that for individually differently constructed Base plates and housing shells have the same support frame can be used. So it is, for example easily possible in an existing housing trained service personnel to replace the carrier frame and through another carrier frame with new contacts and replace with new components.
- the other Carrier frames can already be used with the new components are pre-assembled so that such an exchange with very small time requirement can be made.
- Figure 1 is the sectional view from above of the area the base plate 1 with openings 2 leading to the outside represented a hearing aid. Below the openings 2, So on the inside of the hearing aid is a Support frame 3 shown, which in below the Openings 2 trained recesses 4 respectively. guides can be used.
- the carrier frame 3 preferably consists of a hard, dimensionally stable plastic and has the corresponding Openings 2 of the base plate 1 are recesses 5, 5 'resp. 5 "on, as from Figure 2 in the supervision of the Carrier frame 3 can be seen.
- the recesses 5, 5 'and. 5 are the openings 2 of the Base plate 1 adapted or correspond to those through this Openings 2 respectively.
- Recesses 5, 5 'respectively. 5 to the outside leading mechanical components of the hearing aid.
- a rectangular recess 5 is included a pin 6 arranged transversely to the opening intended.
- This pin 6 can be used as an axis of rotation for a Battery holder-formed cover (not shown) serve.
- a Battery holder-formed cover (not shown) serve.
- Contact tongues 7 may be attached to the in the area the recess 5 battery to be used or Programming connector (not shown) in contact with reach.
- Figure 3 shows the support frame 3 in its end position in the base plate 1 used. Through the down offset installation position of the support frame 3 is this after Practically invisible from the outside. So that the Support frame 3 in any standardized color be executed while the base plate 1 a can have individual materials and colors, which is visible from the outside and not through the Carrier frame 3 is influenced.
- FIG 4 the bottom view, i.e. from the inside the housing of the hearing aid ago, a screw 8 as Connection means for the support frame 3 with the Base plate 1 shown.
- the screw 8 can in one the base plate 1 formed threaded bore 9 be screwed in and thus ensures a stable, Detachable connection.
