Description
- un berceau semi-cylindrique, propre au maintien de pièces ou jetons, formé par l'alternance d'une première série de tronçons semi-cylindriques d'axe commun, perpendiculaire au plan des pièces ou jetons, et d'une deuxième série de tronçons semi-cylindriques d'axe commun, en retrait vertical par rapport à la première série, les axes de la première et de la deuxième série étant parallèles . Deux ailes rabattables sont disposées longitudinalement de part et d'autre du berceau. Ces ailes, en caisson, sont articulées par rapport au berceau. L'extrémité libre de chacune de ces ailes est raccordée, de façon articulée à un couvercle en segment cylindrique formé par l'alternance d'une première série de tronçons de segments cylindriques d'axe commun, perpendiculaire au plan des pièces ou jetons, et d'une deuxième série de tronçons de segments cylindriques d'axe commun, en retrait vertical par rapport à la première série. Les axes de la première et de la deuxième série de tronçons de segments sont parallèles, les couvercles correspondant à chacune des ailes étant mutuellement emboítables. Le berceau comprend une assise en caisson s'étendant sur toute sa longueur.
Tout ces éléments (2, 4, 6) sont articulés les uns par rapport aux autres de façon à pouvoir encercler les pièces disposées dans le berceau, les faces de ces pièces ou jetons étant ainsi dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe du berceau.
Un avantage indirect de ces éléments en caissons est que l'on dispose de surfaces planes de dimensions importantes pour y placer des indications relatives à l'emballage, au type de pièces auquel il est destiné, etc.
Outre la présence d'un cimier 18, on peut prévoir celle de plots emboítables (non représentés) pour assurer la fermeture des couvercles 6.
Un désavantage des fermetures à plots est que ces derniers se déforment aisément à la fermeture, surtout s'ils sont mal engagés. Il devient donc de plus en plus difficile de les ouvrir sans les abímer. On a donc prévu un moyen simple mais efficace pour résoudre ce problème, qui revêt la forme d'une ou deux languettes 20 de préhension attenant aux couvercles 6.
Le berceau, les ailes et les couvercles tirent un parti maximum des propriétés d'élongation des plastiques. On remarquera aussi que le berceau est plus profond que celui d'emballages antérieurs : les pièces les plus basses y sont encastrées sur au moins 180°. Il peut en aller de même pour les pièces les plus hautes qui sont alors enfoncées sur près de 180° ou plus.
Un autre avantage de l'emballage de l'invention est que son encombrement est réduit par rapport, notamment, à EP 1 262 927 : sa largeur correspond à celle des pièces emballées, et sa hauteur est limitée par l'intégration du cimier 18 dans les creux du couvercle. Il est donc plus facile à empiler, et il peut surtout être réalisé à partir d'un flan de plastique de surface plus réduite. Pour une surface de moule identique, la productivité en sera donc accrue. Cette productivité accrue compense une différence de coût par rapport à des polymères plus onéreux, comme le PET, l'APET ou le PLA. Ce dernier, produit à partir d'acide lactique, est largement biodégradable et donc moins polluant pour l'environnement.
Claims (7)
- Un emballage réutilisable pour jetons ou pièces de monnaie caractérisé en ce que qu' il comprendun berceau (2) semi-cylindrique, propre au maintien de pièces ou jetons, formé par l'alternance d'une première série de tronçons (8) semi-cylindriques d'axe commun (X1), perpendiculaire au plan des pièces ou jetons, et d'une deuxième série de tronçons semi-cylindriques (10) d'axe commun(X2), en retrait vertical par rapport à la première série, les axes de la première (X1) et de la deuxième (X2) série étant parallèles ,deux ailes (4) rabattables disposées longitudinalement de part et d'autre du berceau (2) , ces ailes(4), en caisson, étant articulées par rapport au berceau(2), l'extrémité libre de chacune de ces ailes (4)étant raccordée, de façon articulée àun couvercle (6) en segment cylindrique formé par l'alternance d'une première série de tronçons de segments cylindriques (12) d'axe commun, perpendiculaire au plan des pièces ou jetons, et d'une deuxième série de tronçons de segments cylindriques (14) d'axe commun, en retrait vertical par rapport à la première série(12), les axes de la première et de la deuxième série de tronçons de segments étant parallèles, les couvercles (6) correspondant à chacune des ailes (4) étant mutuellement emboítables, le berceau comprenant une assise en caisson (16) s'étendant sur toute sa longueur.
- Un emballage réutilisable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les couvercles (6) comprennent chacun une saillie longitudinale(18), les saillies (18) des deux couvercles (6) étant mutuellement emboítables.
- Un emballage réutilisable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que au moins un plot emboítable est disposé sur chacun des couvercles .
- Un emballage réutilisable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que au moins les tronçons de la deuxième série (10) du berceau (2) englobent les pièces ou jetons sur au moins 180°.
- Un emballage réutilisable selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons de la première série (8) du berceau (2) englobent les pièces ou jetons sur au moins 180°.
- Un emballage réutilisable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des couvercles (6) comprend une languette longitudinale externe (20).
- Un emballage réutilisable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en un matériau plastique choisi parmi le PET, l'APET, le PLA.
