Abstract
Description
Die beschriebene Luftgrenzschicht- Entfernungseinrichtung umfasst unter anderem auch eine Luftgrenzschicht-Absaugeinrichtung. In einer anderen Variante umfasst sie eine Blaseinrichtung, die ein gasförmiges Medium ausstößt. Die Ausströmoffnung ist dabei so gerichtet, dass das gasförmige Medium im wesentlichen entgegen der Drehrichtung von Stützwalze und Materialbahn bläst. In einer weiteren Variante bläst das gasförmige Medium auch in entgegen gesetzter Richtung (also in Drehrichtung der Walze und der Materialbahn) in den Einlaufzwickel hinein. Zusätzlich ist in einer Variante noch ein Umlenkblech vorhanden, welches die eingeblasene Gasmenge umlenkt und nun entgegen der Drehrichtung der Stützwalze und der Laufrichtung der Materialbahn aus dem Einlaufzwickel führt, wodurch das Eintreten der Luftgrenzschicht verhindert wird.
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum direkten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums (M) auf eine laufende Materialbahn (2), insbesondere eine Faserstoffbahn aus Papier oder Karton, umfassendeine von der Materialbahn (2) teilweise umschlungene drehbare Stützfläche (3), wie beispielsweise ein Stützband oder eine Stützwalze, welche eine der Stützfläche (3) zugewandte Seite (2.2) der Materialbahn (2) stützt, wobei die Oberfläche (3a) der Stützfläche (3) und die Materialbahn (2) einen sich keilförmig verjüngenden Einlaufzwickel (ZE) und einen Auslaufzwickel (ZA) bilden,wenigstens ein der Stützfläche (3) zugeordnetes Auftragswerk (4) zum Beschichten, Leimen oder Pigmentieren einer der Stützfläche (3) abgewandten Seite (2.4) der Materialbahn (2) mit dem Medium (M),eine, bezogen auf die Drehrichtung der Stützfläche (3) vor dem Auftragswerk (4) angeordnete Einrichtung (6) zur Entfernung, zumindest aber Schwächung einer von der Stützfläche (3) und/oder der Materialbahn (2) mitgeführten Luftgrenzschicht (LG),die Einrichtung (6) zwischen der Oberfläche (3a) und der der Stützfläche (3) zugewandten Seite (2.2) der Materialbahn (2) im Einlaufzwickel (ZE) angeordnet ist,
die Einrichtung (6) als ebenes, flaches und elastisches (biegsames, flexibles) Streifenelement (6.1) ausgebildet ist, welchessich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (L) erstreckt,mindestens der Breite des Auftragswerkes (4) angepasst ist undmit seiner stromabwärtigen Seite (6.2) tief in den Einlaufzwickel (ZE) hineinragt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) eine konstante und geringe Dicke d aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) ein doppelseitig angeschrägtes stromabwärtiges Ende (6.2) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) schwenkbar gelagert und verschränkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) vorzugsweise lösbar und/oder nachstellbar an einem schwenkbaren Träger (7) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) an seinem stromaufwärtigen Ende (6.3) auf einem Stützelement (8) lagert, welches vorzugsweise ebenfalls wie das Streifenelement (6.1) eine Streifenform aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) gemeinsam mit dem Stützelement (8) am Träger (7) befestigt, insbesondere mit Einrichtung (7.1) geklemmt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) am Träger (7) durch Noppen (9) in einer maschinenbreiten Nut (10) des Trägers (7) eingehängt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) ohne Vorsehung des Trägers (7) und/oder des Stützelementes (8) die Vorrichtung (1) überspannt und außerhalb der Vorrichtung (1) an seinen beiden Stirnseiten befestigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) und/oder das Stützelement (8) aus demselben Material, insbesondere aus Metall, vorzugsweise Edelstahl oder aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem faserverstärktem Material gefertigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) wenigstens teilweise, zumindestens sein stromabwärtiges Ende (6.2), aus verschleißfestem Material und/oder Material mit geringem Reibfaktor, wie PTFE, besteht oder damit beschichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) eine Dicke d von 0,1 bis 5 mm aufweist, wobei die Dicke d bei einer Ausführung in Kunststoff vorzugsweise 0,3 bis 2 mm und bei einer Metallausführung vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 1 mm beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Streifenelement (6.1) eine Breite b aufweist, die ca. 20 - 60% des Durchmessers einer vorhandenen Stützwalze (4) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das stromabwärtige Ende (6.2 ) des Streifenelementes (6.1) im Einlaufzwickel (ZE) endet, wo ein solcher Abstand a zwischen der Oberfläche (3a) der Stützfläche (3) und der Materialbahn (2) besteht, der dem 2 bis 6-fachen der Dicke d des Streifenelementes (6.1) entspricht.
